Joe is awesome. He was very easy to work with. Finished the job on time and it turned out even better than I was expecting. They were very professional and left things very clean. I would 100% recommend them and I would absolutely use them again.

We were SO IMPRESSED with how easy this company was to work with! Joseph goes above and beyond and CARES about their quality and your experience! He is honest and is kind! In my experience that is hard to come by these days. We started just using them for the tile and then because they were so trustworthy, easy to work with and fast we decided to use them over other companies for carpet and LVP flooring and then had them come back to do our baseboards because the other company we had planned to do our baseboards WERE NOT easy to work with. This company just steps right up to do the job and wants to work with your schedule. They sure earned our business!! When doing our tile I wasn’t prepared for the questions of how I wanted it laid (naively I didn’t know there were options lol) and instead of being frustrated in impatient with me they took the time to lay out tiles so I could picture it easier and patiently waited as I asked for opinions from family members. It was SUCH a stress relief working with them compared to other companies where I felt rushed— it’s so hard for me to make all of these decisions and they made it a lot easier. They made it enjoyable! They were extremely helpful!! I would HIGHLY recommend them. 👏🏼👏🏼

I had a difficult flooring project that I put off for years trying to find someone who could tackle such a complicated job. I saw an ad for Footprints Floors and read all the great reviews and decided to give them a call. Joseph came right out to give me a bid—He is personable and organized, and remained attentive and communicative throughout the process. They were able to transform my uneven, peeling basement kitchen floor to beautiful LVP flooring. (See before and after photos) Everyone was very pleasant and kind to work with and they completed the project quickly with a great result.

Excellent work refinishing my 1959 oak floors. They are silky smooth, gorgeous color and look brand new. When we bought our house in 2020 it had the original carpet on top of the original oak floors, so they were quite dried and scratchy with the finish worn way down. We saved up to get this done and it was sooooo worth it. Joseph was great. He came and looked at the project, gave me all the options and was patient as we got our ducks in a row for payment and scheduling. I wanted a warm honey amber color like the original and matching the amber doors and other finishes to keep the mid century feel, and Armando was very kind and responsive when I asked to see more since I didn’t like any of the first sample batch. He nailed it on the second try after listening to what I had in mind. He finished really quickly and efficiently, was so professional. Joseph came and checked in to make sure I was happy with the work. The floors are stunning! Absolutely silky smooth, gorgeous warm rose amber color, verrrry close to the rest of the floors (because we don’t refinish all, just the most needed parts). They also stained and installed transition strips beautifully. See before pics of how worn the stain was and how dry the wood was. Now they are gleaming! Wonderful job, would highly recommend Footprints!

If you are looking to get your hardwood floors refinished there is only one company to call - Footprints Floors. I was impressed with their experience, expertise, and knowledge. I felt comfortable having Joseph and his team in my home and appreciate it how they made a big project nearly dust free. The floors turned out even better than we had imagined. I was tempted to go with a cheaper bid to save less than $200, but I am glad we went with Footprints Floors. Jospeh is personable and great to work with. He communicates clearly and his team was always on time and done when they said they would be done. Don’t trust your floors to just anyone or go with the cheapest bid out there. Go with someone who will do a great job at a reasonable price and stand behind their work.

I love my new wood floor. I had an area that was half carpet, half red oak. Footprint floors replaced the carpet with new wood. They laced it in and then sanded the old floor and it now matches perfect. It looks like it was all wood from the beginning. I went with no stain and a natural seal. It looks beautiful. Joseph was easy to work with and great at responding to my calls and texts all the way through the process. I highly recommend them.

Joseph and his team did an outstanding job. They are all very organized hard working professionals. They tiled the bathroom and shower for me. And it literally is perfect. Their knowledge, expertise and professionalism is very impressive. The communication is way better than what you’d typically expect from construction companies. Jospeh, the owner definitely understands what he’s doing. He took the time to explain how the project would unfold. He listened to my needs and expectations and always kept me in the loop. I really appreciated texts of when they were on their way with the eta or pictures of the project. I have hired him and his team three more times on separate jobs because of how amazing they are to work with! Whether your a “do it yourself project person” who is familiar with flooring and can do it yourself or someone who doesn’t know how to do it at all, it’s worth hiring these guys out to get the job done. I am incredibly happy with the tile work Footprints Floors completed in my bathroom. They were fantastic in understanding what I wanted and gave me their professional input and ideas that made the project even better than I had imagined. These guys are great…easy communication and I was informed through the whole project. It took a little longer due to some staining issues on my particular floor, but they worked hard to still get project done in a timely manner. My floors look great!

I had backsplash installed in my kitchen- not only was the work done beautifully- but Joseph and Luis took their time making sure I fully understood the process as well as working with me to turn the jumbled mess in my brain into a real concept. They also took the time to make me feel comfortable working with them which was much appreciated.

Working with Joseph was awesome! He came in and and asked a lot of questions about exactly what we wanted. He was flexible and gave a very competitive quote based on exactly what we we wanted done and what we did NOT want them to do. He came every day to make sure the project was going as we expected/desired. And his timing guys did a great job and made sure they were doing it the way we wanted. So awesome to work with! Footprints Floors was fantastic to work with. Joe was really quick to get us a quote, explained everything really well and was very competitive on price. We had an issue during the installation (a flood not at all their fault) but Joe was great to go above and beyond to get everything sorted out and took probably 10+ extra visits to come out make sure everything was dry and ready to go. Couldn't recommend working with them enough, we absolutely love the finished product.
