Mike and his son finished a project for me and it came out wonderful. I was stuck because my other contractor couldn't help me and needed my floors completed within a week. Mike came out on a Tuesday and had the job completed by that Saturday. Great company to work with. I highly recommend.

This company did an excellent job removing our old floor and replacing it with luxury vinyl. The workers were on time, worked great together and asked questions before they did some of the work. These guys are true pros! Swept in and removed carpet, laid floors, shoe mounding and were finished in 3 days! Amazing workmanship, professionalism and incredibly easy to work with!!

The reason I did not use this business is because they work on hardwood floors, and not laminate. However, Mike was awesome he gave me some solutions to fix my floor. He is awesome , He had great follow thru, and communication. I would highly recommend him and his company.

There were areas that I thought would not be able to be fixed but they did! They are the ultimate professionals and very easy to talk to. They will work with you on color choices and are very good in addressing any concerns that you might have. Not only that but they are very neat and leave barely a mess when they are working. I highly recommend Mike Goff of Footprints Floor. He responded quickly to my request for an estimate. I called quite a few businesses. Many did not respond and a couple gave estimates without seeing the job. Mike came to the house, explained the process and gave the best estimate. Phase 1 of the work was completed today. Tyler, who installed the luxury vinyl was also professional, competent and friendly. He mentioned how great it was working for Mike, which is awesome to hear. We want to use businesses that treat their people well. Mike communicated every step of the way and stopped back after Tyler had left to haul debris and check work. We have a phase 2 of refinishing red oak floors after a kitchen remodel. We are looking forward to working with Mike again. He is top notch, professional, competent and thoughtful. I will only be dealing with Mike and Footprints Floors for any future jobs.

The wood floors were in pretty bad shape. They look fantastic now! So happy with the end product. They replaced boards and refinished 4 rooms and a hallway. Our installers were excellent too, going about their work quietly with minimal intrusion. We had ~600 sq. feet of hardwood floors refinished before putting our house on the market. Mike and Mike did an fabulous job! They updated us regularly on the progress and helped create a custom stain that we absolutely loved to coordinate with our kitchen cabinets and the main staircase. The “Footprints “ team did a BEAUTIFUL job installing mosaic tile as a tub surround for us. Mike Goff (owner) stopped in daily to check progress & quality of work. I reached out to Footprints Floors for an estimate after a long, exhausting, disappointing experience with several contractors over the course of 8 months. At the time, I was at my wits' end and skeptical when I reached out to Foorprints Floors. What I received from Footprints Floors was the most professional, courteous experience I had encountered in quite a long time. Mike Goff, the owner of Footprints Floors, came to my home to provide a free estimate the very next day. Most impressive about Mike was that he was prompt, professional, responsive, and true to his word - a rarity in today's culture. Mike advised he would email me with a quote that evening, and he did just that. We had Footprint Floors come in and finish our hardwood that my husband had recently installed. Mike, the owner, was awesome to work with. He explained the whole process in detail, was on the job several times to check on the process and make sure we were happy with everything being done. The finisher, his name was Mike as well, did a fantastic job!! He was courteous, professional and very helpful when it came time to pick a stain color. He mixed several stains for us and applied them to the floor so we could see what the colors looked like before we made a decision. His installer, Jim, showed up on time and worked diligently to get the job done as soon as possible. After Jim was gone, Mike inspected the work and made sure I was happy with their service.
