Bryan enjoys quiet walks on the beach with his wife, reading Agatha Christie's books, and watching Matlock. His favorite color has always been green (mostly because it was his grandpa’s favorite color). He makes a mean chili, loves musical theater, and has reached expert-level dad joke status (official ranking according to his teenage daughters). In his spare time, he runs a flooring business, makes spreadsheets, and coaches on sales.
Kate was born and raised in the Chicago West Suburbs—Go Cubs!—She is passionate about people and education. She says, “I truly believe that we can always learn from each other and have fun while doing it.”
In 2015, she and her family moved to Colorado and joined the Footprints Floors team. She and her husband Joel acquired the Broomfield-Boulder territory and spent 5 ½ amazing years as franchisees. Time does fly when you’re enjoying yourself! Now, as dedicated Franchise Support Managers, they are focused on delivering outstanding service to their franchisees.
Outside of work, her family is my greatest joy. Her children and her husband mean the world to her. They love embracing Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle, often exploring the mountains and soaking in the natural beauty around them. Staying active and fit is a key passion of hers, helping her maintain balance both physically and mentally. She is naturally competitive and always up for a good challenge!
Lorrie Jo Quinn is the Director of Managed Services at Footprints Floors, where she has been making a significant impact for over 11 years. While officially managing the Customer Service team, she prefers to see her role as one of support and guidance, fostering a collaborative and effective environment. Lorrie Jo collaborates with our lead source and CRM representatives to maximize the success of Footprints Floors Franchisees. She takes great pride in being a part of the development and growth of this department.
Originally from Michigan, she spent her formative years in Arizona. At Northern Arizona University, she earned a degree in elementary education. She was one of fewer than fifty students selected for a prestigious program that integrated Education students directly into elementary schools.
Lorrie Jo is married and a proud parent of two exceptional young adults, one having and one pursuing careers in math-related fields. Although Lorrie Jo may have passed on her love of numbers, her enthusiasm for spiders has not quite taken root in the next generation—a light-hearted family disappointment.
Debbie has been with Footprints Floors for 12 years, always serving in Managed Services. She loves working with the Franchise owners, the Corporate team, and the Managed Services team. So many amazing people! She loves supporting new franchisees in training and the first months they are getting started. Debbie has been married to her husband John for 35 years and is in the amazing chapter of grandparenting. That little group calls her DeeDee.
Chris has been married to the love of his life, Gloria, and has 5 kids and 4 grandkids. He has served in various leadership roles during a 20+ year career in the Air Force as a Korean linguist. He has also served in the local church as a senior pastor and worship pastor for 10+ years. He loves playing pickleball and watching UK basketball, but most of all, nothing thrills his soul more than to share the love of God, knowing that he wouldn't still be alive today were it not for the transformational work that God did in his life in 2003.
Rachel Simpson is the Vice President of Finance and Compliance for Footprints Floors. She has worked for Footprints for 11.5 years but has been with Footprints and the Park family since the very beginning. Rachel grew up in Colorado and considers it home even though she and her family now live in South Carolina. She has been married to her husband, Jake, for 12.5 years and they have three rowdy children: David (11), Hannah (9), and Nolan (5), all of who grew up attending different meetings and training sessions with Rachel throughout her career with Footprints, which is why you often see her kids trying to poke their heads in during Google Meets. Before Footprints, Rachel worked for Starwood Hotels & Resorts in sales, event planning, and operations. Rachel started with Footprints as a CSR alongside Debbie and Lorrie Jo, followed by serving as Bryan's office manager in his Denver franchise. She started the carpet division in Denver which gave her the most experience that franchisees go through on a day-to-day basis, but then took over managing all of the finances for Footprints while still overseeing her carpet sales and production teams. After COVID, Footprints let go of selling and installing carpet so that Rachel could support Bryan with his idea of sharing the original Footprints model with franchisees across the nation. Rachel became the Director of Operations to help with this expansion and growth. Now Rachel focuses her time as a golf mom but also on the finances, legal, and human resource side of Footprints. While she doesn't speak with franchisees as often as she used to or would enjoy, Rachel always welcomes phone calls to share stories or offer her support however she can.
Joel was born and raised in central Illinois. His dad had him working from a young age, a strategy he now understands was to keep him occupied and out of his mom’s way. After high school, he served in the Marine Corps from 1994 to 1998. Realizing that college wasn’t the right path for him, he joined his dad in the landscaping business, where he worked for 16 years.
In 2015, he and his family relocated to Colorado and became part of the Footprints Floors family. After serving as a production manager for 8 months, he and his wife, Kate purchased the Broomfield-Boulder territory and spent 5 ½ years as franchisees. Today, we are dedicated Franchise Support Managers, committed to providing exceptional service to their franchisees.
Outside of work, he cherishes a fulfilling family life. His children and wife are the center of his world. They enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that Colorado offers, frequently exploring the mountains and embracing the natural beauty of their surroundings.

Scott Campbell began his career in construction as a carpenter in 1999 at the age of 19, working for MW Golden Constructors in Castle Rock, CO. A few years after that, in 2014, Scott’s journey with Footprints Floors began. Initially working as a field manager, Scott then moved up to become the lead project manager of the Denver Territory. Most recently, Scott has become the General Manager for the entire Denver Territory Franchise. While his days might still include coaching field managers, project coordinators, putting out fires, and finding and managing crews, his main focus is managing the overall health and direction of the franchise, as well as managing marketing sources and the overall customer experience.
Jordan Murphy currently serves as the Territory Sales Manager for Bryan Park's Denver franchise, which is what defines his occupation, but his hobbies and passions extend much further than a residential floor. Jordan was a 3-year starter as a Fullback for the University of Colorado Football team (2013-2015), where he earned team captain honors in his senior season, and became the 2015 recipient of the Tom McMahon Award and the coveted Colorado Sports Person of the Year (CUSPY) award, known as the Spencer Nelson Award, which goes to the student-athlete who demonstrates exceptional leadership in the face of adversity. He retired from the field and took to the field indoors, known as flooring. He has worked for Footprints for the last 3+ years and often gives Todd Park a run for his money in their head-to-head sales “competition.” He is married to his lovely wife Marianna and has two daughters, Kennedy (19 months) and Quincy (3 months). When he isn’t spending time with his family, he can be found pursuing another passion; recording music, singing, and playing the guitar for 828 Music Ministry.

I was raised in Richmond, Virginia. I am married to my wife of 30 years, Melissa, and I have four children and one grandchild. All my kids are out of college, so life has gotten a lot cheaper! I've done a lot of different jobs in my life including construction, working in restaurants, bagging groceries, teaching high school mathematics, serving as a missionary in Albania, starting a franchise business called CarePatrol, and starting Footprints Floors.
