We had our living room and hall floors refinished and new hardwood installed by Footprints Floors. Our original floors were in horrible condition-stains everywhere. These guys were able to make them look brand new. We feel like we’re living in a new house! The communication on the part of Clint(owner) and Brian(project coordinator) was excellent. They were prompt in returning texts and calls and upfront about all costs. They even hooked us up with a hardwood flooring supplier who was also very good to work with. Their hardworking team descended on our house Wednesday morning-on time, and by Saturday afternoon the work was finished. I really can’t say enough about this company and highly recommend them. So hard to find contractors that take pride in their work and in the way they treat their customers. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

We had Footprints Flooring of Columbus install flooring throughout our entire 3 bed, 2.5 bath home. They were done in less than 2 whole business days. We couldn't be happier! It looks amazing! Brian was our estimator and he made us feel confident in choosing Footprints. Clint, the owner, was very personable and showed up on day one to meet me. Alberto ran the job and installed my gorgeous checkerboard tile just the way I wanted. The crew did a fantastic job. Everyone was so friendly and answered all my questions. The installers were excellent. They took great care moving the furniture and the new hardwood flooring is wonderful. At the end of each day they cleaned the work area and at the end of the project placed each piece of furniture back and swept the floor. Excellent and professional results from start to finish. We were booked for 2 full days to have carpet removed and vinyl flooring installed for 800 sq ft. The entire job was completed in 1 days and the dumpster was gone the next morning. These are the people you want working in your house on your project. I had a great experience working with the team at Footprints. Parts of my floor were damaged and I didn’t think they were salvageable. The refinishers did a great job and the floors look beautiful! They taped around all of the kitchen cabinets prior to sanding which I appreciated very much. I plan to use them for another floor refinish project very soon!

We were planning a pretty big flooring project & honestly didn't know where to start. We went to a few stores and wandered around not knowing what we were looking for or where to begin. I found Footprint Floors online, they had great reviews so I called. Brian came to our house listened, advised & quoted out our project. He is the reason we choose this company. He was honest & kind. We weren't sure if we wanted to do the whole project because of cost. What he suggested we do, if only doing a part of the project was actually the least expensive option. We ended up doing the whole project & couldn't be happier with our decision. We went with their recommendation on a company to buy our wood, Lanham. They were great and their process was so easy. Their delivery person was also friendly & hardworking. My husband met the owner, Clint, on the first day of work. His communication throughout was great! I can't say enough about the crew that did the work. They were kind, respectful, and hardworking. I knew the crew would "clean up" when they were done but I did not expect the level of cleaning they did! I was dreading the clean up when the project was over but they made my job so much more manageable. I would highly recommend this company.

I worked with Brian, Clint, and Alberto as the lead for the crew who “demolished” three different floorings and installed the Greenguard LVP flooring of my choice as well as installing the full treads for my staircase renovation project. All were responsive, great communicators, and the new flooring eliminated transitions, with the crew leveling the subfloor and adding screws where needed. They ensured a random pattern in my LVP wood-look planks and even hauled out two couches to the dumpster that was on-site for the replaced/torn out flooring. The team worked extremely well together coordinating tasks with light banter and laughter. Baseboards were reinstalled and clean up was very well done. I highly recommend Footprints Floors of Columbus for any flooring project you are considering. With a crew of six and the Lead, Alberto, they finished an 880 sf area of flooring and the staircase in 7 hours.

MY HARDWOOD FLOORS ARE GORGEOUS! I am so excited and absolutely satisfied with what the team has done. The communication during the estimate and the project were top-notch, in addition, if I needed anything there was a continuous follow-up/check-in to make sure we were in a good place during the process as well. Thanks again, this looks and feels like a different home! It was so worth it! These floors were very dark (Mahogany) and initially, we were a little afraid that we would not get the lighter color we wanted, and we were not disappointed.

I used Footprint Floors to install laminate on my first floor and had them downstairs caps on the steps leading upstairs. I had them come back over 3 years later and put same laminate in my 2nd floor rooms. I was worried about how they were going to work with my large heavy furniture in the two rooms but they made it work without having to disassemble my beds! I valued their work so much from my first install that I didn’t even consider or call another company for my 2nd install. I have confidently referred several of my friends to them without worry. Both jobs were fast, efficient and clean and I was thrilled with the final product. They give very thorough quotes which meant a lot to me . Would highly recommend.

From the first sales call to the final payment it was completely seamless. This was a big job as I was having my wall to wall carpet ripped out and LVP installed throughout my whole house. Footprints Floors of Columbus was a find! They beat out two competitors (including a major retailer and a smaller shop) on pricing, scheduling, and completing the order to satisfaction. I have had floors resurfaced several times in previous homes but frankly this crew did it best. They also installed LVT for me in appropriately placed rooms, which also turned out great. If you’re looking for a team that does what they say they will at a price and availability you feel is fair, please give this company a call. Cannot say enough good things about them.

It took my wife and I over 6 months to decide on what route to take with our flooring installation. We met with 5 installers and finally choosing Footprints was an easy decision. I especially appreciate their help and patience with us as we considered all the options and they drew up multiple revised quotes with itemized costs. The pricing for the job was very reasonable especially for such a high caliber installer. We had a fairly large residential job, and they came in with a large crew and completed the work in 5 hours. I have looked over every inch of our new 1100sf floor and I cannot find a single flaw. I am very pleased with Footprints and our new floor.

I can’t say enough about the great job from start to finish with Footprints floors. Brian came out to give us an estimate on our project and gave us a list of materials needed. We put in a new heated floor and shower in our master bathroom. Clint the owner stopped out to answer questions and made sure everything was in order. He also stopped in to check on the project periodically. I can’t say enough about Alex the installer who was extremely detail oriented, timely, and had great ideas as questions came up. Every day he cleaned up and always let us know when he would be there the next day. I highly recommend them!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. The whole process, from the free estimate to the finale payment, was fantastic. They installed 960 sq feet of flooring and 300 ft of baseboards all in one day. The price was very reasonable too.
