Meet Bryan Park: Owner & Founder
Bryan grew up in south Denver. He attended the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO and served this country after graduation. Like most who serve, Bryan's military experience strengthened his belief in, and commitment to, integrity, duty and leadership.
When Bryan and wife Kelli settled in Littleton, Colorado they started a family, three rambunctious girls and two very big dogs. It was then, Bryan noticed that the flooring industry in Denver was highly inefficient and unscrupulous. It was nearly impossible to find providers who worked with a true sense of honesty and fairness. Changing this was not only an opportunity for Bryan, it was practically a calling.
"Putting the customer first and creating an impeccable reputation in this industry was job #1," says Bryan, about his goals for his future flooring company in Denver. He named it Footprints Floors, and created a unique company structure that promoted the best in people, products and business practices. It worked! So much so, that Footprints Floors is one of the largest hardwood providers in Colorado and is growing rapidly.

Noel and his team accommodated us on a very tight schedule between closing on our home and the movers delivering our furnishings. Noel met me at the home for an estimate when we were doing inspections. We agreed on a start date for the day after closing. Noel advised me on a classic timeless stain color and logistics regarding plans for a future renovation and stair railing options. His quote was fair. Although we ended up shifting the start date, the floors were completed on time and held up to even the movers traffic. Our floors went from 1980’s ambered and abused to 2023 gorgeous! Noel and his team refinished our hardwood floors in our newly purchased house before moving in. He was top notch all the way through the process starting at walking through the house to give a detailed quote on the condition of the floors and giving advice on items that we could modify ourselves to save some money. After getting 2 other quotes Noel was a great value and his detailed quote and walkthrough had us sold. After booking, we worked with him to look at 4 different stain colors for our refinished floors. The process was very seamless and professional. His communication and responsiveness made us very comfortable with the work being completed in a house we hadn't moved into yet and are very satisfied with the final product. After his team finished the refinishing, we had 2 small punch list items we saw and he personally came out the next day to fix them up. Perfect! We hired FootPrints to repair and refinish wood floors that were covered with carpet for at least 30 years. This was one of the best residential service experiences I've ever had. Noah and his team were on time, offered options, left the job site clean every day and fixed one minor imperfection immediately after job was completed. Noel came to visit our property and provided a very reasonable estimate and timeline for refinishing our stairs. Noel and his team accommodated us on a very tight schedule between closing on our home and the movers delivering our furnishings. Noel met me at the home for an estimate when we were doing inspections. We agreed on a start date for the day after closing. Noel advised me on a classic timeless stain color and logistics regarding plans for a future renovation and stair railing options. His quote was fair. Although we ended up shifting the start date, the floors were completed on time and held up to even the movers traffic. Our floors went from 1980’s ambered and abused to 2023 gorgeous! Noel and his team refinished our hardwood floors in our newly purchased house before moving in. He was top notch all the way through the process starting at walking through the house to give a detailed quote on the condition of the floors and giving advice on items that we could modify ourselves to save some money.
