Working with Footprints Floors Miami was such a positive experience from start to finish. The owner of the company, Mick, is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He came out right away to give us a very competitive quote. He explained everything in great detail and was always available for questions/concerns. Mick and his team were able to start the project quickly. Rob, the project manager, kept us updated throughout. The team, led by Jerry, did an amazing job! We LOVED working with Footprints Floors. We have a 100 year old home and found potential to save some original hardwood under layers of neglect and handyman fixes. Mick was exactly the expert we needed to guide us on what was salvageable and how to approach the project overall. We were ultimately able to save one room of the original floors and his team showed up and worked magic! I can’t thank Mick enough for caring about the history and intent of our home and matching my enthusiasm for wanting to do it the right way. We found Footprints online and could not be happier with our results. Mick came to our house and was very helpful and professional. We felt comfortable and decided to have him do the job of putting in our vinyl planks in our bedroom. Rob his field supervisor took over at that point and was equally as helpful and on top of the job. The workers were courteous and within a couple of days the work was finished. I would highly recommend Footprints for any floor installation. In FL where I have been disappointed many times was very pleased to find a company that performed as they promised. Footprints Floors was great to work with. The owner Mick went above and beyond to make sure our floor was repaired in the best manner possible. We were thrilled with the result and would definitely work with them again on any future wood flooring projects.

Mick and his team had great communication, they came out to provide a quote which I had that day and were able to fit our job in when it worked best for us. Their work refinishing our original 1950s oak floors was amazing and professional. And the process was much shorter than I expected. Couldn’t be happier and plan to use them again when we get around to other rooms.

I had a General Contractor Javier Cappelleti working on my house and he destroyed my floors that had just been installed a few week prior. See the photos attached. He did not install any of the floor protection boards while working on the house and they would drop their spinning hand saw on the floor, making saw marks. Concrete was thrown on the floor, dings from nails being dropped and stepped on. Later they tried to clean it up with some chemical agent and it made the floor look worse and it discolored it completely. I am stating this so you know what hell this floor went through. I thought that I would need to rip out all the floors and redo it. Mick to the rescue. He came to my house assessed the damaged and put me at ease that we would not need to replace the floors. Mick and his team did an excellent job, it took them a week to get it all sanded, stained and sealed. The floor looks amazing. His team really brought back my floor back to life. I can't say enough good things about Mick and this company. I mean the job was done beautifully. I hired his company to do my balcony and I couldn't be happier. He really goes above and beyond. I had surgery during the process and Mick toom care of so many things that were were supposed to do and never complained or charged us extra since he knew our situation. He was amazing, the subcontractors were all very nice and professional. Him and his team are the best!

Love, Love my floors! Footprints Floors owner Mick and his team restored my 1926 hardwood, burgundy color floor to its original honey color with a satin finish. There were several areas which needed to be replaced and Mick's team replaced those pieces expertly. What's also impressive is the customer service Mick provides. I would not go anywhere else.
