You NEED to call Doug at Footprints Floors immediately. He came for a quote super fast and was able to get us on the schedule for the job within a week. He is very knowledgeable and has a detail-oriented staff. Our house required a carpet and vinyl floor demo in addition to sub-floor repairs, and of course, newly installed LVP. Doug’s crew worked tirelessly to complete our job with exceptional professionalism and excellent communication along the way. We hit some snags in our project, as we had no idea there were actually FOUR layers of vinyl in our kitchen that needed demoing. Doug and his team did not take the easy route - They did everything in the most professional way possible, while being very generous with our demo pricing, as four layers of vinyl was a surprise for all parties involved, including us! Doug came to check in on the job each day. His team was kind and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. With incomparable pricing, kindness, over-communication, and a flawless outcome, you really can’t go anywhere else other than with Doug and his guys. Thanks for transforming our house, Doug! Doug and his team were incredible! Jairo was the main person working on our job with another gentleman (I can’t remember his name). Doug gave us a great estimate for the work needing to be done and was very clear about our shopping list (we provided the product and they installed). We ran into some snags along the way but the guys handled it really well and worked through all of the hang-ups. The job was done right and it looks amazing! Doug worked with us on the extra work that popped up and made us aware of any extra charges which he even discounted for us. After everything was done Doug dropped off his favorite mop and cleaner for us to have. From the beginning to the end we couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. Will definitely be recommending these guys to other people!!
