Loved working with these guys! From working with Jordan on the sales side, he was super knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to come to a fair agreement that worked for both sides without too much back and forth. During installation, we spoke with Dustin to cover what Jordan and I got discussed. All was heard by Dustin and we were on the same page for the duration of the project. During walk through we identified a couple minor things to get taken care of and they fixed it in a highly expeditious manner. I highly recommend this group as they’re very friendly, fair, and knowledgeable while providing exceptional service from sales to final product. As an added bonus, the vendors that were needed throughout the course of the project were also very communicative and also very friendly to ensure we got our selected finishes delivered in a timely manner prior to starting the project.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our project. We had existing tile, laminate, and carpet removed in half the house, laminate installed, and baseboards replaced throughout the entire house. Our sales rep, Grant, was responsive and went above and beyond to help resolve an issue of our own making. Our project manager, James, was attentive, listened to our concerns, and quickly jumped into action when issues came up. There was a disappointing issue regarding the quality of our baseboard installation at first; HOWEVER, James saw the problem and quickly found a solution. Communication is key and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Lastly, our installation crew, Escalera, did a phenomenal job, not only fixing the issues we had, but overall providing an excellent touch to the finishes. They suggested things on the fly that ultimately made the finished project look better. They truly acted as the professional with the expertise to foresee what would or would not work and what may or may not look good. While there was a hiccup in the middle of the project, the excellent communication with Grant, James, and Escalera made the finished project a great outcome.

Footprints Floors did a great job on our floors. We used them to install LVP in our basement and lace in as well as install new hardwoods upstairs. Footprints Floors did a restoration on our main floor hard wood flooring, and we are overwhelmingly happy with the results. We had water damage on a 20 foot square area in the kitchen and an old damaged carpet inlaid in the living room. Footprints Floors replaced the damaged area in the kitchen and replaced the old carpet with hard wood flooring. They sanded the whole wood floor - old and new - and applied new stain everywhere. They laced in the new product into the existing wood flooring, and you can't tell the difference anywhere. They whole flooring everywhere looks new! Grant did a great job presenting the repair options. The work crew was so professional and hardworking. If you need a hardwood floor repaired, restored, or replaced we recommend Footprints Floors.

We had water damage on our hard wood floors, caused the wood to severely buckle and pull up. An area of approximately 30 ft. x 30ft. had to be replaced. Dustin at Floorprints Floors brought his crew to do the work. Alex and his colleagues did an excellent job of painstakingly removing, replacing and matching the new wood to the old. They were professional, polite and on-time every day they came. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

I hired Footprints Floors to replace the backsplash in our kitchen. The project included demo of existing backsplash, installation of new backer board where needed and installation of about 70 sq. ft. of new tile. The job ran a little long because of the complex new tile pattern, but the installar took the time to get it right and I was extremely pleased with the finished project.

They installed new oak alongside existing oak and matched and refinished everything perfectly. A few unforeseen issues came up (we were out of town BTW for the project) during the re-model, but Jesse's transparency for some ideas gave my wife and I an opportunity to find the best and most cost effective solution. Now too Dusty. I have served in the military and have owned many homes throughout my life because of traveling around. I have remodeled entire homes...therefore dealing with many contractors and professionals. Dusty is an anomaly! He is a master craftsman. His attention to detail is exemplary. We received pictures of the work every day. He cleaned up as though he was never there. The fact that we weren't home and never would have known speaks volumes about his character and integrity as well. We had our wood floors re-finished by footprints and Jessie managed that project. There was an issue with the first crew and Jesse made it right. Brought in a different crew and fixed our floors. Because of that, we chose Footprints to re-model our bathroom. If would not hesitate to use or recommend HIGHLY your company because of Jesse! I also wish all of my contractors were as gifted as Dusty. If they were, I might have less grey hair. Wood installers Antonio and Juan used their expertise to match, near perfect, the precise color and wood grain patterning of older existing hardwood floors in the house. In addition, they had the talent to create a wood flooring "picture frame" around the fireplace and beautiful, rounded-edge wood riser on a large stair and curved step. Had a great experience with Footprints Flooring starting with Grant who came out to measure and give us a quote. He was on time and very polite. When it came time for the installation we had James Dowdy the on-site supervisor and Adrian the installer. These two gentlemen were fantastic. They were always on time and we couldn’t have asked for better communication. They called and texted keeping us informed every step of the way. We ran into a couple of issues with finding the correct transitions and finding asbestos in our old flooring. James did everything to help us. He went all over town looking for transitions until we found something that worked. He also saved us time and money by picking up a sample of our old floor and taking it to a lab himself so we would know for sure it was asbestos. Then he did everything to help us take care of the issue quickly. Our floors now look beautiful thanks to the skill and hard work of Adrian. He worked hard and fast and we are so pleased with the end result. I highly recommend Footprints Flooring and especially James and Adrian. We will be calling on them again when it comes time to do the rest of our floors.

When our houses flooded a few months back we were concerned about juggling the different tasks of the remodel, flooring, water mitigation, drywall, etc. when it came to flooring, from the initial walk through to the end James and his team (Ricardo and Adrian) provided a 5 star experience. I would find it hard to use another company for tile and/or vinyl flooring installation. They did my backsplash and put in an entirely new floor. There were some boards that didn’t sit right and they replaced the entire section at their own expense. Backsplash couldn’t have been done better. The real value in this company is their responsiveness and dedication to quality. If you notice an issue after installation which is common regardless of who installs given the nature of the work they 100% will fix it at their expense. This is very rare in the industry and the principle reason I will use them again in the future.

Jesse was very available and helped us with getting the vinyl plank flooring to transition to carpet. Joaquin was good when he was here. Wished he could’ve stayed and just worked on our project. He stayed late fixing a leak behind the fridge and made sure the job was finished before thanksgiving dinner.

Jesse and the crew from Footprints came for a beautiful floor installation. Not only was he and the crew prompt and detailed, but super friendly. Over time, one of the transitions developed a squeak. Jesse came right out and repaired it, no questions asked! We love our new floors and would give a 6th star for customer service if it were an option. Strongly recommend.

Fast, clean and impressive floor refinishing and repair of water damaged boards

Footprints was awesome. We originally started our kitchen tile project working with a home improvement store, and was quickly disappointed with their knowledge and customer service.
