I am very happy with how our new LVP floors turned out. Doug's guys were great workers and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. We did have an issue where our new floor meat the top of our steps and when this was mentioned to Doug he wanted to make it right. We did have to order all our own material for the project and Doug gave us an itemized quote for the labor. I like how he did this because we were able to save a good bit compared to an all in one company. If your handy you could of even do some of the work yourself to save some more. Because of needing to supply our own material I had to order a specialized item for the steps. Doug did call up and check with me while the supplies were on order and very quickly scheduled his guys to address our steps the day after I had the material. He did not charge us anything when his guys came back and the floor looks prefect now.

We got three estimates and although this company was not the cheapest, they definitely were the best by far! Doug was the only one who said he would not want to do our floors until the water damage have been completely dried, and we were not even aware we had water damage! The other two estimators never mentioned it, and we’re willing to move forward just to get our business. His honesty made the decision a no-brainer for us. Love the finished product and the great service! I will be recommending to my friends and family for sure!

They monitored the dampness of my flooring and subflooring for over 2 months until all the numbers matched. Then I was quickly scheduled. Everyone was so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Where do I start, right from the moment I met him Doug was clear, concise and on point. I had a tight deadline that I was certain couldn't be met, but even with the flooring taking longer to acclimate, they still got it done in time and it's beautiful. I really can't sing their praises enough. A fantastic job, for a good price and the installers (Junior and his team) were also great, nothing was too much trouble plus they needed a sense of humor with my house, nothing ever goes smoothly and no walls are straight!!. Would definitely highly recommend and from here on out I won't use anyone else.

The work they did sanding and refinishing our floors and stairs was excellent. We had a question about an area that was finished and they came right out and took care of it. It turned out that the area was done just looked different in the light.. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I will use them again when we do our kitchen over.

We called several companies and footprint was the most timely in responsiveness and professional with quoting. They were able to quote us site on seen with pictures from the MLS of the new home we purchased but didn’t settle on yet. They did an amazing job ridding of pet stains and bringing the 1969 Red Oaks back to their former glory!

I'd spent over a month working on my floors myself before finally calling in the pros at Footprint Floors. I had a quote within 2 business days and due to a convenient opening in the schedule, my floor was done 7 days from when I first called! The price was average, not cheap, but affordable enough to do a third coat of finish and get some boards replaced. My only advice would be to request to inspect post-sanding and prior to finishing. I had one hole that missed getting filled and a stray shaving in a dark corner of a closet. It was all taken care of, but it would have been better to catch it before finishing.

Doug came out to our house, free of charge, to look at our hardwood floors and give us advice on how best to improve them. Prior to him coming out, we spoke on the phone about our home's floors and what we wanted to do with them, and he quickly let me know that he was not the guy for us to hire (he didn't offer the service we were seeking). Because he wanted to help, however, he made the trip here just to give us more information about our floors and to give us advice on the best way to proceed. To be clear, he drove all the way to our house knowing that he would make no money for doing so, just to help out a couple of DIY'ers. He's an honest guy that clearly has kindness in his heart. I know this review is supposed to be about the business and not the owner's character, but I think the two go hand in hand. If we ever need any work done on our house, Doug at Footprints floors will be our first call.

Doug and the team were great from start to finish. From my first inquiry, we were able to scheduled an in-person walk through, discuss flooring needs, and receive the estimate with a very quick turn around. Doug got us scheduled within 2 weeks and the project took place over a couple of days. The pine floors in our home were very dark, due to previous owners staining and re-staining over the years. Footprints Flooring was able to do a dustless sand, which left very minimal mess, and restore our pine floors to their natural beauty! We had a few repairs to some of the boards, which came out great as well. Doug was very helpful in deciding staining options/finishes. Ultimately he assisted in our decision to leave the pine floors natural in color and do multiple coats of oil finish- and what a PERFECT decision that turned out to be. We love our floors- thank you Doug and team!

Used Footprints Floors to refinish wood floors that were 16 years old with many scratches. The final outcome, was exactly as promised and what we expected. Doug and his Team, were on time and kept us informed during the process. We had a faulty dishwasher that leaked a lot of water. The water got under our EVP flooring and it had to be removed to dry. Since we have continuous flooring throughout our entire first floor, it all had to be replaced, not just where it got wet. After the restoration team completed their work, we had to find someone to install new flooring and remove the remaining, undamaged floor. That's when I found Footprints. I got several quotes for the job and they were all similar. However, most places were scheduling out 10-12 weeks. Doug came out and gave me an estimate (the day after I requested it) that was a little lower than everyone else. Plus he was able to come out within two weeks to do the work. The team from footprints showed up on schedule and began removing the old floor and installing the new floor. What I thought was going to take a week only took them two days! Not only were they fast, they were very professional. The crew that was in our house were very respectful, polite and courteous. I had no problem leaving for work and letting them there to work without anyone home. Doug was in contact with us throughout the process and was very responsive. The floors turned out GREAT. My wife and I are thrilled with our new floors and would highly recommend footprints to anyone who's in need of new floors. 5 stars from the time we had an estimate (which was late on a Friday afternoon) to the time the work was completed. If you're looking for new floors, or someone to install them, call these guys for an estimate. You won't be disappointed!
