Footprint Floors did an AMAZING job on my new floors. We had some porcelain tiles installed after a flood ruined the vinyl floors we had previously and this guys came in and got the job done quickly and with great quality and attention to detail. I’m recommending them to everyone I know!!

Adnan and his crew were very professional. We enjoyed working with them. They installed a walk in shower floor and tiled the entire shower. They also installed in floor heating and tile on the bathroom floor. The crew always checked with us to make sure, what they were doing is what we wanted. They completed the job before the timeline they gave. There were a couple of mishaps but they were right back out to make the repairs. We would 100% work with them again.

Amazing job on installing vinyl plank. The estimate process with Adnan was quick and easy, they were able to get me on the schedule quickly, and the crew finished my entire condo in one day and picked up after themselves (I just need to mop). Highly recommend.

I used them for replacing tiles in bathroom as well as sanding / restaining Hardwood floors . They provided a good price and the work was good quality as well . They also did a good cleanup job after the work is done . They were super responsive and could start work in short notice as well . Overall it was a good experience . Luxury Vinyl floor installation. Very good service they did a nice job but they are super fast if you don’t stay on top of them they’ll miss have the work they quoted you for. I would recommend them but I wouldn’t let them do the job in my absence.

They did a nice job of refinishing the floor. They were very willing to show us four different stains on the wood of the floor after they had sanded an area which made it easier to choose a color for the stain.

I called 50 floors, empire floors, another floor company and then footprint. I was very undecided whether to do the laminate flooring or sand and stain my floors. I was referred to Footprint Floors by a friend. When they were done with her floors it looked like she had brand new laminate flooring done. She chose sand and natural look and I chose natural look. I was still up in the air on whether I should stain. But Jimmy showed me natural look pictures of how beautiful they can be and I'm so glad I chose natural. My floors are so unbelievable beautiful . Footprint Floors do very impressive work. Also I left my home with them and went out of the country while they did work and they left my home clean and items untouched. They are very professional, respectful of your home, clean and does magic to your floors.

The price was fair for the job they performed. The flooring job was good. Overall, it took longer than expected and, while I know walls are uneven, they left large gaps between the wall and baseboard mouldings in almost my entire bedroom and several other areas that should’ve been caulked.

I can't speak how happy I am with this company. I shopped multiple companies in the area and all were around the same price point. Adnan seemed the most reputable of the people I had met with and generally honest through our estimate and ensuing conversations. I was on a time crunch as we were trying to move into a home we purchased as quickly as possible but wanted to refinish the hardwood before moving in. He was able to get us on the schedule in less than a week, and completed the floors much faster than promised. The final product turned out amazing. His crew worked with us and showed stain samples so we could make our decision on the actual floor in our home, then made sure we had enough time for the floor to dry before moving in. He even went through every option from stain colors, to different kinds of sealer to help us make the best decision possible for us. From quote to completion I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Footprint Floors. The install team was very professional and executed the project on time! My house had some surprise water damage that prevented one area from being completed until the issue is resolved. Had a dishwasher leak in my kitchen. Water damaged my hardwood floors. The repair was done with great care. You'd never know fooring was replaced. Workers were efficient and worksite was spotless when they were done. I recommend them.

I had the Footprints Floor install hardwood in 2 bedrooms, 3 closets, 2 landings, 1 hallway and 24 stairs from the upper level down to the basement. They also removed the old carpet. The installers Daniel and Florian did an excellent job, they knew what they were doing, and I am very pleased with their work. Jimmy the project manager, came daily checked on the installers made sure everything was done properly and made sure they had all of the materials. Adnan the owner also came by to check on the work, delivered some of the materials and also answered my questions. I have no complaints, a job well done.

Just purchased a new home with floors that needed a major upgrade! There were gaps in the boards, scratches and the color was awful. I was recently in a jam and needed to get 16 stair treads finished. So I put a call into Footprint, and Adnan called me back the same day. He and his production manager (Jimmy) quickly scheduled an estimate, picked up the treads, and had them back within a week, and they look fantastic! This company is very responsive, professional, and does excellent work.

