He was always very considerate of returning calls, following up before, during and after the job was done. I never felt that I was being disregarded like some contractors do. Don and Doug and their crew worked very hard for 5 days. They did demo on tile from hades,installed new flooring and base in whole house and fixed front door. We are giving them more projects you should to!

The crew was fast and professional. The floor looks amazing. They also installed new baseboard. There was an issue with base board installation but don came out and made it right. These guys know what they are doing.

Footprints Floors of SW Florida did a great job replacing old backsplash tiling with new marble tile that we purchased from Floor & Decor. Don Brammeier made the process go very smoothly. His crew of installers was fantastic. Very hard workers, they were meticulous in their work, and they cleaned up carefully when finished. We are very happy with the result.

I would highly recommend this company. The owner was prompt, friendly and did not try to upsell. We felt totally comfortable with his knowledge and estimate. The installers were fantastic. They had such a positive and calming attitude. Their work ethic was above and beyond any others we have dealt with. There was hardly any waste due to the fine workmanship. The husband and wife team from Footprints did an exceptional job with our kitchen mosaic and laundry tile backsplash. The tile was completed in one day and it looks beautiful! It was easy to do business with Don from Footprints and I would highly recommend this company.

The true test of a company is when there is a problem… And we had a slight install problem. Don, the owner was responsive, took responsibility and remedied the problem to our full satisfaction and we now have a beautiful new wood floor!

I originally wanted to see about getting my engineered wood floors refinished. Don came and determined the floors were too thin. He suggested LVP which is what we went with. He was easy to work with through the entire process from determining which product to purchase to helping me save some money with the demo and install. His team was great also. Very respectful of our home and neighbors. I would recommend Don and his team to anyone looking for quality work.

Don and his crew worked so quickly it was amazing! I spoke with Don just a few minutes after sending a request for an estimate for putting new floors down in my home. He quickly set up a time to come out to give an estimate and bring flooring type samples based on what I told him about my living situation with pets and a wheelchair bound mom. The estimate quote was half the price and time of installation of a competitive installer. Don was communicative through our the time leading up to installation. His crew was amazing and friendly. My mom really enjoyed their company and was astounded at how quickly the project was completed. I will be using this great company again in the future for sure!

Great team, no issues. We were short a little flooring and they waited with no charges for us to run and pick up rest. Great quality and fast.

We solicited 3 bids to install 1000 square feet of new vinyl planks over our 20-year-old tile floor. Footprints Floors estimated the cost within $300 of the final cost for labor. They estimated 3 days to complete the work, but they finished the job within one long day. The floors turned out better than we had hoped, and we are highly satisfied with the finished product. We would recommend Footprint Floors to anyone considering any additional work on their floors.

Footprints Flooring installed both vinyl flooring and tiles. Both crews did amazing work. They arrived on time, worked at a steady pace finished in the promised timeframe and cleaned up everything perfectly. I had good communication with owner, Don and he addressed any questions or concerns. Pricing was competitive with other estimates. I highly recommend.

Had Footprints flooring remove some old tile and install vinyl plank flooring. The new flooring had to match up with existing flooring that was in the house when we bought it. Victor and his crew did an awesome job. The owner Don is responsive and came to the job site at the beginning and end of the job. Thanks Don and Victor and crew for a job well done!

Amazing service!!! From estimate to start to finish in floor. So professional and offered great suggestion on designing the layout. Fabulous! Would recommend them to everyone!!!!

The service was professional from start to finish. Don was very good explaining what we needed to have and how the work would be done. Victor and his crew were wonderful!!!! They were extremely efficient and did what they promised. I enjoyed the communication with the guys even if I don’t speak Portuguese and they were not well versed in English. We all enjoyed a good laugh.

We had LVP purchased from Home Depot installed by Footprints Floors and they did an excellent job. We had a special issue that needed addressing with our slab that Home Depot would not deal with. Don was very helpful and offered various options to treat the issue. We are very pleased with the installation and will use Footprints Floors for future projects.

Very professional, clean and the back splash he installed looks amazing

I highly recommend this company for replacing tile work in bathrooms. They were very clean for a job that is messy. I also put tile over my sinks and toilet which are 10' high. Both bathrooms turned out absolutely beautiful. Don, the owner, is very personable and consistantly checks on the workers progress and keeps you informed during the process. Their prices are reasonable as well...You definitely get your money's worth!!

We are very thankful to Don. The tile setter was professional and on time. His work gave our kitchen the "wow" factor! We love it! We would definitely call on Don again for our remodeling needs!
