The cost of exhibiting at the Footprints Floors Expo is $900. For our Corporate Partners who joined us in 2025, a $50 discount code will be provided at your request.

Footprints Floors welcomes any guests you may want to bring. Two people are included in the booth fee, the cost for each additional guest is $350.00. Please contact Laura Murphy at [email protected] or 720-788-1062 to add additional guests to an existing registration.
Footprints Floors attire is business casual for all events, though we do recommend you wear branded clothing the day of the Expo to make yourself and the company you represent identifiable. It will help our franchise owners distinguish you as a valued corporate partner. We also recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you since personal preferences vary regarding ideal room temperature.
The hotel’s cancellation policy varies by reservation, rate, hotel, and dates, so please refer to your confirmation email for details.

All materials should be shipped according to the following guidelines:
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING:
Prior to shipping any materials to the Hotel, the Corporate Partner must receive written permission from the Drury Hotel Sales Coordinator no later than fourteen (14) days prior to checking in. Availability to receive the Corporate Partner’s materials cannot be guaranteed and must be approved by the Hotel. The hotel will accept materials for events no earlier than three (3) days prior to the event.

If the Corporate Partner’s materials arrive without the appropriate labeling, the Corporate Partner will be charged an additional fee of $25.00 per box to the available payment method.
Please note: The hotel is not an official courier and does not provide full-service shipping. The Hotel has no liability whatsoever for any materials shipped to the Hotel by the Corporate Partner or its members and/or guests. The Corporate Partner ships to the Hotel at its own risk.
The hotel can accept packages for events no earlier than three (3) days prior to the group checking in. Please include the vendor name on the shipping label.
