Fee Structure & Hotel Costs



  • $450 Franchisee (billed July 2025)
  • $400 per Additional Franchisee Guest (billed at the time of online registration)
  • Hotel Rates and Important Information: (please read carefully)
    King or Double Queen: $230.10/night (includes taxes, fees, and assessments)
    • There is a maximum number of five (5) occupants per Hotel room and a maximum of six (6) occupants per hotel suite
    • All guests must be registered with the front desk
    • The Hotel’s parking lot is reserved for guest vehicles only -On-Site Covered Parking-Valet Only ($39+tax/night). No oversized vehicles or dually trucks - Garage clearance 7ft
    • Complimentary Hot Breakfast - Enjoy scrambled eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit, potatoes, pastries, coffee, and more. Hot, fresh, and free. Free hot breakfast is served from 6:00 AM - 9:30 AM weekdays, 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM on weekends.
    • From 5:30–7:00 PM. every evening, enjoy free hot food and cold beverages at the 5:30 Kickback. Try something different every night! A rotating menu of fresh, hot food and beer, wine, mixed drinks, and soft drinks is served every day.
    • All rooms include free Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, in-room safe, and hairdryer
    • Additional Adults (defined as 18+) after the first 2 are subject to a $20 fee
    • Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM
    • Hotel amenities such as the use of the fitness center and business center, as well as complimentary breakfast and complimentary 5:30 Kickback®, are for registered guests only
    • The Hotel’s pool and spa are for registered guests only, and non-registered guests may not be invited into the pool area
    • Hotel room doors will not be propped open and must remain shut at all times
    • Smoking and/or vaping in the hotel rooms is prohibited, and the Group may incur a $250.00 fee per violation

The cost of exhibiting at the Footprints Floors Expo is $900. For our Corporate Partners who joined us in 2026, a $50 discount code will be provided at your request.

Footprints Floors welcomes any guests you may want to bring. Two people are included in the booth fee, the cost for each additional guest is $350.00. Please contact Laura Murphy at [email protected] or 720-788-1062 to add additional guests to an existing registration.

Footprints Floors attire is business casual for all events, though we do recommend you wear branded clothing the day of the Expo to make yourself and the company you represent identifiable. It will help our franchise owners distinguish you as a valued corporate partner. We also recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you since personal preferences vary regarding ideal room temperature.

The hotel’s cancellation policy varies by reservation, rate, hotel, and dates, so please refer to your confirmation email for details.

Yes, Footprints Floors will send event update emails as things either change or draw closer. Please make sure that we are on your safe sender's list to ensure you receive all important event information. Click here to view the current schedule.

Footprints Floors encourages it. Feel free to take photos with Franchise Owners, associates, and corporate staff. We want Footprints Floors to be engaged and recognize that selfies and videos can aid in that process.

We ask that you send your convention memories to [email protected] so we can use these images in future convention material.

By attending this event, you consent to have your photo/likeness/video & audio recordings used in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications publicly and on social media.

Footprints Floors offers a variety of opportunities to network and connect with our franchisees. Feel free to schedule dinner, dessert, coffee, or drinks with franchise owners. All materials should be shipped according to the following guidelines:

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING:

Prior to shipping any materials to the Hotel, the Vendor must receive written permission from its Drury Sales Coordinator ([email protected]) no later than fourteen (14) days prior to checking in. Availability to receive the Vendor’s materials cannot be guaranteed and must be approved by the Hotel. The Hotel will accept materials for events no earlier than seven (7) days prior to the group checking in. The Vendor will be charged a handling fee of $8.00 per box. Any shipped materials cannot exceed 15 lbs. per box. This fee will be collected by the Hotel from the Vendor or other available payment method. All Vendor materials delivered to the Hotel must be clearly labeled, designating the Vendor, and all other pertinent information to ensure that the Hotel is able to deliver the materials to the appropriate location. If the Vendor’s materials arrive without the appropriate labeling, the Vendor will be charged an additional fee of $25.00 per box via credit card or other available payment method. If the Vendor requires materials to be shipped from the Hotel, the Vendor must provide the materials boxed with affixed pre-paid labels to the front desk. Any shipped materials cannot exceed 15 lbs. per box, and the Hotel will charge an $8.00 fee per box. The Hotel is not an official courier and does not provide full-service shipping. The Hotel has no liability whatsoever for any materials shipped to or from the Hotel by the Vendor or its members and/or guests. The Vendor ships to and from the Hotel at its own risk. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse delivery of oversized packages (>15 lbs). The Hotel cannot receive pallets.
