Brandon and his team at Footprints were excellent to work with through the new flooring installation process and having our existing stairs refinished. I always had a point of contact throughout, everyone that came into our home to work was professional and they were very timely in scheduling the work to be done. They made the old dingy floors in my 1950s home look brand new! They were hidden under carpet, they had weird stains on them, and most of the boards were bowed. They came in and got everything sanded and stained day 1. The next few days they sealed the floors. I like how they communicated with me each morning when they were on their way. Brandon was able to communicate so effectively with me about pros and cons of every aspect of a choice I wanted to make, definitely helped reeling me in.
