The 1st floor involved demo of ancient flooring and installation of new red oak with great attention to detail to preserve existing architectural flooring around the hearth. It is hard to believe that it is the same floor and not a newly laid floor. Ralph and his workers did a great job and worked professionally at all times. They were prompt with coming out to do the estimate and gave good advice on the best ways to approach our tiling project. Once we had the tile purchased and on site, they came within a few days. The team that came in was very pleasant and ready to work. From start to finish was less than 1.5 days. They definitely knew their craft and were also good at cleaning up afterwards. When other contractors failed to give us estimates due to the amount of leveling required, Ralph came in to get the job done. Finished in just a couple days (and less than the original estimate)!
