Footprints just completed a job at my home in my century old millhouse in Noda and I am very pleased with the result. We had both 100 year old pine and a section of newer oak to refinish, and they did a splendid job. They were easy to comminicate with and took the time to discuss color matching the two sections. I greatly appreciate their color and gloss level suggestions and the final product is a stunner. They completed the job on time which we greatly appreciated.

Footprints Floors was the only company willing to repair our flooring that was chipping and coming up in multiple places around our house. Brandon, William and team were able to handle some unexpected challenges with demo of our old floor and worked long hours in order to get our new SCP flooring installed. At our walkthrough Brandon was understanding of a few leveling concerns and offered a few possible solutions in order to make it meet our expectations.

I definitely give 5 stars to the work crew who replaced our damaged flooring and sanded, stained, and refinished our flooring. That part of the job was perfect. However, I had to explicitly ask that a lockbox be used to secure our house key, since their plan was to "hide" our key while we were staying off-property for 4 days. On their final work day, we came to check our house and found one of our entry doors was left completely unlocked. Anyone could have wandered in overnight or the next day while the top coat was drying. Our alarm system was off so the workers could come and go. The owner's response was equivalent to: "sorry about that". Communication was poor with regards to them returning to reset our furniture that we paid extra to be moved off the hardwood floor before the job began. Multiple texts to the owner and the production manager regarding scheduling went unanswered. Overall, four stars for the total experience. There is room for improvement from the management side of the house. The actual floor work was perfect. Very hardworking crew!

From the scheduling to the final walkthrough the experience with Brandon and his crew was perfect! His crew demolished several layers of flooring with very little mess. The new hardwoods are gorgeous and a perfect color match to 60+ year old floors.

Brandon’s crew arrived as scheduled and the lead installer made sure everything was done with 100% satisfactory. Brandon himself even showed up about an hour later to make sure everything was going as planned. We are satisfied with the work that they did and will call on them again if needed for future jobs.

Where do I start? Footprint's Floors installed laminate flooring in five rooms. I was really stressed going into the project because my existing floors were DIY installs and I am getting my house ready for the real estate market. I needed floors that would help sell my house. Brandon put me at ease explaining that "this is what we do". Further more, I ordered the flooring ahead of the install project. Brandon's team was on the ball and quickly discovered that I did not order enough flooring material. Luckily my local big box store had enough in stock. Brandon's team was polite, friendly, and professional. The best part is that my new floors were installed showroom perfect and truly matched the workmanship of the images I saw in their add photos. Footprint Floors is much more than flooring! I live in an older house. Water leaks had occurred in pipes in the wall & those pipes then ran through a concrete slab. UGH! After the pipes were repaired, Footprints repaired the drywall in 3 rooms, demoed the hallway & bathroom floors (where the concrete slab had been drilled into), laid new flooring down and painted the 3 rooms. The work Footprints did was impeccable!!! The crews were all experienced and customer-friendly! I'm extremely pleased with the results!

Showed up in person for a quote. I told them I'd get back to them to schedule a date to start. They waited. Came back to them said sometime late July. They set a date. They showed up and did what they needed to do. No hassles. No surprises. Ok. I must admit. Extremely awesome customer service from the sales representative to the guy who came to oversee the work being done. And the work performed was amazing. Not only does it look great, but the job is fantastic. We had work done on the upstairs. Removed carpeting and had the hard laminate floors put in. Not sure the proper term my wife knows that. Anyway, I was concerned that since the carpet was removed that with the new flooring, it would be worse in the sense that we could hear all the walking upstairs. On the contrary. It’s actually better now. I don’t hear a thing! Ghosts!!! Fantastic job. Highly recommended!

They made the old dingy floors in my 1950s home look brand new! They were hidden under carpet, they had weird stains on them, and most of the boards were bowed. They came in and got everything sanded and stained day 1. The next few days they sealed the floors. I like how they communicated with me each morning when they were on their way. Hardwood Floors Restore did a great job. They showed up on time, crew was professional and the owner Daniel was on site every day to supervise and inspect the job. Footprints floors Did an excellent job very fast?

Footprint Floors installed LVP tile flooring in our remodeled laundry room. It required the removal of a portion of the subfloor and laying new underlayment boards prior to installing the LVP. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them as flooring installers!

They were fast, efficient, reasonably priced and did a great job. Having worked with MANY contractors, the bar is on the floor, but this flooring company treated it like it was on the roof. Very pleased.

The footprints team was ON POINT. I needed to make some quick updates to my kitchen. I contacted Footprints to install a new backsplash in the kitchen behind the sink, behind the stove, and under the butler's cabinet. Darrien and the team were responsive, fast to complete a walk-through, provided an estimate (that matched the final price to the penny), scheduled the job, and completed it within two weeks. The tile to be installed was all individual pieces, 2x2, quite complex, and needed special handling, it didn't phase the team at all, they knew exactly what to do. I'd use Footprints again, please take a look at the photos.

Brandon was very helpful during the planning process and gave us quotes on two different options without pressuring us in either direction. The project manager, Darrin, was friendly, responsive, and professional, and he dealt with a couple of after-install issues promptly and satisfactorily. We were very happy with Footprints Floors Charlotte. We had water damage and had to replace all the floors on our main level. Brandon from Footprints came and gave us an estimate. We agreed and scheduled the work. Darrin was our POC from that point on, and he was very communicative. He texted us the day before the crew was to arrive, and again that morning. Darrin and the crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. After less than an hour Darrin called for me. They had found structural damage beneath our subfloor and recommended we hold off on installing the floors, and have a construction company come out and take a look. He said they could continue to install the floors but it would likely cause us further issues down the road. I agreed with his recommendation. They even recommended a construction company to come out. Wolfe Construction did come out and they entered our crawl space and confirmed everything Footprints had said. Dee from Wolfe Construction said she’d like to shake their hand because so many companies would have just laid the floors anyway, and it would have come back to haunt us. Wolfe was booked 6 weeks out, so we had to put the floor installation on hold. We explained to Darrin and Brandon with footprints and they were completely understanding and accommodating. They came back two days after the construction work was completed, and then scheduled us for the following week to install the floors. Much to our delight, after such a lengthy process getting there, they knocked it out in one day and the floors look terrific! We are incredibly happy with the way they look, plus we can now sleep a little sounder knowing that the structural issues we were previously unaware of have now been addressed, and the house is all the safer for it. (We have a 4 year old and a 2 year old). We are also confident that the new floors will last for years, and have added value to the house. Plus, before all of this, our floors were very uneven (the house was built in 1973, so we just chalked it up to “it is what it is”). Now, after the structural work, plus some sanding and leveling Footprints did on the subfloors, our floor is far more level and even than it was. It was a long process (not Footprints fault) and we came out all the better on the other side. The thing that impressed me most is Footprints flexibility and willingness to take the longer, harder, but more secure path, as opposed to just laying the floors originally and being done with it. We are glad we came across them while searching for an installation company. After the floor installation was complete, Darrin came back out the next day and reviewed all the work. He spot checked and fine tuned a couple of things that needed it. We enjoyed a cup of coffee as he did so, and enjoyed talking to him and appreciated the due diligence he showed in making sure everything was as perfect as it could be. By the time he left, we were 100% satisfied with the work Footprints did. Everyone we dealt with from Footprints, from the owner to the crew, and in particular Darrin, who communicated with us throughout the whole process, were professional, kind, knowledgeable, honest people who were clearly experts in their field.
