I had all the things; cracks in the foundation of every room in my new to me home, said water started a new mold problem I had to remediate, and lovely water intrusion throughout. It tooks months to get it all straightened out so that he could lay the floors. I mean just above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Its too bad he only does flooring. Every other vendor out there should take notes. If you are considering new floors I would highly and strongly recommend this company. Even when I accused him of something another vendor did he kept his cool and was unbelievably kind. Tom held my hand throughout a tough remodel. It was BRUTAL.
