After speaking with several contractors Footprint Flooring was the way to go. Not only was Dan the most knowledgeable and experienced, but also reasonably priced. He was very kind to fit us into his schedule before family were coming into town. The on site crew, Abednego and Felipe, make a great team. Both worked long and hard. They are very skilled at what they do. So impressed with Footprint from start to finish. Floors look AMAZING!

Dan from Footprints Floors did an outstanding job repairing, sanding, staining, and finishing our 30+ year old hardwood floors. After decades of use and some damage from pets over the years, it was time to get rid of that yellowed stain on our white oak floors. Damn did a great job reviewing the work with us and we really liked that they let us see 4 different stain samples on our floor before zeroing in on the one we liked. If we went with our first pick from the brochure, we would have regretted it. This was a major step in the process that led to our happiness with the job, not to mention the equality of work was great!

Our floors are BEAUTIFUL!! Dan was great to work with, and Abednego (his lead guy on our project), had a great attention to detail and making the floors look incredible! Then they installed new baseboards which was the "icing on the cake". I highly recommend Dan with Footprints Floors!!

Dan was good to work with and all work was completed on schedule. Fidel did a very nice job with flooring refinish, but could have masked off the trim, cab bases and walls better. Several hours of touch up painting was required after Fidel was done.

Dan assured my wife and I that they will be able to not only fix the damaged boards, but also be able to lace the stain in making it look like nothing happened. The first thing that they did was a moisture test and they communicated to us immediately that the damage is not too bad and that, while some boards needed to be replaced, the rest can just be sanded and then stained and coated to match the existing floor. The owner, Dan, followed up every step of the way. The quote process was thorough. The price quote was the best we found, but it was not low for cutting corners. Dan managed expectations and brought in excellent crews for the various project phases. Our floors came out perfectly. This was a large project with over 1k SF to install, lace and finish/refinish. We showed the floors to a neighbor today and they were blown away. Projects like this will encounter an issue or two. Dan resolved those with expedience. Will hire again.

Quick service, kind employees you should see my new floor, it's so beautiful. They did a wonderful job, and cleaned up there mess. It was down in 3 days,with no fuss.

We hired these folks to rip out and replace green carpet with hickory hardwood in the Master Bedroom and Family Room. The install went great, very pleased with the Father Sons/Son-In-Law team. Now we want to take out the hardwood in the kitchen and replace it with something more durable and non-porous. Pet friendly we can call it. They hover like flies in the kitchen. Depending on scope we may elect to add the Breakfast Room/Saltwater Reef Room. We liked the work Footprint's contractor has done so we expect another positive experience.

The floors turned out great, however the installers were extremely careless around the house. The walls took a beating and there are sections that needed repaired and/or painted. They also had to replace a light switch that was broken during installation. If you have a nice house, I would suggest keeping a close eye on the laborers during installation.

They replaced my stairs with hardwood and a landing upstairs. They did a great job building it into the existing hardwood railing and matching the look and feel of the home.

Customer service was great. They did miss a closet so we had to order additional flooring. Installers were okay -- they did a nice job but lacked professionalism.

I had purchased laminate and tile and needed existing flooring removed and the new materials installed. Footprints did the job on schedule, on budget, with minimal disruption. The crew was friendly and kept the work area neat. The finished product was exactly what we'd envisioned.

Footprint Floors was a great choice. They were able to complete the scope of work in less time than they stated. Their price was about 30% less than everyone else. I have two other projects and will use them again. I can not say enough good things about them.

They did a wonderful job, however we have been unable to get them to come back and fix a problem they knew about and promised to come back and take care of. Unfortunately we paid them in full. They have not returned calls and when we were able to reach them and talk to them we were told that they would take care of it. We are still waiting. Don't pay until you are completely satisfied.
