Raffle

We ask that all participating corporate partners provide one (or more) item(s) for our annual raffle. This will occur at the end of the Expo. Prizes should start at $50 in value.

In this highly anticipated event, franchisees and their staff are provided numbered raffle tickets which are subsequently drawn at random; the holder or holders of such tickets are eligible to win prizes supplied by YOU, our corporate partners.

Events

Welcome Reception:
Executive Staff, Corporate Staff, Franchisees, Franchisees' staff, and Corporate Partners gather for heavy appetizers, and drinks immediately following the Expo.

Executive Lunch:
Corporate partners share a meal with Bryan Park, CEO/Founder of Footprints Floors, and his executive and corporate staff. Includes a time of Q & A and introductions.

Expo:
All Franchisees and Franchisees' staff will be on-site in the exhibit hall to peruse the Corporate Partners’ booths to become familiar with offered and featured programs, products, and services.

Booths:
They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis with tiered pricing per booth, depending on the location. (see booth location chart here).

Raffle:
All franchisees will be provided numbered tickets which are subsequently drawn at random, the holder or holders of such tickets are eligible to win prizes supplied by all of the Corporate Partners.

Demos:
These one-hour slots will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t wait to book, they sell out quickly! These demos provide you the opportunity to meet with up to 75 franchisees at a time to demonstrate products and educate Franchisees in regards to industry samples, materials, and trade. They cost $1,000.00 each and you may purchase more than one. We reserve the right to weigh in on the content and relevance of the demo topic.

Footprints Floors welcomes any guests you may want to bring. Two people are included in the booth fee, the cost for each additional guest is $350.00. Please contact Laura Murphy at [email protected] or 720-788-1062 to add additional guests to an existing registration.

Footprints Floors attire is business casual for all events, though we do recommend you wear branded clothing the day of the Expo to make yourself and the company you represent identifiable. It will help our franchise owners distinguish you as a valued corporate partner. We also recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you since personal preferences vary regarding ideal room temperature.

The hotel’s cancellation policy varies by reservation, rate, hotel, and dates, so please refer to your confirmation email for details.

Yes, Footprints Floors will send event update emails as things either change or draw closer. Please make sure that we are on your safe senders list to ensure you receive all important event information. Click here to view the current schedule.

Footprints Floors encourages it. Feel free to take photos with Franchise Owners, associates, and corporate staff. We want Footprints Floors to be engaged and recognize that selfies and videos can aid in that process.

By attending this event, you consent to have your photo/likeness/video & audio recordings used in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications publicly and on social media.

Footprints Floors offers a variety of opportunities to network and connect with our franchisees. You can attend the Welcome Reception, and make use of a free evening (Wednesday, February 20th and Thursday, February 21st) to schedule dinner, dessert, coffee, or drinks with franchise owners.   • USPS - Drury Team Member picks up packages every Monday and Thursday

Rates and Description of Charges/Service Fees:

    Charges incurred shall be applied to the RECIPIENT of the package and, thus, applied to an individual guest room folio or the Group Master Account. These charges cover the cost of labor processing, receiving, storing, and delivering.

Storage Fees:

  • First 5 Packages up to 15lbs - Flat rate of $25, plus tax
  • 6-10 Packages - Flat rate of $100, plus tax
  • 11 or more with a MAX of 15 Packages - Flat rate of $200, plus tax
