From the first sales call to the final payment it was completely seamless. This was a big job as I was having my wall to wall carpet ripped out and LVP installed throughout my whole house. The crew showed up on time and worked hard. They even finished the job in half the estimated time. They cleaned up after themselves and offered to help me move the furniture back at the end. The craftsmanship is impeccable. They beat out 2 other offers I had received based on the integrity they showed from the beginning. To say I'm obsessed with my new LVP floor is an understatement. Footprints Floors of Columbus was a find! They beat out two competitors (including a major retailer and a smaller shop) on pricing, scheduling, and completing the order to satisfaction. I have had floors resurfaced several times in previous homes but frankly this crew did it best. They also installed LVT for me in appropriately placed rooms, which also turned out great. If you’re looking for a team that does what they say they will at a price and availability you feel is fair, please give this company a call. Cannot say enough good things about them.

It took my wife and I over 6 months to decide on what route to take with our flooring installation. We met with 5 installers and finally choosing Footprints was an easy decision. I especially appreciate their help and patience with us as we considered all the options and they drew up multiple revised quotes with itemized costs. The pricing for the job was very reasonable especially for such a high caliber installer. We had a fairly large residential job, and they came in with a large crew and completed the work in 5 hours. I have looked over every inch of our new 1100sf floor and I cannot find a single flaw. I am very pleased with Footprints and our new floor.