Adnan and his team is very good at their work. They provided a very good service with a reasonable price too. We hired them for screening and coating our hardwood floor. Adnan also gave us really good and honest recommendation about what our hardwood floor actually needed. Surely recommend them.

After removing carpet from newly purchased home I found some heavy stains in the wood and a poor attempt at a prior refinishing. I got several bids and choose footprints, from choosing stains to Finnishing touches I could not have been more impressed, these floors are absolutely beautiful. Smooth, level, rich color, and a beautiful shine. You would be hard pressed to find the stains. Process was complete in 3 days and was mess free ! I seriously don't know if my experience could be improved on.

Adnan, Jimmy and his crew did a wonderful job. They were knowledgeable and knows what they are doing. They answered all my questions and concerns and did the job to my satisfaction. They went above and beyond to help us along the way.

I cannot emphasize enough how GREAT my experience was with them. Jennie was amazing to work with initially to figure out the project (install new floor by lacing in new hardwood with existing, repair some sections, and sand/refinish everything), and made sure everything could be done the way I wanted it. Then the quality of the work and the communication between me and the project manager Jimmy was amazing. He made sure everything was how i wanted it, and went out of his way to come over after the project was done to add a couple shoe moldings in that i decided i wanted. They were quick, showed up when they said AND were incredibly well priced, every other bid I got was significantly more expensive/they said they couldn't do what I was asking for. I have already referred people to them, and i will in the future. Trust me, use these guys.

The owner was easy to work with and gave me quote immediately. Had Liv rm, din rm, hallway and bath hardwood floors sanded and stained and finished. Be sure to understand how long you have to stay off floors after completion. The floors look very nice. Although they cleaned up work areas, there was some dust in adjacent areas. Suggest putting plastic on doorways and openings. I would definitely recommend.

Footprints Floors of Metro Detroit came to our home and repaired several scratches and dents on the hardwood floor in our kitchen. The results were fantastic. We cannot even find or see them anymore. They were on time as promised and did the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them for any hardwood floor repairs that you may have.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We just used them to redo the flooring in basically our entire house which included not only putting down new hardwoods but also sanding and staining existing hardwoods, feathering in pre-existing hardwoods into new hardwood floors, installation of ceramic tiles in one room and tiling the risers of our stairs, which was a relatively new thing they did and did an absolute phenomenal job. Our stairs are now our pride and joy. I can’t overstate how responsive everybody at the company was. I would text or call Jennie or Adnan even on a Sunday to set up work for the following Monday and I don’t think there was a time where she didn’t text me back within 30 seconds. They were at the job site all the time making sure everything went well. We had a few small changes we wanted done during the job and they did it without question. The overall craftsmanship was absolutely stunning. JASON, the installer, was amazing and we would bounce ideas off of him and we always was went with his recommendation. They did such a great job that I even recommended my mom use them for her flooring job.

Awesome. They did a great job and price was reasonable. My floors were in bad shape. There were scratches and patches of missing poly.  I highly recommend them. Adnon was so easy to work with and a project manager gets assigned to your job. A+++ for sure.  As with any floor staining/sanding, consider the following:  1.  pick your color prior to having the job start2.  discuss upfront about any paint touch ups that might be needed after they finish

They sanded and finished our red oak flooring. The owner came right on time for the quote appointment, looked over everything carefully gave us a price we thought was fair. His team came in when they said they would and finished the sanding and 2 coats in the time they said it would take. Very nice to work with people that show up and do the job they said they would. I would definitely recommend Footprints Floors! Noah and his team made having our hardwood floors refinished headache free. Communication was great! We received our consultation within 48 hours of calling and received regular updates and pictures of floors throughout the entire process. They also did not do anything that would change the estimated cost without first contacting us which was a huge relief! The work they did on our floors have given our house another life. Refinished all the hardwood in my house before I moved in. Awesome quality work - my floors look great! But what made the difference is I had a very tight timing window and Noah and his team broke their backs to finish ahead of schedule. Absolutely stunning work. We just purchased our first home and the hardwood floors were a hot mess. Noah and his crew came in and did phenomenal work.
