I strongly recommend Footprints Floors. From the estimate thru the project's completion, Mike and crew were prompt, courteous and professional. Their craftsmanship was proficient and they were done ahead of schedule. The process was explained ahead of time and Mike was good at addressing all my questions and respected my input. His estimate was the best I received and I can't imagine the higher ones doing as good of a job.
My home was left clean with all old or excess material removed.

My experience with Mike from Footprints Floors was exceptional in every way. He took the time to help us decide the best way to fix part of our hardwood floors that were worn and also to extend the 18 year old hardwood into our dining room that was carpeted. He decided to replace the damaged section instead of refinishing the entire floor. He also gave me the option to search for a better price on the hardwood if I didn't want to buy from his supplier and even spent his time searching to make sure he couldn't find it cheaper elsewhere. His supplier ended up being the best price. There was absolutely no pressure or sales tactics during the estimate. He even made sure that the delivery process of the flooring was perfect, checking in when it was scheduled. He and his crew arrived on schedule to do the work. They were pleasant, neat and so fast! The work is beautiful! I recommend him highly - it is obvious that he cares about his business and making his clients happy. The first photo shows our original flooring damage in a section of our kitchen, the second photo shows the finished replacement that he transitioned into the undamaged hardwood, the third photo shows the new hardwood where we previously had carpet butting right up to the original hardwood hallway.

We had some major issues with our LVP flooring coming up after it was installed a few years ago due to a bad installation. I called MANY companies, big name companies to see if anyone could come out to fix it, or give us some kind of solution. NOT ONE company would help us, but every one of them would sure give us a quote for brand new flooring.
I found Mike and Footprints Floors after literally searching posts on Facebook using key words (LVP Flooring repair) and found a post someone made a year ago asking for help for the same issue and asking for referrals, and in those comments someone suggested Mike.
From the first contact, he was extremely kind and scheduled a time to come and see our problems. He said it shouldn’t be too difficult to fix and scheduled a day to come back to make the repairs.
He came the day he said, and pulled up big sections of our flooring and laid new planks down. He was here 3 hours and did an amazing job. He was also extremely fair on price.
When the time comes for us to replace our entire homes flooring, we will be calling him. When no other company cared to help, he did. So he will now be our go-to for all things flooring.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Our hardwood floors were in desperate need of refinishing and Footprints Floors brought them back to life. Working with Mike and the team at Footprints Floors was a dream come true. Mike took the time the time to visit and carefully review the floor condition and discuss refinishing options. We also were given detailed information on how the process would work, how to prepare, and what to expect. Once the work started, we were kept informed during the various stages of refinishing. The job was completed on time as promised and our 20 year old floors look like brand new. Mike also returned after the floor was cured to carefully put appliances back into position on the new floors and provided detailed floor care instructions to keep them looking like new.

Absolute up front and transparent invoice. I received a quote from a competitor that completely lacked a breakdown of goods and services, just an overinflated price tag, which immediately disqualified them. This was a huge winner for me in choosing Footprints. They were up front about what would cost what. Mike was absolutely straightforward and helpful, every step of the way, and absolutely flexible in terms of owner demo work done on the job, and pricing for Footprints to do the work.
Mike went the extra mile and found a discontinued line of Mohawk RevWood flooring that I really wanted, and helped me to find and purchase that exact, hard to find, flooring. And just looking at it, post install, and having it exactly as I had hoped... just incredible!
Mike and his son showed up on time and ready to go. Every effort was made to keep the house clean during the entire process. Precision cuts and craftsmanship. Attention to detail and cleanliness. Matched existing moulding with 1/4 round trim that perfectly matched!
