I used Footprint Floors to install laminate on my first floor and had them downstairs caps on the steps leading upstairs. I had them come back over 3 years later and put same laminate in my 2nd floor rooms. I was worried about how they were going to work with my large heavy furniture in the two rooms but they made it work without having to disassemble my beds! I valued their work so much from my first install that I didn’t even consider or call another company for my 2nd install. I have confidently referred several of my friends to them without worry. Footprints Floors of Columbus was a find! They beat out two competitors (including a major retailer and a smaller shop) on pricing, scheduling, and completing the order to satisfaction. I have had floors resurfaced several times in previous homes but frankly this crew did it best. They also installed LVT for me in appropriately placed rooms, which also turned out great. If you’re looking for a team that does what they say they will at a price and availability you feel is fair, please give this company a call. Cannot say enough good things about them.

It took my wife and I over 6 months to decide on what route to take with our flooring installation. We met with 5 installers and finally choosing Footprints was an easy decision. I especially appreciate their help and patience with us as we considered all the options and they drew up multiple revised quotes with itemized costs. The pricing for the job was very reasonable especially for such a high caliber installer. We had a fairly large residential job, and they came in with a large crew and completed the work in 5 hours. I do almost everything myself because I am never happy with hired out work. Not this time. This company did everything great. Fast, fair price. Clean during the process, and good clean up afterwards. Wood putty in all nail holes, etc. I will be hiring them again to finish up another room. Highly recommended. 1100sq/ft of 3/4” hickory installed in a day and a half.

The ability to purchase our own flooring at a cheaper price and cutting out the middle man and then have Footprints install with professional quality is amazing. We were even allowed to rip up our old flooring ourselves to significantly save on cost. We wanted to have the new floor installed before our big July 4th party and they were very accommodating. For a 400+ Sq Ft Kitchen, Dining Room and Laundry room they sent 6 installers and managed to have the whole project done in 3 hours! I would highly recommend this service if you want professional installation but want to be able to choose your own flooring.

Footprints put about 600 Square Feet of flooring in my home on the second floor. This is the second time we have hired them for flooring work. I have personally installed over 1000SQ of flooring but didn't have to time for this job myself - so I have experience with this kid of work. We came back because of the positive experience the first time and the second flooring work was just as great. We loved providing the materials and having Footprints focus on the installation work. Couldn't be happier. Bought some LVP from Menards to cover up my terrible old wallpaper-floor I had stuck to my uneven concrete slab in my kitchen and hallway, but was worried about DIYing it since I didn't know how to level out the slab. Was impressed with Brian when he did my estimate and ended up going with Footprints for the installation and am glad I did. They had good ideas for dealing with any problems and I ended up with an install that looks great and feels solid and stable. Had an easy time reaching Clint for any questions or other communications, and Antonio and his team got all 260 square feet done in under two hours. Was told I can always reach out if any issues arise, which was reassuring, though at this point it doesn't look like it'll be necessary! I'd recommend this place very highly.

Footprints Floors removed and replaced my old wood flooring. The quoting and scheduling process was very smooth. Both Brian and Clint were easy to work with and quick to answer any questions I had. It’s great to work with a company that has nailed their communications down, because there are so many out there that haven’t. I also appreciate Clint for explaining the different installation techniques and recommending various things based off the flooring I had picked. And I also appreciated that he gave his recommendations and then let me decide what I wanted to do, instead of pushing me one way or another. The crew that installed the floor worked hard and did a great job - even with flooring that ended up having some quality issues that made their job tougher. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Footprints Floors again or to recommend them to anyone who needs flooring work done.

I cannot love the work they did for us enough. They refinished our dining room and front hall plus half bath. Now we would like them to remove the lvp we had installed less than a year ago and replace it with oak flooring. I wish I had taken before pictures so I could show what a beautiful job Footprints Floors did.

I highly recommend Footprints Floors of Columbus. They did a great job with speed and efficiency. The floors look great. They used the wood floor pieces conservatively. The measurement was 1409 sq ft and I purchased 1525 sq ft and I returned 4 unused boxes and have some left over so the final usage was about 1412 sq ft.

I hired this company after getting an estimate for installation of new luxury vinyl planks. Mr. Clint Morse was very professional, nice and the go to guy for any issues or questions. I didn't experience any major issues and the small issue that needed taken care of Clint and his crew was prompt and addressed the issue with a sense of urgency and that showed me how much they care and pay attention to their customers. The floor installation project went smooth and the job was exceptionally done timely. The workers cleaned up after themselves and disposed of any debris. I recommend this Footprints for any flooring project.

The cherry on top of our beautiful floors was that Clint even returned our extra 2 boxes of flooring to the supplier for a refund. They also allowed us to leave furniture in two rooms for the first two days but were able to accomplish all of the work in the other rooms.
