Brandon the technician was fabulous. He has over 25 years installation experience. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. His warning on moving the appliances back was INVALUABLE! We had our stairs sanded and sealed. Underneath an unsightly stain was some beautiful walnut wood. We all did a happy dance! Mando’s work was incredible. He is detail oriented and professional. Also, Joseph was excellent at communication and you can tell that customer satisfaction is his first priority.

We are very pleased. The owner was patient in explaining the process with us and transparent about materials, labor, pricing, and everything involved. The craftsman did a good job on the install and adjusted well in real time to a couple minor issues that are fairly common, I believe, on a project such as ours. The bid was expeditious and straightforward, admin was responsive, and the install (plus follow-up) was clean.

Brandon did a great job with sanding and staining our hardwood floors. He mixed a couple stains to get our desired look since we have red oak floors which pulls more red than we wanted. Joseph Kane was my first contact and he listened to my description of the work I wanted done and gave me a clear and detailed appraisal. He was always professional and courteous. Steve did the actual tile work and was personable and helpful just like Joseph. The job ran into some unexpected problems due to plumbing and they both helped solve them using resources and contacts they had and some creative ingenuity. They were clean and aware of my terrible allergies and did some incredible dust mitigation for me, kept me house clean while they did tile removal, sanding and then tile installation. Joseph was very kind and informative and available for any questions I had. He sent progress photos when I was at work. Communication on POINT. His team was on time, clean, quick and didn’t waste any time on the job. I describe myself as someone with high expectations when it comes to any construction work. I recently had to replace my sewer line and faced a very torn up section of bathroom tile floor. I called Joseph at Footprints Flooring and he came out to see exactly what needed to be done. He gave me some clearly-explained repair suggestions, and the pros and cons of each. His bid was spot-on and affordable.
He was extremely respectful, personable and professional. I felt as though I was working with a friend.
Michael, who works with Joseph, is a Master tiler. Talk about an expert! This man is a rare professional who really knows what he is doing. He is passionate about the quality of his handiwork, and makes it a priority to ensure the customer's satisfaction. Both Joseph and Michael are very detail-oriented.

We had 2 deep scratches in our laminate. To replace it would not be feasible because of the age and match possibility. So Joseph, the owner, came in with his wax kit, sat on the floor, and worked the colored wax into the scratches for more than an hour. When he stood up, the sratches were almost hidden. We were so pleased. Joseph was very conscientious and kind. We would not hesitate to use his company in the future.

We had Footprints Flooring instal LVP and carpet in our basement. They also tiled our bathroom floor, shower surround and kitchen backsplash. Then they installed a herringbone engineered hardwood in our entry. Joseph was fantastic to work with - very involved with every project and very communicative. Any issues we had were quickly taken care of and the finished product is great. They didn't even stress when I bought the wrong color of grout for the bathroom shower - just scraped it out and put in the color I really wanted. All the floors and tile look really good. I would hire them again!

Oh my goodness! If you are looking to get flooring done this is the place. I have had them work on several different styles of floors such as LVP, vinyl sheeting, carpet, and hardwood and they have knocked it out of the park every time. We were SO IMPRESSED with how easy this company was to work with! Joseph goes above and beyond and CARES about their quality and your experience! He is honest and is kind! In my experience that is hard to come by these days. We started just using them for the tile and then because they were so trustworthy, easy to work with and fast we decided to use them over other companies for carpet and LVP flooring and then had them come back to do our baseboards because the other company we had planned to do our baseboards WERE NOT easy to work with. This company just steps right up to do the job and wants to work with your schedule. They sure earned our business!! When doing our tile I wasn’t prepared for the questions of how I wanted it laid (naively I didn’t know there were options lol) and instead of being frustrated in impatient with me they took the time to lay out tiles so I could picture it easier and patiently waited as I asked for opinions from family members. It was SUCH a stress relief working with them compared to other companies where I felt rushed— it’s so hard for me to make all of these decisions and they made it a lot easier. They made it enjoyable! They were extremely helpful!! I would HIGHLY recommend them. 👏🏼👏🏼

Excellent work refinishing my 1959 oak floors. They are silky smooth, gorgeous color and look brand new. When we bought our house in 2020 it had the original carpet on top of the original oak floors, so they were quite dried and scratchy with the finish worn way down. We saved up to get this done and it was sooooo worth it. Joseph was great. He came and looked at the project, gave me all the options and was patient as we got our ducks in a row for payment and scheduling. I wanted a warm honey amber color like the original and matching the amber doors and other finishes to keep the mid century feel, and Armando was very kind and responsive when I asked to see more since I didn’t like any of the first sample batch. He nailed it on the second try after listening to what I had in mind. He finished really quickly and efficiently, was so professional. Joseph came and checked in to make sure I was happy with the work. The floors are stunning! Absolutely silky smooth, gorgeous warm rose amber color, verrrry close to the rest of the floors (because we don’t refinish all, just the most needed parts). They also stained and installed transition strips beautifully. See before pics of how worn the stain was and how dry the wood was. Now they are gleaming!
