We were very pleased with Footprints quality of work and care for our home. Our kitchen hardwood had deep dark scratches thanks to our pup who sees squirrels in the yard . Ralph and his team did a great job on our challenging project. It all looks great. Communication was first rate on timing and all aspects of the work. The 1st floor involved demo of ancient flooring and installation of new red oak with great attention to detail to preserve existing architectural flooring around the hearth. The 3rd floor involved rehab of existing flooring. A++ The work work crews were super polite and hard working.

We worked with Ralph mainly over phone and email as we were moving from out of state, Ralph was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Footprint Floors Maine was timely on the estimate appointment, delivery, and projection completion. We had a few existing hard wood floors, which they match well. The final cost was very close to estimate proposal. Ralph kept us updated with photos and updates throughout the project, completion and stopped by after we moved in to follow up.

I hired Footprints Floors to refurbish a bedroom floor in an older home built in the 1850's-1900's. The old pine floor ended up beautiful. It is hard to believe that it is the same floor and not a newly laid floor. Ralph and his workers did a great job and worked professionally at all times. The detail on how the wood was laid with a staggered design is gorgeous. Our dog approves too-she love a photo opp.

Would definitely recommend Footprints Floors for anyone needing a tile or flooring project done. They were prompt with coming out to do the estimate and gave good advice on the best ways to approach our tiling project. Once we had the tile purchased and on site, they came within a few days. The team that came in was very pleasant and ready to work. From start to finish was less than 1.5 days. They definitely knew their craft and were also good at cleaning up afterwards. Well worth the price. We love our new bathroom.

Ralph and crew were amazing! We needed our floors leveled and flattened before installing LVP. Ralph and crew did not hesitate to come by and do a full estimate of our floors. When other contractors failed to give us estimates due to the amount of leveling required, Ralph came in to get the job done. Finished in just a couple days (and less than the original estimate)! Would highly recommend for difficult to handle jobs.

Ralph and his team installed porcelain tile throughout the downstairs of my home on two separate jobs. They were clean, efficient, on time, friendly, professional and did our floors came out beautifully. The first job came out so well that we immediately hired them to do the rest of the downstairs. Ralph is wonderful. My job was huge and difficult with a major demolition before he could begin installing beautiful 4+inch red oak. He oversaw and managed everything efficiently and kept me informed everyday of progress along with sending pictures. The floors are gorgeous. Beyond anything I imagined.
