My floor is stunning. We had the entire first floor of the house refinished. We went with Mike because of his responsiveness and the products he uses. It did take longer than anticipated, but that was after finding some rough spots at the final inspection. I’d rather it take longer and be done right than be left disappointed. I called Footprints Floors because I had some bowing in the floor of a house I just moved into. Mike came out a few days after I called to look at it. He tested the moisture and told me he thought the bowing was caused by a water intrusion incident that appears to have been resolved. He told me to keep an eye on it and that the floor would very likely return to proper condition on its own as the moisture escaped. When I asked him if there was any regular maintenance recommended for his company to do, he said "no". Then he went on to give me recommendations for which cleaning products are best for a hardwood floor. I appreciate that he was honest with me and didn't try to sell me service I didn't need. I will call Footprints in a heartbeat for any future hardwood floor needs.

Mike helped us select a perfect match to our existing floor and trim. The installation was quicker than expected. The installers did an amazing job. When my wife and I decide to refinish the wooden floor last Ictiber if 2023, we google it to look for the vendors and find the pricing and timing. One of the vendors caught my attention is that lead time and the hours to get it done is longer for our 1100 square feet wooden floor than the others which are shorter. The company name is Footprints of NE Ohio. I took a chance to pick this company on Nov 13,2023 and arranged to get it started on Jan 24,this year. They did show up on time and start to strip the floor the first day. They did remove refrigerator, range/oven and piano to get every corner that have wooden floor. Every day the owner Mike show up and make sure the work is done smoothly and correctly. After two weeks of meticulous and detailed work, it finally done on Feb 6. The wooden floor is fabulous, so beautiful and look like a new wooden floor we just installed. The workmanship is fantastic and owner mike’s devotion to customer satisfaction is admirable. I am very happy to choose the right company and would recommend very highly of their work. Needless to say I would give 5 star rating for this review.

Mike and his team completely refinished the floors in our house (1047 square feet) over the last two weeks (yes, during the holidays!). Our results are nothing short of stunning!
