We have had several issues over the past couple months with different vendors as we’ve been renovating so I’m always nervous when a new vendor comes into my home but I could not be more happy with the quality and efficiency of work. Footprints Floors did an awesome job refinishing my floors. They took the time to make sure the floors matched previous color and were very careful moving the furniture. They even came back to redo a spot where my dog left paw prints! Miguel and his crew worked hard and efficiently. They were very polite and cleaned up when finished. They removed our furniture, installed new hardwood where we had tile, refinished our floors and moved furniture back in place. I am so thankful to Saul for organizing everything for my LVP install and ensuring all was going smoothly throughout the installation. I used Footprints Floors for a recent outdoor patio project. They put down travertine paver tiles for me and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of work, cost effectiveness, and thorough communication throughout the duration of the project. They did such a great job on the patio tile that I asked them to do new tile in one of our guest bathrooms. They did a great job on that project as well. We recently had Footprints Floors remove old carpet and refinish the hardwood floors that were underneath the carpet. Austin clearly explained what would be entailed and arranged for the work to be done. Email communications were helpful in preparing our space for the work. Kyle was the crew supervisor, and he was responsive to my questions and requests. The floors are absolutely beautiful! We are very satisfied with how well Footprints Floors completed our project.

Had Footprints Floors install the backsplash on my new house. It turned out great! They were very professional and easy to work with. Very prompt in responses and getting the free estimate done and they were able to get the work scheduled very quickly. It took Andy one day to complete the backsplash and he did amazing!

We had our hardwood floors refinished and from start to finish the customer service from Footprints Flooring was phenomenal. Saul came out and prepared our quote and reviewed with me prior to leaving. We were having other work done at the house so it took a while for us to be ready to set a start date. I asked Saul to reach out on certain occasions to see where we were and he did. A few days prior to starting the project they came out a placed sample colors on the floor for us which was absolutely necessary because the shades can look completely different from the display colors once on the floor. When we decided all of our top picks wouldn’t work Saul suggested we try one more color, and it was perfect for us! The crew and Saul arrived on time to start the work. Miguel was the crew manager and they got right to work. We rented a local Airbnb so we were able to stop by frequently to check out the progress. Once complete Saul did a final walk through we us and there were a couple of spots we needed addressed and those were promptly handled. We are so happy with the final results on our floors!! The communication and and customer service we received from Footprints Flooring is the best we have experienced with any company we have ever worked with. I highly recommend them to anyone for their flooring needs.

Josh and his team are amazing! We damaged a hardwood floor with a piece of heavy furniture and it looked irreparable. Less than 24 hours later, it would take special glasses to see the mark and the price was shockingly, amazingly fair. So fair, in fact, I feel I probably owe them a favor.

We hired Footprints Flooring to redo the floors in our historic 1940’s home. The previous owners had removed the original hardwood floors and replaced with cheap flooring and carpet which was in pretty bad shape. We were dealing with a few very uneven floors and quirky parts of the home due to its age. The team at F.F. were so reassuring and went above and beyond in addressing our concerns, and were able to completely level out the floors while installing our new oak flooring. The finish work is really remarkable, and you can tell how much time and care they took while installing. We couldn’t recommend them more, and will definitely be calling them when it comes time to remodel our bathroom floors. Thank you!

I used the “Thumbtack” app to find this business - as I was searching for someone to install tile backsplash in my kitchen. The business messaged me back on the app - which I missed - so they followed up with a phone call (which I appreciated). I spoke to someone named… Kyle… I think… to schedule my in home quote. He set me up with someone named Austin who was to come out the next day. The day of the scheduled quote - Austin text first thing saying he had a personal situation to deal with and asked if we could reschedule - which was totally fine. So, we reschedule for the following Tuesday at noon (I had to move my work schedule around to accommodate this appointment, but was okay doing so because I want to get the tile up). I text and called Austin (at the number he text me from the previous week) the morning of the rescheduled appointment to confirm - but I never heard back. Around 12:30 (because he was due at noon), I decided to call the business phone number listed in the Thumbtack app to see if anyone could get me an update on Austin’s ETA. When I called this time, I spoke to Kyle again, I believe (sorry if I’m getting the name wrong). Kyle had no record of my rescheduled appointment - and suggested I try to contact Austin myself. I let him know I already tried that - with no success. He (Kyle) said he’d try to contact him and get back to me. I never heard back after that (two days ago). All in all, I’m on the search for another business to help install - but just wanted to share my experience here so others could be informed of the lack of professionalism and follow up from this company. To the business - I appreciate that you all do free in home quotes (that’s very helpful for someone needing work done) - it just is unfortunate that you chose to ghost a potential customer. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Update (5/9 @ 11:30am): just spoke to the owner of the business who was unaware of the above mentioned situation. I appreciate the call and explanation. He offered to come out and personally do an estimate for us - so we will be proceeding with that plan. Again, thank you for the call and making it right - that means a lot. Also, Austin called to rectify the situation as well - which was unexpected but really appreciated. Overall after we get through the estimate process and come to a conclusion, I’m happy to update the overall rating. Update (5/14): Josh came out and did an estimate for us. I appreciate the quick turnaround and attention to the initial issue. All in all, the quote was higher than I anticipated (more than I paid for the tile itself) - and I’m sure this will be a similar story regardless of who gives the quote, so nothing against this business (I understand time and labor costs have to be accounted for). Footprint Floors did a great job on our sanding and staining of pine floors. We had some water damage in one area, where the they had to be replaced. They took our dark finished to a lighter finish and I’m completely happy with the final product. They were very knowledgeable and could explain water versus oil base with the pros and cons of each. Saul always communicated with us on the timeline and followed through with what he said he would do. The workers were very courteous and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. I even found a nickel on the countertop after they were finished. Definitely a crew with high integrity!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Footprints for LVP upstairs and hardwood staircase. The project manager and team did a great job matching the hardwood stain to the color of the LVP we picked out. They communicated well regarding start and end times and always showed up when they said they would. They were also very reasonably priced compared to other quotes we received. We couldn’t be happier with the finished project and will definitely be using them again for our downstairs in the near future.

