Had my floors refinished in my over 100 year old house. I did not have high hopes because they were in really bad shape. Alissa gave me a great estimate. It included fixing holes, replacing rotten wood and adding quarter round. They came out amazing. I feel like I’m in a new house. Alissa was very hands on and visited during the process as well as answered my texts and questions right away. I highly recommend this business. You won’t be disappointed.(The colors vary because the wood in the rooms were different types)

We used Footprints Floors for a 500sqft kitchen tile project, and I would highly recommend them. They accommodated our schedule and got the work done within the window they promised. I needed hardwood floors installed in a 325 sq ft room, and I also needed vinyl floors installed in a connecting 320 sq ft room. Alissa Ruiz was my point person, and she was very knowledgeable, gave a very good price, and stayed with the project to the end. Also, the workers were great...very hardworking, professional, and wrapped up the job in 2 or 3 days. Couldn't recommend Footprints more.

Footprints recently refinished 100 year-old floors (oak and walnut) in our house and we are so impressed! The floors were more narrow and required custom work to be done.
