General adjectives to describe this whole team from the Footprints Floors owner and his family members to the Project Manager to each and every sub-contractor: enthusiastic, kind, thorough, expert, dedicated, on time, smart, like family, trustworthy, reliable. The project involved remodeling the primary bathroom and replacing the upstairs carpeting with hardwood flooring. The house is 25 years old and needed updates (after raising kids and animals.) Our experience began with Ty Cowley, who answered the phone, came out to see us at least twice (once to offer the first estimate; again, to update the estimate as needed.) Then came Justin Cowley, Ty's Dad, who made sure Footprints had a good understanding of the project and a reliable estimate before beginning. Hailey Campbell was our Project Manager who came to our home OFTEN, from before the project began to current day (as it's almost done.) Let me tell you, she's GREAT! She kept sub-contractors scheduled and doing what they needed to do daily. Joe and Jace, a father and son plumbing team, took great care of us, making sure our plumbing updates were soundly installed. Really nice guys. Their drywall team took care of finishing touches beautifully. Dex Cowley (yes, of the Cowley family) did the lion's share of the electrical. Another fantastic human being. He didn't cut corners and even found a loose wire in our attic we had no idea about and took care of it for us. We met his wife, as well, who helped out. All in the talented family! Jason Jens, who tiled the bathroom, did such a beautiful job it looks like artwork. He is gifted and expert in his craft. Great guy, too! Santiago, Sr. and Santiago, Jr. of SG Hardwood Floors LLC did a spectacular job installing the hardwood flooring. I met Kathy, one of their family members, who also has a hand in the family business. The two Santiagos are expert craftsmen. They even fixed all of the floor creaks we've been living with for 25 years.. SUCH a nice family! Footprints Floors communicated well with us, stayed within budget and discussed all changes to the estimate as we made decisions that would impact it. They delivered a high quality experience and product. From now on we will give our business to them. They earned it!

The work was fast and quality.

Our floors were in horrible shape; water damage, someone's really bad DIY job with mismatched dark stain and some type of epoxy that was peeling everywhere, gaps in between the wood, wear marks, it looked like livestock had trashed the floors. And then we had Justin come out and take a look and he was confident he could restore them. I thought he could make them look better but I was not prepared for how they turned out. They turned out AMAZING and SO much better than I ever thought possible. Matt was our technician and he made it look so easy but I also found out he had been doing this for 20 years so it was probably easy for him but I'm telling you he had mad skills. When all was done there was virtually no dust at all and the baseboards were never touched, It was like he was never there and the floors magically appeared. Great experience all the way around and I would absolutely recommend and use again.

We had our 20 year old golden maple hardwood floors refinished and stained with footprints floors. It was a great experience! We love the way they turned out, the dark wood is such an improvement, the floors are absolutely beautiful. The project was done in about four days straight. It was an huge project and Eric was amazing to work with, he is one of the hardest workers I have ever met. He communicated with us throughout the whole process as well as Aaron the project manager. We would absolutely recommend them to anybody who’s looking to get their floors done.

Very professional company, and I highly recommend them. Justin came out to give me an estimate for resurfacing my hardwood floors. Unfortunately, my engineered flooring surface is too thin to polish but Justin was able to walk me through other options. He measured our square footage and gave me pricing options in case we decide to replace. 5-star communication and process.

Footprints Floors is a great company to work with, from start to finish they weretop-notch. Justin Cowley was honest and very straightforward. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything, which I really appreciated. I’m pretty sure that our hardwood floors were original and have never been refinished. There were some pretty deep grooves and a lot of wear and tear on them. Our refinisher Greg, did a fantastic job. He was in and out within two days. I was shocked at how easy it was, not even any dust from the sanding. I’m so happy with how our floors turned out. A big thank you to Justin and Greg. I highly recommend these guys!

Our home is 25 years old and it was time to refurbish our Maple floors. We had two companies come and give us a bid and I’m so glad that we did. We felt that Footprints Floors would do us a better job and at a reasonable rate. Justin is the gentleman that came and gave us our bid, while measuring we conversed about the problems with our floor and what it would take to to bring it back up to shape( our floor had some major problems because of the foundation shifting). Footprint flooring is a top notch co. I called Footprint to see when we could set up a consult to have our hardwood floors refinished expecting to have to wait a couple of weeks or longer . Justin came out the very next day to measure and give us a bid .He was prompt and fair with his bid. The wood was delivered the next day and work began three days later. We added to our existing hardwood and you would never know that the original was down for thirty years! It was seamless. Chris did an amazing meticulous job which was very much appreciated. We had an idea of what we wanted and Justin was our second quote. It was obvious from the moment he cane in that he was very profession and knew his business. He made some great suggestions and even recommended a scope change which dramatically improved our project. We installed approximately 1000 square feet of large (9 1/2 x 60) luxury vinyl planks replacing engineered wood, carpet, and tile. Our installer, Eric Creamer did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Justin and Footprints Floors for all of your flooring needs.

My husband and I recently had the need for some flooring restoration. It was a master bath, and was the result of water damage from a toilet. Justin arrived as scheduled to evaluate the job. At that time the a schedule was made with a firm cost excluding anything under the sub flooring not understood at the time. Once work began for removal of the moldy sub floor the scope of work changed. Eric the installer stopped at that point and conferred with us and Justin. The plan for full restoration given this newly added work was immediately assessed and agreed upon prior to restarting . There were no surprises. BothyJustin and Eric are very ethical, and true to their word. Friendly and followed up on our satisfaction. Great experience and will be using them again when that time comes.

I had Footprints Flooring refinish my main living area in my newly purchased home. Our hardwood was in very rough shape and was not taken care of by the previous owners. It had deep scratches, water damage, most of the finish had worn off, and a lot of gaping. Colton did a great job sanding down the floors, fixing the damage, and restaining and finishing. He also did it very quickly with minimal mess and disruption, which I appreciated. Colton went the extra mile as well to help us move our stove and remove our stair bannisters. Justin was also helpful and very thorough in giving us an estimate and walking us through the process before the project started. All in all, it only took around 4 days start to finish for my ~620 square feet of hardwood. I am happy with my floors and will likely be returning to Footprints Flooring in the future when they are due for a refinish again.

Floor came out amazing! Very responsive, on time everyday, Justin was great to work with and our installer Eric did a phenomenal and quick job. Subfloor install and LVP installation for almost 1000’ sq ft in less than a week. We had multiple quotes, they were not the lowest quote, but they were the ones that called back, easy to talk to, returned phone calls promptly, and maintained professionalism through the entire process. That’s was worth every penny. It was worth going with them and not the lowest bidder. Thanks guys and look forward to using you again in the future for all my other projects

They finished so quickly, and everything looks amazing! They leveled our kitchen floors, then installed LVP. They also refinished our hardwood floors, and they look incredible!
