Had a great experience with Footprint floors, they were communicating through the entire process prior and post work. Kyle was a great PM, he was informative and professional. Miguel was fantastic clean and thorough, did a wonderful job on my hardwood floors could not be happier.

Footprints Floors installed a kitchen backsplash for us and did a beautiful job. They came out and did a free estimate of the project's cost and how long they thought it would take. Josh helped us get the project set up and sent us an exact list of the supplies we needed to buy and we had zero issues. Kyle oversaw the work and was very nice, communicative, and easy to work with. Our installer, Marvin, did such a beautiful job and finished the entire project in a little over a day. This was the first home project we've ever had done and Footprint Floors made it such an easy and painless process. We are super happy with the results and will definitely use them again!

5 STARS!! We had a flawless experience with Footprints Floors. We had hardwood installed on the upstairs of our home, which included Footprints moving the furniture to accommodate the installation. I was a little concerned about how they would move the furniture out of the rooms since much of our furniture is large and/or heavy. They assured me they would take care of it, and they did. They simply moved the furniture to one side of the room, installed hardwood, moved it to the other side to finish the installation. The installation was perfect. The floors look great as do the transitions where needed (top of the steps, against the banisters, etc). This process was much easier than I expected. I highly recommended Footprints Floors, in fact I have already recommended them to multiple friends who are getting ready to install flooring. Special thanks to Austin for all his work coordinating on the front end (estimates, purchasing of flooring, flooring delivery) and Saul for his management the week of the installation. The team hustled and had our big project complete din 3 days! Super impressive!

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to foot prints flooring. They did an amazing job. We just bought a house with a back splash that was very outdated. They had there crew out asap and within three days we had an entire brand new amazing looking backsplash. We could not be more pleased , thanks so much and we will definitely use FPF in the future for more home remodeling projects.

we brought in footprints to rectify some damage from another contractor and they were able to remove the damaged wood flooring and reinstall new tile. it looks like it was always there and was an intentional design decision, they did a great job

Marvin did an amazing job installing our kitchen backsplash and powder bath floor. We have had several issues over the past couple months with different vendors as we’ve been renovating so I’m always nervous when a new vendor comes into my home but I could not be more happy with the quality and efficiency of work. Footprints Floors did an awesome job refinishing my floors. They took the time to make sure the floors matched previous color and were very careful moving the furniture. They even came back to redo a spot where my dog left paw prints! Miguel and his crew worked hard and efficiently. They were very polite and cleaned up when finished. Saul was very communicative which made the process easy. I would very definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

It can be difficult to find experienced tile professionals who will take in smaller jobs like our powder room project. Or the larger service companies may require you purchase your tiles from their inventory. Footprints carefully removed existing shoe molding trim for reuse, removed the knarly old oak floor, replaced damaged subfloor area, and then did a great job installing the tiles and grout as we desired.

I've been in construction for over 20+ yrs. These guys did a fantastic job. They removed our furniture, installed new hardwood where we had tile, refinished our floors and moved furniture back in place. Saul kept in contact with pics, texts and calls during the entire process and answered all our questions during and after completion. I highly recommend these guys and would use them again.

I am so thankful to Saul for organizing everything for my LVP install and ensuring all was going smoothly throughout the installation. Saul was a pleasure to work with and was very communicative and prompt. He checked in and followed up and was able to accommodate the specific things I wanted (something NO OTHER installers who quoted me could do) saving me a lot of stress! And to Wilson and his crew…another huge THANK YOU!!! They did phase 1 of my install last year and I was really hoping to have them again for phase 2. When Saul confirmed it would be then, I knew I was in good hands! They are a very hard working group!! They stayed an additional 2.5 hours (making for an almost 12 hr workday!) making sure my additional requests were complete. They are very punctual, professional and I love that they put an emphasis on putting things back exactly as they were and maintaining a clean worksite throughout the install. I just can’t say enough about everyone involved!! Oh, and I should add, their pricing FAR exceeded every other company I asked for a quote from!!! They were also the ONLY company able to accommodate exactly what I wanted! Highly highly recommend!!

I used Footprints Floors for a recent outdoor patio project. They put down travertine paver tiles for me and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of work, cost effectiveness, and thorough communication throughout the duration of the project. They did such a great job on the patio tile that I asked them to do new tile in one of our guest bathrooms. They did a great job on that project as well. I plan to utilize their services during two more bathroom remodels. I highly recommend Footprints Floors!!!

