We had our fireplace wall and floor tiles replaced. The father-and-son install team worked together beautifully. They were very careful with the surrounding walls and flooring when they demolished the old tiles. They did all of the cutting outside. The new tile installation was very carefully done, and the grout and caulking have a much-desired professional appearance. The team cleaned up thoroughly both indoors and outdoors, removing as much of the dust as possible given the nature of the project. And they hauled away all of the debris. The Sales Manager (Billy), Inside Manager (Adnan), and Field Manager (Ahmad) were great communicators, always patient and helpful with questions and issues during this busy time of year. We worked with Footprints Floors Metro Detroit to install our kitchen's butcherblock countertops. Billy came out to do our initial evaluation and project estimates. He was incredibly professional and knowledgable, and willing to answer all of our questions. From the time of Billy's initial visit, it took less than a week to have the team come out to our home, remove the old countertops, and install our beautiful new butcherblock countertops! Just got my father’s bathroom floor redone and I couldn’t be happier. They were so helpful with all of my questions, from the estimate all the way to the end (and there was zero pressure in the sale, which I really appreciated.) Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and they had really good price points. The tile job itself is immaculate, the way it’s cut so perfectly around the toilet and pipes, those guys did 10/10 work. And the place was left spotless! Will definitely use again.

I found Footprints Floors on Angi’s. They came to my home to estimate the job, which was small. They said they would fit it in between other jobs they had going. It took two weeks to do so, but they did! The Sales, Operations and Tiler employees were respectful of my time, questions and concerns. The work was good and I would recommend the company to others looking for competent, professional tile work.

WOOD FLOORS I’ve wanted for years!!!! 🤩 Footprints Floors were experts at transforming our home. This was an extensive project with the entirely main level getting wood flooring. Rooms had carpet removed while other rooms had to be sanded, carpet on stairs was removed and everything was stained one color. Turned out more perfectly than I could have imagined!! Absolute BEST in the industry. They checked on the progress regularly to ensure complete satisfaction. In order to keep cost competitive, we bought and painted moldings, caulked and painted stairs. Pictures show before and after. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! (Rustic Beige stain).

We recently finished our basement which included a living room, guest room and bathroom and needed new flooring. The salesperson, Billy, came by for a quote and after listening to our vision provided us with several options on how to make it happen. He answered all of our questions and provided recommendations and an estimate that day and was able to get us on the schedule the following week. This company is amazing! On time, professional and polite. They tiled my bathroom and fireplace and it looks AMAZING! I even had to leave them alone in my house and go to work for almost the entire project and they were great. A few unexpected issues with the project came up and they fixed everything for a very fair additional fee. Will definitely be using them again!

Footprints changed my stairs from carpet to vinyl plank. Very happy with the quality of work and price, I think it looks beautiful.

I had the carpeting and padding torn up in the living room, hallway and one bedroom and the wood floors were a BIG mess. The guys worked quite hard to get them sanded down well enough to refinish them. We chose our stain color and when the time came that the floors were ready for color they did a beautiful job. I couldn’t believe they were the same floors! I was sure we would have to re-carpet , friends and family were in awe of the job! I highly recommend this company and crew if you are looking at getting your wood floors refinished, you will not regret it.

Had floors (1100 sq. ft.) re-done (repaired, sanded, stained, sealed) on old home. Sales/pre-work communication was great (Jennie), but when it came time to do the job, communication was messy - coordinating between the owner, hand-off from sales, site manager, and sub-contractor actually doing the job; and the job took a longer time than expected (one-man crew, about 10 days). That being said, the cost was competitive/affordable, and the quality was awesome - since these are the two most important aspects, I give them 5-stars, and would recommend.

I was able to have my backsplash tile job within two weeks of contacting the company. The price was very good and the quality was meticulously completed in one day.

The hard wood install crew did a very professional job.

Adnan and his crew were very professional. We enjoyed working with them. They installed a walk in shower floor and tiled the entire shower. They also installed in floor heating and tile on the bathroom floor. The crew always checked with us to make sure, what they were doing is what we wanted. They completed the job before the timeline they gave. There were a couple of mishaps but they were right back out to make the repairs. We would 100% work with them again.

