Dan and his staff were very easy to work with. Our bathroom floor project made a huge difference in the appearance of our home. Dan made sure that the work was done to our satisfaction.

My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with our new floors. We had most of the floors on our main level replaced with hardwoods and some laminate in the basement replaced with tiling, and both were beautifully done. Our house feels completely different after this huge upgrade. Footprints Floors was significantly more affordable and reasonably priced than the other quote we got with a big company. The price they quoted for our hardwoods was the same that we were quoted for vinyl plank at the other company (and the other company claimed that their price was 50% off). Footprints also spared the videos and gimmicks when they came to provide an estimate. The owner, Dan (and not a salesman) came to our home, and he was very honest and forthright about project costs. Jonathan (our project manager) and Dan were both very responsive to our many questions and were very patient. They sent team members to our home each day to address our minor concerns/comments towards the end of the project. At the end, they did a final walk through to ensure all our concerns were addressed. Overall, Footprints exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with our floors. The pricing was more than fair, and the team was very communicative and professional. Thank you again!

I want to share the amazing experience we had with Dan and his Footprints team. We had a new construction home and I found Dan and Footprints to do the tile work. They did such an amazing job, I wish I would have found them sooner so that they could have done our hardwood floors as well! With Dan and his team we had multiple meetings, they asked questions, and gave us options throughout the entire process. Because of this, we were all on the same page and there were no surprises in what they had to do and what I wanted them to do. The installers did a fantastic job repairing a broken kitchen tile where the original installers just placed tile over an open floor vent hole. They made sure they did the job right and properly covered the vent and installed new tile. Would certainly use them again AND refer them. Great work!!

I hired Footprints Floors to install floor tile to improve the look of a vintage bathroom, and I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism from everyone on Dan's team. Their communication was frequent and proactive, keeping me up to date on every aspect of the project. Before the project was finished, I re-hired Footprints to redo my kitchen floor, which, again, was completed beyond my best expectations. Pricing was quite reasonable.

Footprint Floors also installed LVP in the hall bathroom and laundry room, installed a new stacked stone fireplace surround, and new tile fireplace hearth. Jodi returned my message very quickly and set up a time to speak with Dan about the issue. Dan reviewed my photos of the problem and gave me options that were simple DIY fixes. Simply put, the entire experience with Footprints KC was exactly what I look for when hiring companies to work in my house. From the beginning they were on top of their game. We had several companies give us quotes to get our hardwoods refinished in our main floor living space. Dan, the owner, came out to do the quote himself and I had the quote in my inbox later that night. What set them apart from the others was he was the only one who called me the next to make sure I received the quote and if I had any questions. A simple gesture that you don't experience that much anymore. The job they quoted out for me was on the smaller side so I wasn't wasn't expecting that much communication but Dan, Leo and team were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. Dan and his crew refinished my 75 year old hardwood floors. I was out of town when they did the work. When I returned, the floors were perfect. Not a single complaint. Everything was cleaned up, no dust, no marks on the quarter round on the floor. Everything was great.

From the beginning to the end 100% would recommend this company to all! We did a restrain for dark wood and I wanted as light as I could go. I needed to set my quote up for specific dates and Dan was very helpful and quick to fit me in. During the bid he had great sample and examples and told me exactly what I needed to know and the real facts that maybe would be something you would have to find out.
