I am so happy with my refinished floors and staircase! Alissa was very professional and was in contact with me throughout the entire process . The workers showed up on time and completed the job in a very timely manner. I was so impressed with their work, I am having them do my kitchen floors too. Great company.

I highly recommend Footprints Floors. They ripped up our carpet, installed wood, and refinished it to match our existing wood. It looks great! They also installed lvl in our laundry room. Price was fair and Alissa was very communicative during the process.

Had my floors refinished in my over 100 year old house. I did not have high hopes because they were in really bad shape. Alissa gave me a great estimate. It included fixing holes, replacing rotten wood and adding quarter round. They came out amazing. I feel like I’m in a new house. Alissa was very hands on and visited during the process as well as answered my texts and questions right away. I highly recommend this business. You won’t be disappointed.(The colors vary because the wood in the rooms were different types)

We used Footprints Floors for a 500sqft kitchen tile project, and I would highly recommend them. They accommodated our schedule and got the work done within the window they promised. The team was knowledgeable, punctual and was very detailed in their work. The team on my project consisted of three people who were all very courteous as they were in my home for a week. The project manager checked in daily and communicated well to ensure the project was completed to my satisfaction. Don’t hesitate using this company!

I reached out to Footprints Floors of Plainfield & Joliet because of the very good reviews, and I'm extremely happy that I went with them. I needed hardwood floors installed in a 325 sq ft room, and I also needed vinyl floors installed in a connecting 320 sq ft room. Alissa Ruiz was my point person, and she was very knowledgeable, gave a very good price, and stayed with the project to the end. Also, the workers were great...very hardworking, professional, and wrapped up the job in 2 or 3 days. Couldn't recommend Footprints more.

Footprints recently refinished 100 year-old floors (oak and walnut) in our house and we are so impressed! The floors were more narrow and required custom work to be done. Regardless, the price was extremely reasonable and the work was done well! The installers were extremely professional. The work was done fast. Definitely recommend!

Great team put in the new hardwood floors in our condo. The floors look excellent and they cleaned up the entire condo and left it like new. They are an excellent company to work with and do a great installation. They matched the new floors to the exisiting hardwoods perfectly.

She is very knowledgeable and provides great advice on how we can upgrade the flooring with vents, shoes without quoting enormous amounts rather suggesting us to buy at the store and she even picked it up for us. Always courteous and prompt in responding to any/all queries that we have had. We are super happy with our floors and definitely hire her for our future projects.
