What a great company to deal with. Professional service from the top down. Andy, Jason, Vitor, and Matt really care about quality and craftsmanship. They tore out 1200 sf of tile in my house and replaced it with new tile. I wanted it installed with no transition between my bamboo floors and they made it flawless. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was happy with the results. The pictures do not do it justice. So thankful that I found them.

We absolutely loved the finished product and the responsiveness of Footprints. We just moved into an old house with old carpet which had wonderful white oak floors underneath. They came in and turned what was an unwelcoming floor to a recaptured beauty. Very thankful for their hard and quality work.

Exceptional work ethics and craftsmanship from the first phone call to the finished product. We called Footprints Floors to inquire about tiling our patio. Stacey picked up the phone on the first ring and promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Andy came exactly within the scheduled time frame and we had our estimate on the same day. Matt, the owner and Jason, the project manager personally visited to check on the job. The communication and follow up were excellent, the job started on time and finished on time. Everything had run very smoothly. Kelvin, Victor and James did such a clean, beautiful work - careful measurements, evenness, straight lines. Our patio concrete base was uneven and unsquare and additionally, tiles had different thickness. It was a challenging job to do. Kelvin worked long hours, he did not leave for the day until completing each phase and he did everything with perfection. Thank you very much guys! We are happy with the results and highly recommend Footprints Floors.

Footprints Floors did an amazing job fixing our shower. It started with a leak, they identified the problem and suggested and installed a state of the art leak proof shower system. Their tile work was perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked before they finished the job. Very happy with the price and I would definitely use them again in the future.

We had such a positive experience with Footprints Floors! As a business owner myself I understand that communication with the client is key and Footprints Floors excels in this department. That is ultimately why we decided to choose them for our floors (plus a great price). Andy answered my quote request right away, he came to my house a few days later and sent me the quote that evening which we really appreciated. He answered all my questions and came by again to show me more flooring samples. They were able to start our project just a few days after signature. We replaced our stairs with oak treads, replaced all our flooring with LVP and they put in all new trim. When the project got started Jason, the project manager was in touch with me through everything. He kept me updated often and walked me through their process with each area they were working on. We were very impressed with both the stairs team and flooring team. They were all so kind, knowledgeable and respectful of our space. We felt like we were in good hands the whole time which in the contracting world is rare, unfortunately. I would highly recommend using Footprints Floors for all of your flooring needs. Amazing customer service, great quality products and most importantly, they follow through!

Footprints did an amazing job on our home! Matt and his team were super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and always kept us in the loop on what we could expect. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors. In addition, Matt went above and beyond and did a free repair on our LPV flooring.

Manager (Jason) and his team of floor installation experts did the most incredible job removing all of our old flooring and installing our new hardwood! We were so pleased w/their attention to detail, speed, and the overall quality of the job! They even ensured that we shut down our HVAC to prevent the system from ingesting harmful byproducts during the removal and preparation process. This required them to work in very hot conditions during the peak of summer, but they were more than happy to do it properly, regardless. Additionally, these crews were punctual, professional, and friendly! You truly can’t ask for more on any home renovation project! Quality contractors are hard to find… I give Footprints Flooring my highest (5-Star) recommendation! 👍🏼

Matt and his crew reworked my shower. The tile work was superb and the finished work is stunning. The workers were respectful of my home and they cleaned the work area at the end of each day.

Really impressed with Matt and his team. We needed new floors after a water leak damaged our existing flooring. Matt and the crew were great to work with, and made for a great experience. We took out the old, dated laminate and ceramic tile floors, and replaced everything with LVP. I was dreading having to rip out all the old ceramic floors, but Matt and his crew were fast and efficient, completing everything in two days. Couldn’t be happier with the results and experience. I had solid oak floors that had 20 years of life written all over them. When I went in search of a company to restore them, one seemed to outshine all the others in reviews...Footprints. I contacted Matt, the owner, who came out exactly when he said, provided options and an estimate I felt was fair. There was a 4 person crew that worked for 4 days, first putting up plastic everywhere to minimize the dust. (Their machines capture almost all during the sanding) Although they didn't require oversight, Matt was here every day to ensure I was kept informed and happy with the workers and the work. The floors look great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Footprints to anyone needing floors restored. We call Matt Therriault because we were concerned about our recently refinished floors. I was skeptical about a francise, but was very pleased with his professional knowledge and patience with all our questions.
