Mike helped us select a perfect match to our existing floor and trim. The installation was quicker than expected. The installers did an amazing job. Were on time, professional and cleaned up afterwards. The owner was in communication with us during the entire process and made several trips before and after completion. Csnnot say enough. When my wife and I decide to refinish the wooden floor last Ictiber if 2023, we google it to look for the vendors and find the pricing and timing. One of the vendors caught my attention is that lead time and the hours to get it done is longer for our 1100 square feet wooden floor than the others which are shorter. The company name is Footprints of NE Ohio. I took a chance to pick this company on Nov 13,2023 and arranged to get it started on Jan 24,this year. They did show up on time and start to strip the floor the first day. They did remove refrigerator, range/oven and piano to get every corner that have wooden floor. Every day the owner Mike show up and make sure the work is done smoothly and correctly. After two weeks of meticulous and detailed work, it finally done on Feb 6. The wooden floor is fabulous, so beautiful and look like a new wooden floor we just installed. The workmanship is fantastic and owner mike’s devotion to customer satisfaction is admirable. I am very happy to choose the right company and would recommend very highly of their work. Needless to say I would give 5 star rating for this review.

Mike and his team completely refinished the floors in our house (1047 square feet) over the last two weeks (yes, during the holidays!). Our results are nothing short of stunning! The original floors are 55 years old and while they were in good condition we wanted them to be refinished. Mike kept my sister and I in the loop of what was going on every day (I live in Florida and the house and my sister is in Ohio) and he sent me frequent pictures of the progress. If there was a question of how to proceed, he was quick to ask and have it resolved without any work related delays. The attention to detail shown by the staff was amazing! The results far exceeded what I expected but the level of customer service that was provided throughout the process was priceless considering I was 1000 miles away. We have used Mike Goff and Footprints Floors twice now, first for a luxury vinyl plank floor on our lower level, and just recently for a complete hardwood floor refinish in the rest of the house. He and his crew have been nothing but professional, thorough, friendly, and holding themselves to a high standard of quality. For floors over 60 years old they look like they were put in yesterday. I would HIGHLY recommend Footprint Floors. I had a dishwasher that leaked causing the engineered hardwood to buckle in front of it. They responded to my request for a repair estimate quickly. Mike the owner was able to repair it at a very reasonable price and was able to do the repair the same day he came out to take a look at it. He is a great guy, very pleasant to work with.
