Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into signing with him. He even ordered 10 carpet samples and delivered them to our house, when I couldn't decide which one I wanted and was unable to go to the showrooms due to scheduling conflicts. Install day was extremely smooth, his crew moved and replaced all my furniture on their own. They worked very efficiently and quickly. Initially I was told the work would take 2 days, max 3 ( replaced carpet in 1100sq ft ) however they completed it all in one day ! I've gone from having old and thoroughly worn out carpets with nails pinching me, to having beautiful plush carpets !

I was referred to Bob from a friend and I must say I was very impressed. From day 1 he has been prompt and in constant communication with me. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into signing with him. He even ordered 10 carpet samples and delivered them to our house, when I couldn't decide which one I wanted and was unable to go to the showrooms due to scheduling conflicts. Install day was extremely smooth, his crew moved and replaced all my furniture on their own. They worked very efficiently and quickly. Initially I was told the work would take 2 days, max 3 ( replaced carpet in 1100sq ft ) however they completed it all in one day !
