Footprints Floors did an excellent job re-sanding our existing floors and extending them into the kitchen. Looks like it has always been there. Mark was very professional and easy to communicate with. He worked with us on our schedule and was very patient. Will absolutely recommend using them and I certainly will when we get ready for our next floor project.

Went with another company at first that took significantly longer, and did an awful job. I then gave Footprint Floors a call and it was a world of difference. We needed floors refinished that are over 100 years old, and we were afraid it wouldn't be possible. Mark came to our home and not only knew exactly what kind of wood they are, but how they'd been milled originally and everything about preserving this historic wood. Then, we were amazed by the very reasonable estimate. Communication was excellent as well. When the floors were refinished, parts of it took five times longer than a typical floor. Throughout the process, staff members communicated with us and gave above and beyond to make the floors beautiful. The end result on a job that was even more complicated than we originally thought it might be is gorgeously refinished, historic floors that we will enjoy for many years to come. Highly recommend this amazing company! (And also, they donate a large portion of profits to support non-profits!)

Footprints Floors did an amazing job. My husband and I just bought our first home and previous owners had cats. My husband is allergic and carpets were so bad, charcoal respirators had to be used for him to be in the house. We tore them out right away. Mark was able to get out quickly for an estimate and the floors were thankfully salvageable. The estimate was fair and reasonable. He guided us to a different color and it was such incredible advice. He was very upfront and honest about the system being a "less dust" process instead of a dustless process. I asked him if he could do his best to cover up the rest of the house and he was very cooperative. His competitiors said the system (same system and machines) was dustless and they do not cover anything. Mike and his crew showed up on time and were very good at their job. We misunderstood how long we had to be off the floor before we could walk on it so Mike rearranged his schedule to make sure we could walk on the floor that night when we came home from work and again the next day. They were efficient and repaired a floor that I thought was nearly a loss to a beautiful floor that we are so impressed with. Eric followed up and is going above and beyond to take care of us. I absolutely recommend these guys. Their price was slightly higher than their competitors but they are worth every penny. 5 STARS!

Hired this company to install hardwood in my home and couldn’t of been happier with how well it turned out. They were super helpful with every step, answered any questions I had, and got the job done in the time quoted. I would highly recommend!

Mark and his team did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors. At first we thought we’d need to replace them because they were so scratched up from our dogs, and the area around their food and water bowls was extra damaged. When he came over to give me a quote, Mark assured me we would only need to buff and refinish the floors to make them look like new. What a relief to find out we didn’t need to replace them! We were preparing to sell our home and needed the work done quickly, so he got us on the schedule and had the work done very fast. The floor really did look like new when the work was done!

First of all, we were impressed by the people. They were all so nice, knew their jobs, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I spoke with the incredibly friendly Wendy to make the appointment for an estimate on re-sanding and refinishing our hardwood floors. I assume she was the one who sent a reminder text the day before Mark was to show up, and although I did not forget, I appreciated knowing they were on top of things. When Mark got here, right when he said he would, it was clear from talking to him that he was knowledgeable and experienced. He gave us a quote and walked us through the process making sure all our questions were answered. Nick and Brandon were the guys who actually worked on our floors. They did a fantastic job and these floors look amazing! When they were finished Eric came by to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any questions or concerns. From start to finish this team of professionals really made this a great experience for us. We would hire them again in a minute and heartily give our recommendation.
