From the very beginning he was professional, courteous, and listened to everything we wanted, and all of our concerns. The timing he promised was exactly on the mark. He handled the process from start to finish and we could not have done it without him! The job went very smoothly and Mick’s installation team was very skilled and accommodating. Working with Footprints Floors was awesome! We wanted to upgrade the tile in our new place since the existing tile was almost 20 years old and were recommended to us by someone in our condo building who had used them before and had great things to say. Right off the bat, we could tell Mick was someone we would want to work with—he outlined the whole process for us, was proactive, and a great communicator. His prices were fair and he was realistic about a timeline and what we could expect. He got our permit done so quickly! Once the project started and we began working more with the project manager Rob, we were in good hands too. They could tell we were nervous first time homeowners and took the time to explain things and walk us through every step. Rob even had some design suggestions regarding layout and grout color that were very helpful. When our building threw a curveball at us by announcing a closure of the service elevator for multiple weeks, Rob got his team in on Saturday and finished the job quickly for us to make sure our move-in wasn’t affected. We are so appreciative of their help throughout and love the floors in our new home!

DO NOT HESITATE to hire Footprints Floors. Mick, the owner, is just wonderful. I had to coordinate everything remotely, as I live in another city, and it was seamless. Mick is an excellent communicator, he gave me daily updates and I had complete confidence in him. My restored hardwood floors turned out BEAUTIFULLY.

Long overdue review - Mick‘s team did a great job replacing carpet with new tiling floor over this summer. Rob was great and accommodating. He helped through the process and Dania did wonders as the floor was not easy one as it was uneven and she did the job all by herself. Highly recommend the team. Photos are before and after.

We LOVED working with Footprints Floors. We have a 100 year old home and found potential to save some original hardwood under layers of neglect and handyman fixes. Mick was exactly the expert we needed to guide us on what was salvageable and how to approach the project overall. We found Footprints online and could not be happier with our results. Mick came to our house and was very helpful and professional. We felt comfortable and decided to have him do the job of putting in our vinyl planks in our bedroom. Rob his field supervisor took over at that point and was equally as helpful and on top of the job. The workers were courteous and within a couple of days the work was finished.
