Absolutely fantastic experience. Two men showed up at our residence and did an excellent job installing carpet in our stairs. We will use them for the bedrooms as well after we complete our hallway and bedroom in hardwood. To take the experience to the next level, Matt showed up to survey the work his guys had completed. 5 stars!!!!!!

Could not have been an easier process from going into the showroom, picking out what we needed, to ordering, installation, and follow up. Great customer service. The new carpet on our stairs looks and feels amazing. Matt even stopped by in person to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I was greatly impressed with the teamwork of the crew. The men worked diligently in tandem to move quickly in putting the flooring down. Either the Project Manager or owner were here each day. The process of estimation, ordering the wood , install flooring, staining, and most of all placing the furniture back in its proper spot. I highly recommend Footprints!

Wow. Footprints Peachtree City did a fantastic job on my condo as part of a sale. We were on a very tight schedule to completely replace the flooring in time for Closing...Andy and Thomas made it happen. They even brought their crew in on Saturday to make sure the deadline line was made. Can't thank both of these guys and their company enough for coming though on time. Not only that but the work was professional from start to finish...more importantly the new floors look great. I know the new owner will be very happy. Thanks again, for a job extremely well done.

Victor and Kelvin worked three really long days to get the job done. They’re both very talented, and Thomas did a good job supervising the project and communicating with us throughout.
(Note: Our house was built in 1973, and the concrete slab floor needing leveling. It looked great when it was done, but that was an extra chunk of change not in the estimate. If you live in an older house, keep that in mind.)

What a great company to deal with. Professional service from the top down. Andy, Jason, Vitor, and Matt really care about quality and craftsmanship. They tore out 1200 sf of tile in my house and replaced it with new tile. I wanted it installed with no transition between my bamboo floors and they made it flawless. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was happy with the results. The pictures do not do it justice. So thankful that I found them.

Exceptional work ethics and craftsmanship from the first phone call to the finished product.
We called Footprints Floors to inquire about tiling our patio. Stacey picked up the phone on the first ring and promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Andy came exactly within the scheduled time frame and we had our estimate on the same day. Matt, the owner and Jason, the project manager personally visited to check on the job. The communication and follow up were excellent, the job started on time and finished on time. Everything had run very smoothly.
Kelvin, Victor and James did such a clean, beautiful work - careful measurements, evenness, straight lines. Our patio concrete base was uneven and unsquare and additionally, tiles had different thickness. It was a challenging job to do. Kelvin worked long hours, he did not leave for the day until completing each phase and he did everything with perfection. Thank you very much guys!

We had such a positive experience with Footprints Floors! As a business owner myself I understand that communication with the client is key and Footprints Floors excels in this department. That is ultimately why we decided to choose them for our floors (plus a great price). Andy answered my quote request right away, he came to my house a few days later and sent me the quote that evening which we really appreciated. He answered all my questions and came by again to show me more flooring samples. They were able to start our project just a few days after signature. We replaced our stairs with oak treads, replaced all our flooring with LVP and they put in all new trim. When the project got started Jason, the project manager was in touch with me through everything. He kept me updated often and walked me through their process with each area they were working on. We were very impressed with both the stairs team and flooring team. They were all so kind, knowledgeable and respectful of our space. We felt like we were in good hands the whole time which in the contracting world is rare, unfortunately. I would highly recommend using Footprints Floors for all of your flooring needs. Amazing customer service, great quality products and most importantly, they follow through!

Manager (Jason) and his team of floor installation experts did the most incredible job removing all of our old flooring and installing our new hardwood! We were so pleased w/their attention to detail, speed, and the overall quality of the job! They even ensured that we shut down our HVAC to prevent the system from ingesting harmful byproducts during the removal and preparation process. This required them to work in very hot conditions during the peak of summer, but they were more than happy to do it properly, regardless. Additionally, these crews were punctual, professional, and friendly! You truly can’t ask for more on any home renovation project! Quality contractors are hard to find… I give Footprints Flooring my highest (5-Star) recommendation! 👍🏼
