Footprints Floors got me on the schedule for installation very quickly and kept me informed. Kristian did a great job with the installation. They guys are always wanting to do the job right.

I contacted Footprints Floors after a weekend of failed luxury vinyl plank installation myself. Jim arrived the next business day to give me a free estimate. Within minutes, I had an affordable estimate and was able to schedule the installation for the following week. Ben was very flexible and accommodating with my work schedule and actually drove to downtown Louisville to collect the deposit. Ted arrived the day of installation and completed my basement and basement bedroom flooring the same day. I can’t say enough about his work ethic. He completed the job within 8 hours and didn’t even stop to take any breaks. The next day, Trent came out to do a final walk through and we discussed future projects and vision for my home. This is a company I’ll be happy to use again in the future and recommend to family and friends for being affordable and great quality. Ben was very professional and provided a detailed quote as well as any challenges I may have in trying to repair the tile floor. The guys that came to repair the floor were incredibly quiet, clean and efficient. The team did an excellent job, communicated very well, were early or on time at each meeting and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

A great experience from beginning to end! I'd like to say up front that I'm blind, and so I have to really be able to put a high degree of trust in people I invite into my home to perform work. Everyone at Footprints was trustworthy, reliable, and exceptionally competent. Everyone who has seen the floor and tile backsplash they installed has been incredibly complementary. And to top it all off, I work from home and was able to perform my job for all three days while the contractor was working in the kitchen. Just a great experience. 100% would recommend!

I have used footprint on two recent projects. New tile in our main bath and new lvp in our basement. Both projects look great and I will definitely use them again for flooring.

Needed old floors ripped up and hauled away and new flooring installed. They did everything (422sqft) in less than 8 hours! Everyone was professional and courteous. They were on time every time. I am very pleased with the result of Footprints' work on my floors. They removed four rooms of carpet, then sanded and sealed the pine floors that had been covered up for decades. However, Ben Norton, the owner, is a genuine person w/personal references of his own. He did an excellent job of installing prefinished hardwood flooring in our kitchen. Footprints recently did some floor repairs (complicated wood installation) and installed a new backsplash in the kitchen. Ben is a professional and took the time to walk through the process, do all the measurements and suggest the best approach to some of our unique flooring issues. I made a few mistakes in the selection of my marble tile and did not purchase enough material for replacement flooring. Ben was very patient through this process and went the "extra" mile in making sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this company!

We are in the process of remodeling our home. We have had a few quotes from some other companies, and no one had yet suggested getting our floors restored. The first day Ben came out to look at our floors, he suggested a restoration. I thought our floors were done for as they had previously been painted with a dark brown outdoor paint (yes, it was me that did it..I had no clue what I was doing), and at that point the floor was very chipped/ damaged, missing planks, etc. The kitchen had wood planking that we were planning on ripping up completely, and even some water damage in the bathroom flooring. From day one, Dennis came out to strip our floors on time as well as was he on time or early every day after that. Very professional and knowledgeable about flooring. The communication from all staff was very precise and consistent. It was absolutely mind blowing to see this work being done in real time. The bathroom flooring was done with luxury vinyl planking and completed in one day. Our floors are absolutely beautiful, my husband and I are completely blown away! We’d put 10 stars if we could. Fabulous work redoing my basement flooring. They were able to quickly seal in old tile and cover with LVP with excellent craftsmanship.

Knowing ahead of time that the demo and replacement of 1500 sq ft of tile was going to be stressful to live through; Ben made the experience ALOT more bearable. He came to the house each day to check the progress, communicate with his team and answer any questions or concerns that I had throughout the process. We were under a very tight schedule, right before the holidays and he made sure it was completed. He even came back after being paid to address a couple of concerns. I would definitely use this company again for my home improvement projects. Thank you Ben!!

First off- Ben is a fantastic person to work with and his team is no different. Ted did the tile work in our master bathroom and flooring in the kids bathroom. Ted is a very pleasant person, skilled in his craft, and always had our best interest in mind when moving from one task to the next. He would ask us how/where we preferred things to go. The project ended up taking an extra week to complete but great work takes time!! My wife and I would not hesitate to use footprints again. I'm a Big DIY guy and very meticulous about doing things right the first time. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed and after asking they were happy to take care of them. Highly Recommend. Footprints just finished tile installation for our bathroom remodel and we could not be happier with the results. From the initial estimate with Ben, the entire process has been very professional. Ben is an honest guy and will make sure the work is done with quality and to high standards. The crew who installed the tile were on time, took care to lay matting over any carpet they had to walk on and cleaned up the worksite before leaving. Ben’s team at Footprints did a wonderful job of refinishing three rooms of white oak flooring at my home. They were always on time and professional, minimized the dust very well, helpful with stain color choice, the price was reasonable, and the finished product was perfect and beautiful. The estimate was a little more than others but it included more services. The Team showed up and was on time. They worked without piddling around. Did not ever catch them on their phones. Very helpful and listened to my concerns. Answered my questions politely and professionally. Swept the floor and left the furniture in order before leaving. I could not be happier.

Ben and his team refinished the original subfloors in our home in Louisville from the 1940s. It looks absolutely amazing and they were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Everything looks amazing, love my new floors. The only big issue we had was the job completion not being on time and way behind schedule. This project was estimated to take 1 week. Starting Monday June 20th and ending Friday June 25th. There were a few hiccups out of our control so final touches were completed today July 8th. Putting painting and texturing behind for us. This is my only real complaint. Beyond the long process, my house looks amazing, and over all I'm very pleased with the work completed. Ben was easy to talk to during the entire process and did his very best to make us happy. I will recommend his company to others in the future.

The crew arrived on time, were courteous and cleaned up anything left from the job! I appreciated that they took time and explained the difference between vertical and horizontal laying of the floor.
