We recently hired Footprint Floors to do our hallway. It took us a year before we located the right wood flooring. However, Jesse kept in touch and scheduled the work, within our time frame. Travis Bailey was the technical person on the project and jointly with his contractor Luis, did a professional job, that we couldn't be more proud of. Kudos to the team!

Imagine buying a nearly $1M house and the discovering when moving in that there are big scratches in the wood flooring from furniture being moved out and dull shadows where large area rugs had been. Called Footprints hoping for expert flooring advice and options to restore the wood finish. Mark carefully evaluated the problems and explained that due to the ridges in the hand scraped flooring, that screening or buffing were not options since the flooring was not smooth and flat. Even though Footprints could not provide restoration services, Mark spent several minutes with me discussing DYI cleaning and other possible options that might improve the appearance of the flooring. Very friendly, professional, and considerate - rare qualities in service providers. Would not hesitate to work with Mark and Footprints flooring.

Footprints Floors did an excellent job re-sanding our existing floors and extending them into the kitchen. Looks like it has always been there. Mark was very professional and easy to communicate with. He worked with us on our schedule and was very patient. We needed floors refinished that are over 100 years old, and we were afraid it wouldn't be possible. Mark came to our home and not only knew exactly what kind of wood they are, but how they'd been milled originally and everything about preserving this historic wood. Then, we were amazed by the very reasonable estimate. Communication was excellent as well. When the floors were refinished, parts of it took five times longer than a typical floor. Throughout the process, staff members communicated with us and gave above and beyond to make the floors beautiful. The end result on a job that was even more complicated than we originally thought it might be is gorgeously refinished, historic floors that we will enjoy for many years to come. Highly recommend this amazing company! (And also, they donate a large portion of profits to support non-profits!)

Footprints Floors did an amazing job. My husband and I just bought our first home and previous owners had cats. My husband is allergic and carpets were so bad, charcoal respirators had to be used for him to be in the house. We tore them out right away. Hired this company to install hardwood in my home and couldn’t of been happier with how well it turned out. They were super helpful with every step, answered any questions I had, and got the job done in the time quoted. I would highly recommend!

Mark and his team did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors. At first we thought we’d need to replace them because they were so scratched up from our dogs, and the area around their food and water bowls was extra damaged. When he came over to give me a quote, Mark assured me we would only need to buff and refinish the floors to make them look like new. What a relief to find out we didn’t need to replace them! We were preparing to sell our home and needed the work done quickly, so he got us on the schedule and had the work done very fast. The floor really did look like new when the work was done!

First of all, we were impressed by the people. They were all so nice, knew their jobs, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I spoke with the incredibly friendly Wendy to make the appointment for an estimate on re-sanding and refinishing our hardwood floors. I assume she was the one who sent a reminder text the day before Mark was to show up, and although I did not forget, I appreciated knowing they were on top of things. When Mark got here, right when he said he would, it was clear from talking to him that he was knowledgeable and experienced. He gave us a quote and walked us through the process making sure all our questions were answered. Nick and Brandon were the guys who actually worked on our floors. They did a fantastic job and these floors look amazing! When they were finished Eric came by to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions or concerns. From start to finish this team of professionals really made this a great experience for us. We would hire them again in a minute and heartily give our recommendation.
