Had my hardwood floors redone that were in pretty rough shape. Mark communicated the process well and answered all of my many questions and concerns. Pedro and Angel were friendly and took time to show me all the stains I wanted sampled on the floor. The whole process took three days and included some laminate removal and disposal. I really love how the floors turned out and have no complaints at all. I feel like they completed everything exactly as it was explained to me and I would absolutely work with them again.

Mark came out same day to evaluate the work area. He explained everything that needed to be done and answered all my questions. The price was the best around town. He then booked me for two days after our conversation. Pedro and Angel came on time and I was quoted 830am-4pm and they were done at 1130am. Their work was professional and super quick. They even saved me 4 boxes of material so I can get some money back. They cleaned up their work and were awesome. I would recommend Footprints 10/10 times.

Imagine buying a nearly $1M house and the discovering when moving in that there are big scratches in the wood flooring from furniture being moved out and dull shadows where large area rugs had been. Called Footprints hoping for expert flooring advice and options to restore the wood finish. Mark carefully evaluated the problems and explained that due to the ridges in the hand scraped flooring, that screening or buffing were not options since the flooring was not smooth and flat. Even though Footprints could not provide restoration services, Mark spent several minutes with me discussing DYI cleaning and other possible options that might improve the appearance of the flooring. Very friendly, professional, and considerate - rare qualities in service providers. Would not hesitate to work with Mark and Footprints flooring.

Footprints Floors did an excellent job re-sanding our existing floors and extending them into the kitchen. Looks like it has always been there. We needed floors refinished that are over 100 years old, and we were afraid it wouldn't be possible. Mark came to our home and not only knew exactly what kind of wood they are, but how they'd been milled originally and everything about preserving this historic wood. Then, we were amazed by the very reasonable estimate. Communication was excellent as well. When the floors were refinished, parts of it took five times longer than a typical floor. Throughout the process, staff members communicated with us and gave above and beyond to make the floors beautiful. The end result on a job that was even more complicated than we originally thought it might be is gorgeously refinished, historic floors that we will enjoy for many years to come. Highly recommend this amazing company! (And also, they donate a large portion of profits to support non-profits!)

My husband is allergic and carpets were so bad, charcoal respirators had to be used for him to be in the house. We tore them out right away. I asked him if he could do his best to cover up the rest of the house and he was very cooperative. His competitiors said the system (same system and machines) was dustless and they do not cover anything. Mike and his crew showed up on time and were very good at their job. We misunderstood how long we had to be off the floor before we could walk on it so Mike rearranged his schedule to make sure we could walk on the floor that night when we came home from work and again the next day. They were efficient and repaired a floor that I thought was nearly a loss to a beautiful floor that we are so impressed with. Eric followed up and is going above and beyond to take care of us.
