This is the second project that Footprints floor has done for us. We were very happy with both jobs! Last year they put up a backsplash up for us that ended up covering all of cabinet area (quite large) from the countertops up to the ceiling. It is perfectly done! We couldn't be more happy with how our refinished floors turned out by going with Footprints Flooring. We purchased a home that we considered replacing floors but opted for a refinish. We were under a tight timeframe to resand the floors for a tenant turnover. Aaron was amazing and got our job fitted in the same week. Floors were in pretty bad shape with some serious stains from potted plants. He was able to get the stains out and completed the whole job (albeit small since it was just a kitchen and foyer) in just one day. Floors look almost new now. He was careful an$ professional throughout with great communication to keep me informed and to approve color after the first coat. Will definitely use him again.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Footprints and the team that came and refinished our wood floors. After getting a quote from another company that didn’t leave me feeling very confident, I reached out to Aaron and he came over and gave us an amazing quote and a timely plan. There were no unexpected costs and when there would be added expenses they would clearly communicate them. I was very picky with the floor stain options and they even mixed two colors to get the look I was trying to achieve. Footprints truly went above and beyond and was an excellent company to work with! My wife and I had our red oak floors refinished in March 2022 by another contractor. Within a few months we realized the work was inferior("whitelining" of plank seams) and needed to be redone. They were flexible when we had to push the start date back a week when another contractor was running behind on a project, kept us in the loop with texts and photos throughout the process, and even got done a day sooner than we expected! Recent project entailed 660sf of tile and underlayment the install oak hardwood flooring. FF was very competitive on their estimate which won them the bid. Aaron did a great job explaining the entire process and the job began immediately. He stayed on top of the project start to finish and kept us informed f by changes. The tile tear out was a hard job but the workers did it in a couple days. Ivan, the floor installer, did a great job and was very professional. I would definitely recommend FF for any flooring project.

Footprint Floors did an excellent job! We are so pleased with our refinished Red Oak hardwood floors. We had worn through the finish and there were big brown patches; they all came out. It looks brand new. We chose Neutral as the stain and it is so beautiful. They were true to their word on start and end date. There was hardly any dust and they wiped down the counters when they were done. Aaron and Orlanzo were so friendly and good to work with! Orlanzo was such a hard worker and only took a short break for lunch. He laced in two places and it looked nice. We would highly recommend them.

Aaron and his first-class team completely refinished the floors in a large portion of our house, and the results are fantastic! Aaron and his team refinish our original hardwood floors in our living room, hallways and bedrooms, they came out so good so they later expanded the hardwood into our kitchen as seen below in the picture. They worked with our schedule and got the job done sooner than expected. Its a nice match considering the old/original floors were from 1969, now the entire house has fresh clean looking floors.

Awesome results in our kitchen remodel. Aaron and Shawn were excellent to work with, on-time, and able to meet our short turnaround on timeline to get our hexagonal tile installed and grouted. Our kitchen needed to remain "functional" during our remodel, so we left a bank of cabinets in place that we could access after the tiling work. Other vendors wouldn't even consider re-sanding and staining the floors. The two guys who did the install work were friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable having them in my house. I just had 850 square feet of LVP installed and it is gorgeous. I’m very happy with the product and this company. Aaron has been professional from the beginning and Sal the installer was awesome. He took great care of my stuff and cleaned up so well at the end. The floors look wonderful, I’m so happy with the finished product! I’d definitely use these guys again.

Fantastic!! Footprints Floors installed new wood floors for us and feathered the new floor into the existing wood floor seamlessly. They then refinished and stained all of our wood floors. BEAUTIFUL! They worked with us to get the exact color we wanted. Their attention to detail was impressive including some things we hadn’t even asked for. Their timing and communication exceeded expectations. Pricing was surprisingly reasonable. We are so IMPRESSED and PLEASED! Can’t recommend highly enough!