Footprint Floors done an amazing job on my hardwood floors in two bedrooms downstairs. From beginning to end, Saul provided a high level of customer service. He was prompt in replying to the initial request and was patient when an issue arose in which we had to delay the project start time two months. The installation crew was professional! They covered up the existing hardwood floors and put plastic up to protect the furniture. Once that was done the work began. All went smoothly, Saul was either on-site or checking in by text or phone call. I love my floors and will definitely use them when I refinish my “older” floors.

I had a small job, I changed out the vanity in the powder room leaving dark marks where the stain had not been updated. I spoke with several floor companies and was told it might not look good unless the entire room was redone. Footprints floors was the only company that mapped out a plan to make sure the floor would turn out great. They came yesterday, and were able to knock out the job in a timely manner and it turned out GREAT! You can’t see where the old floor was at all.

From start to finish, Josh and his team at Footprint Floors of Nashville surpassed my expectations. His team removed existing commercial carpet and replaced with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The team as well installed a new ceramic tile backsplash in the break room. The results were fast and exceptional!

The Foot Prints company did an excellent job. They came out and gave us a price and within a few days began on our back splash and then a couple of days later started on refinishing our floor. They did an excellent job. They kept their word on price, start date of project, and finish date of project. Also, never left a mess in our home. Everything was cleaned up after and they were professionals from start to finish. It’s hard these days to find a company that sticks to their word and they did. If I could give them 100 stars I would. You won’t regret hiring them.

I had a broken shower pan in a second floor bathroom that was leaking to the living room on the first floor. I called Footprints in and they assessed the problem and gave me several options to move forward. I chose to redo the entire shower stall. Scheduling was easy and fast. The work took a week and I was in the loop on progress and next steps throughout the project. The installation and attention to detail were spectacular on the final tile install. Any issues were brought to my attention immediately and rectified in an agreed manner. I could not be happier with my new shower. It has elevated my bathroom and is really just beautiful! My installer name was Marvin! He was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! He worked at a fast pace and got the job done in one day. Marvin was a perfectionist! He made sure everything was accurately placed. He even cleaned up and brought his own tools to work with to get the job done. Kyle the project manager was a delight as well. He came and made sure everything was purchased and ready for install. They flattened out a few dips in my subfloor, refinished existing hardwoods, installed new hardwood and finished to match seamlessly, and also installed tile in my laundry. I’ll start with saying I don’t leave reviews much if ever. But if you are looking for advice on this company I say they are solid. Started with having the hardwood floors expanded into the kitchen. They matched the existing perfectly and stained the entire house so they were all one color. Turned out amazing! Then decided to have them replace all the baseboards and now the space is completely transformed. Saul was great managing the process the entire time as well as other members of his team. For such a large job it was stress free the entire time and damn do they work quick. Save yourself the overthinking and give them a call

Fantastic company. Gayle and Saul were amazing to work with. We needed three fireplaces to get tile and replace old tile. I called these guys. Got in touch with Gayle immediately. We got a quote and were put on the schedule for the following week. They showed up exactly when they said they were. It was not cheap but it was done very very well. They were very respectful and clean while working our home. We plan on using them again. Also - Gayle is hilarious.

Flooring installation recommendation: Footprints floors of Northeast Georgia just did an amazing job installing Smartcore marble vinyl tile over original terra-cotta floors at our lake condo. Stunning!! Friendly local quality at the reasonable price and quick. I highly recommend them!!👌🤩👍

The entire process was easy and communication throughout was great. The hardwood installation went smoothly and we were impressed with the work ethic. Final outcome was amazing! (Ripped out carpet and replaced with hardwood in primary bedroom and closet.)

Footprints worked as a 3rd party tile installer for the plumbing company who replaced our broken cast iron pipes under a shower. Every person on the staff we interacted with was professional, and the work was amazing. I don't know about cost, as they billed the plumbing company, but will use them in the future because of their work and professionalism!
