Super helpful and professional

Had an oak floor that was scratched, dented and looking pretty sad. Footprints had some good reviews so decided to give them a try. So glad I did 👍 Bid was fair and they were able to work us in. Brandon is one of a diminishing breed that takes pride in his work. Did a fantastic job! They were fantastic about communicating throughout the process and were quick to respond to questions. Hope to not need to do this again soon but would certainly recommend them

Joseph's Footprints Floors team did an awesome job putting in the heated flooring tiles in our master bathroom. We chose the old beige tiles to be taken out and the new gray tiles to be put in. We will have them back again later to do our second bathroom. Thank you so much for your expertise and being able to understand what we wanted. We're happy!

We recently bought a house and quickly discovered we needed to replace a significant amount of flooring due to unexpected water damage. I was dreading the stress of finding a reliable contractor, but Justin (the owner) and Eric (the tradesman who handled our project) exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, both Justin and Eric were professional, friendly, and straightforward, making the entire process so much easier than I anticipated. They communicated clearly, were fair in their pricing, and adapted seamlessly when the project turned out to be more involved than expected. One thing I especially appreciated about Eric is his commitment to quality. Even though he's skilled, he knows the importance of calling in extra expertise if needed, which gave me confidence that the job would be done right. Great company! They were great, very professional. Quality work. Communication was great during our 3 week project. We changed our mind, and added more work after a few days, they were amazing to accommodate and really wanted us to be happy with everything. Mondo was on time every morning, and was great at making sure everything was done the way we wanted. Would gladly hire Footprints again!

I recently had to replace my sewer line and faced a very torn up section of bathroom tile floor. I called Joseph at Footprints Flooring and he came out to see exactly what needed to be done. He gave me some clearly-explained repair suggestions, and the pros and cons of each. His bid was spot-on and affordable. He was extremely respectful, personable and professional. I felt as though I was working with a friend. Michael, who works with Joseph, is a Master tiler. Talk about an expert! This man is a rare professional who really knows what he is doing. We love our floors! Joseph is very easy to work with and accommodating! He and his team were willing to work creatively with us on several projects. The work is checked daily to assure the results are excellent. Joseph is honest and shows up- he stands behind the work. He also has excellent craftsmen working to install the flooring.

Joseph has been great to work with as I get my house renovated. They have done my kitchen backsplash, baseboards/doortrim, vinyl floor, some subfloor work, and carpet for me. In each instance they did a really good job and they communicated a lot with me while doing so. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone. When I do other homes of mine I will be going back to Joseph each time.

We had 2 deep scratches in our laminate. To replace it would not be feasible because of the age and match possibility. So Joseph, the owner, came in with his wax kit, sat on the floor, and worked the colored wax into the scratches for more than an hour. When he stood up, the sratches were almost hidden. We were so pleased. Joseph was very conscientious and kind. We would not hesitate to use his company in the future.

Joseph and Chris have been amazing to work with. They worked around our schedule and rushed timeline, answered all our questions, and were super responsive, day and night. Even after finishing our floors and being paid, I noticed some tiny holes/cracks that didn't get filled properly, Chris came back and went over our floors with fine tooth comb, filling every crevice.

We had Footprints Floors replace carpet, laminate, and linoleum with LVP and had a great experience. Oh my goodness! If you are looking to get flooring done this is the place. I have had them work on several different styles of floors such as LVP, vinyl sheeting, carpet, and hardwood and they have knocked it out of the park every time. I even had them redo one of my showers for me! Joe and his team are super professional and handle problems as they arise and make me feel comfortable with the plan moving forward. Gave me a complete quote quickly. Excellent worksmanship, I should have done it 8 years ago (they replaced about 4'x4' warped hardwood planks, and sanded down and refinished the rest to look like new in 2 days. Very responsive, and professional. Great communication/great experience.

We were SO IMPRESSED with how easy this company was to work with! Joseph goes above and beyond and CARES about their quality and your experience! He is honest and is kind! In my experience that is hard to come by these days. We started just using them for the tile and then because they were so trustworthy, easy to work with and fast we decided to use them over other companies for carpet and LVP flooring and then had them come back to do our baseboards because the other company we had planned to do our baseboards WERE NOT easy to work with. This company just steps right up to do the job and wants to work with your schedule. They sure earned our business!! When doing our tile I wasn’t prepared for the questions of how I wanted it laid (naively I didn’t know there were options lol) and instead of being frustrated in impatient with me they took the time to lay out tiles so I could picture it easier and patiently waited as I asked for opinions from family members. It was SUCH a stress relief working with them compared to other companies where I felt rushed— it’s so hard for me to make all of these decisions and they made it a lot easier. They made it enjoyable! They were extremely helpful!! I would HIGHLY recommend them. 👏🏼👏🏼

I had a difficult flooring project that I put off for years trying to find someone who could tackle such a complicated job. I saw an ad for Footprints Floors and read all the great reviews and decided to give them a call. Joseph came right out to give me a bid—He is personable and organized, and remained attentive and communicative throughout the process. They were able to transform my uneven, peeling basement kitchen floor to beautiful LVP flooring. (See before and after photos) Everyone was very pleasant and kind to work with and they completed the project quickly with a great result.

Excellent work refinishing my 1959 oak floors. They are silky smooth, gorgeous color and look brand new. When we bought our house in 2020 it had the original carpet on top of the original oak floors, so they were quite dried and scratchy with the finish worn way down. We saved up to get this done and it was sooooo worth it. Joseph was great. He came and looked at the project, gave me all the options and was patient as we got our ducks in a row for payment and scheduling. I wanted a warm honey amber color like the original and matching the amber doors and other finishes to keep the mid century feel, and Armando was very kind and responsive when I asked to see more since I didn’t like any of the first sample batch. He nailed it on the second try after listening to what I had in mind. He finished really quickly and efficiently, was so professional. Joseph came and checked in to make sure I was happy with the work. The floors are stunning! Absolutely silky smooth, gorgeous warm rose amber color, verrrry close to the rest of the floors (because we don’t refinish all, just the most needed parts). They also stained and installed transition strips beautifully. See before pics of how worn the stain was and how dry the wood was. Now they are gleaming! Wonderful job, would highly recommend Footprints!

We had an amazing experience. They were quick to respond and you could tell that they knew their stuff. We had our flooring leveled and while he was here he shared numerous tips and tricks to help us complete our flooring project. I would definitely recommend them for any flooring projects.

If you are looking to get your hardwood floors refinished there is only one company to call - Footprints Floors. I was impressed with their experience, expertise, and knowledge. I felt comfortable having Joseph and his team in my home and appreciate it how they made a big project nearly dust free. The floors turned out even better than we had imagined. I was tempted to go with a cheaper bid to save less than $200, but I am glad we went with Footprints Floors. Jospeh is personable and great to work with. He communicates clearly and his team was always on time and done when they said they would be done. Don’t trust your floors to just anyone or go with the cheapest bid out there. Go with someone who will do a great job at a reasonable price and stand behind their work.

I love my new wood floor. I had an area that was half carpet, half red oak. Footprint floors replaced the carpet with new wood. They laced it in and then sanded the old floor and it now matches perfect. It looks like it was all wood from the beginning. I went with no stain and a natural seal. It looks beautiful. Joseph was easy to work with and great at responding to my calls and texts all the way through the process. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great…easy communication and I was informed through the whole project. It took a little longer due to some staining issues on my particular floor, but they worked hard to still get project done in a timely manner. My floors look great!

We had an issue during the installation (a flood not at all their fault) but Joe was great to go above and beyond to get everything sorted out and took probably 10+ extra visits to come out make sure everything was dry and ready to go.
