Brett, the owner gave me a reasonable quote and had his friendly crew installed these beautiful tile floors within 4 days. There were a couple marks on the floors after installation, but Brett made sure the installers came back out and took care of the issue. Great customer service! I hired Footprints Floors to do some cleaning and refurbishing work on some old LVP floors at my church. They had received some additional damage from an event and needed some work done quickly before the next Sunday. I got in touch with Brett on Wednesday and by Friday he'd found a way to work us into his schedule and complete the job before the weekend. The whole time, Brett communicated clearly, quickly, and was up front about what I could reasonably expect in terms of the finished product. At the end, it actually looked even better than I'd anticipated. Definitely would recommend and will keep on the record if we need floor work done in the future.
