Mark came out same day to evaluate the work area. He explained everything that needed to be done and answered all my questions. The price was the best around town. He then booked me for two days after our conversation. Pedro and Angel came on time and I was quoted 830am-4pm and they were done at 1130am. Their work was professional and super quick. They even saved me 4 boxes of material so I can get some money back. They cleaned up their work and were awesome. I would recommend Footprints 10/10 times.

Imagine buying a nearly $1M house and the discovering when moving in that there are big scratches in the wood flooring from furniture being moved out and dull shadows where large area rugs had been. Called Footprints hoping for expert flooring advice and options to restore the wood finish. Mark carefully evaluated the problems and explained that due to the ridges in the hand scraped flooring, that screening or buffing were not options since the flooring was not smooth and flat. Even though Footprints could not provide restoration services, Mark spent several minutes with me discussing DYI cleaning and other possible options that might improve the appearance of the flooring. Very friendly, professional, and considerate - rare qualities in service providers. Would not hesitate to work with Mark and Footprints flooring.

Footprints Floors did an excellent job re-sanding our existing floors and extending them into the kitchen. Looks like it has always been there. Mark was very professional and easy to communicate with. He worked with us on our schedule and was very patient. Will absolutely recommend using them and I certainly will when we get ready for our next floor project.
