Jeff and his team were amazing!!! Their customer service from the first phone call was fabulous, attentive, he always arrived on schedule, communicated often, worked on a Sunday to install a new hardwood floor in my family room, and saved my Thanksgiving dinner!!! The quality of his team’s work was simply outstanding! This is the only company I will call for all of my future flooring needs!!!

I started a floating floor project on my own and soon realized I was out of my depth. I called Footprints Floors and I am relieved that I did. Jeff sent someone out to check out my project and they had it completed in no time. They were extremely professional, courteous and did an excellent job not only finishing the floor, but cleaning up afterwards as well. I cannot recommend them enough. I am very pleased with the installation of my Floresta Verde Hexagon Porcelain Mosaic tile and my Swiss Madison One-Piece Toilet by FOOTPRINTS floors.