I used them for replacing tiles in bathroom as well as sanding / restaining Hardwood floors . They provided a good price and the work was good quality as well . They also did a good cleanup job after the work is done . They were super responsive and could start work in short notice as well . Overall it was a good experience . They did a nice job of refinishing the floor. They were very willing to show us four different stains on the wood of the floor after they had sanded an area which made it easier to choose a color for the stain.

I called 50 floors, empire floors, another floor company and then footprint. I was very undecided whether to do the laminate flooring or sand and stain my floors. I was referred to Footprint Floors by a friend. When they were done with her floors it looked like she had brand new laminate flooring done. She chose sand and natural look and I chose natural look. I was still up in the air on whether I should stain. But Jimmy showed me natural look pictures of how beautiful they can be and I'm so glad I chose natural. My floors are so unbelievable beautiful . Footprint Floors do very impressive work. Also I left my home with them and went out of the country while they did work and they left my home clean and items untouched. They are very professional, respectful of your home, clean and does magic to your floors.

I can't speak how happy I am with this company. I shopped multiple companies in the area and all were around the same price point. Adnan seemed the most reputable of the people I had met with and generally honest through our estimate and ensuing conversations. I was on a time crunch as we were trying to move into a home we purchased as quickly as possible but wanted to refinish the hardwood before moving in. He was able to get us on the schedule in less than a week, and completed the floors much faster than promised. The final product turned out amazing. His crew worked with us and showed stain samples so we could make our decision on the actual floor in our home, then made sure we had enough time for the floor to dry before moving in. He even went through every option from stain colors, to different kinds of sealer to help us make the best decision possible for us. Had a dishwasher leak in my kitchen. Water damaged my hardwood floors. The repair was done with great care. You'd never know fooring was replaced. Workers were efficient and worksite was spotless when they were done. I recommend them.

I had the Footprints Floor install hardwood in 2 bedrooms, 3 closets, 2 landings, 1 hallway and 24 stairs from the upper level down to the basement. They also removed the old carpet. The installers Daniel and Florian did an excellent job, they knew what they were doing, and I am very pleased with their work. Jimmy the project manager, came daily checked on the installers made sure everything was done properly and made sure they had all of the materials. Adnan the owner also came by to check on the work, delivered some of the materials and also answered my questions. I have no complaints, a job well done.

I was recently in a jam and needed to get 16 stair treads finished. So I put a call into Footprint, and Adnan called me back the same day. He and his production manager (Jimmy) quickly scheduled an estimate, picked up the treads, and had them back within a week, and they look fantastic! This company is very responsive, professional, and does excellent work.

After removing carpet from newly purchased home I found some heavy stains in the wood and a poor attempt at a prior refinishing. I got several bids and choose footprints, from choosing stains to Finnishing touches I could not have been more impressed, these floors are absolutely beautiful. Smooth, level, rich color, and a beautiful shine. You would be hard pressed to find the stains. Process was complete in 3 days and was mess free ! I seriously don't know if my experience could be improved on.

I cannot emphasize enough how GREAT my experience was with them. Jennie was amazing to work with initially to figure out the project (install new floor by lacing in new hardwood with existing, repair some sections, and sand/refinish everything), and made sure everything could be done the way I wanted it. Then the quality of the work and the communication between me and the project manager Jimmy was amazing. He made sure everything was how i wanted it, and went out of his way to come over after the project was done to add a couple shoe moldings in that i decided i wanted. They were quick, showed up when they said AND were incredibly well priced, every other bid I got was significantly more expensive/they said they couldn't do what I was asking for. I have already referred people to them, and i will in the future. Trust me, use these guys.

The owner was easy to work with and gave me quote immediately. Had Liv rm, din rm, hallway and bath hardwood floors sanded and stained and finished. Be sure to understand how long you have to stay off floors after completion. The floors look very nice. Although they cleaned up work areas, there was some dust in adjacent areas. Suggest putting plastic on doorways and openings. I would definitely recommend.