We recently had Footprints Floors remove old carpet and refinish the hardwood floors that were underneath the carpet. Austin clearly explained what would be entailed and arranged for the work to be done. Email communications were helpful in preparing our space for the work. Kyle was the crew supervisor, and he was responsive to my questions and requests. The floors are absolutely beautiful! We are very satisfied with how well Footprints Floors completed our project.

Had Footprints Floors install the backsplash on my new house. It turned out great! They were very professional and easy to work with. Very prompt in responses and getting the free estimate done and they were able to get the work scheduled very quickly. It took Andy one day to complete the backsplash and he did amazing!

We had our hardwood floors refinished and from start to finish the customer service from Footprints Flooring was phenomenal. Saul came out and prepared our quote and reviewed with me prior to leaving. We were having other work done at the house so it took a while for us to be ready to set a start date. I asked Saul to reach out on certain occasions to see where we were and he did. A few days prior to starting the project they came out a placed sample colors on the floor for us which was absolutely necessary because the shades can look completely different from the display colors once on the floor. When we decided all of our top picks wouldn’t work Saul suggested we try one more color, and it was perfect for us! The crew and Saul arrived on time to start the work. Miguel was the crew manager and they got right to work. We rented a local Airbnb so we were able to stop by frequently to check out the progress. Once complete Saul did a final walk through we us and there were a couple of spots we needed addressed and those were promptly handled. We are so happy with the final results on our floors!! The communication and and customer service we received from Footprints Flooring is the best we have experienced with any company we have ever worked with. I highly recommend them to anyone for their flooring needs.

Josh and his team are amazing! We damaged a hardwood floor with a piece of heavy furniture and it looked irreparable. Less than 24 hours later, it would take special glasses to see the mark and the price was shockingly, amazingly fair. So fair, in fact, I feel I probably owe them a favor.

We hired Footprints Flooring to redo the floors in our historic 1940’s home. The previous owners had removed the original hardwood floors and replaced with cheap flooring and carpet which was in pretty bad shape. We were dealing with a few very uneven floors and quirky parts of the home due to its age. The team at F.F. were so reassuring and went above and beyond in addressing our concerns, and were able to completely level out the floors while installing our new oak flooring. The finish work is really remarkable, and you can tell how much time and care they took while installing. We couldn’t recommend them more, and will definitely be calling them when it comes time to remodel our bathroom floors. Thank you!

They rescreened the hardwood floors on the first floor of my home and removed all the furniture and returned twice to put back the furniture after 24 hours and the carpets after 3 days. We have used Footprint Floors for two large flooring projects with different flooring materials over the past 4 years. Saul and his crew are skilled, knowledgeable, communicative, efficient, and professional. For both projects, the cost was an excellent value for the quality and quantity of work. I used the “Thumbtack” app to find this business - as I was searching for someone to install tile backsplash in my kitchen. The business messaged me back on the app - which I missed - so they followed up with a phone call (which I appreciated). I spoke to someone named… Kyle… I think… to schedule my in home quote. He set me up with someone named Austin who was to come out the next day. The day of the scheduled quote - Austin text first thing saying he had a personal situation to deal with and asked if we could reschedule - which was totally fine. So, we reschedule for the following Tuesday at noon (I had to move my work schedule around to accommodate this appointment, but was okay doing so because I want to get the tile up). I text and called Austin (at the number he text me from the previous week) the morning of the rescheduled appointment to confirm - but I never heard back. Around 12:30 (because he was due at noon), I decided to call the business phone number listed in the Thumbtack app to see if anyone could get me an update on Austin’s ETA. When I called this time, I spoke to Kyle again, I believe (sorry if I’m getting the name wrong). Kyle had no record of my rescheduled appointment - and suggested I try to contact Austin myself. I let him know I already tried that - with no success. He (Kyle) said he’d try to contact him and get back to me. I never heard back after that (two days ago). All in all, I’m on the search for another business to help install - but just wanted to share my experience here so others could be informed of the lack of professionalism and follow up from this company. To the business - I appreciate that you all do free in home quotes (that’s very helpful for someone needing work done) - it just is unfortunate that you chose to ghost a potential customer. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Update (5/9 @ 11:30am): just spoke to the owner of the business who was unaware of the above mentioned situation. I appreciate the call and explanation. He offered to come out and personally do an estimate for us - so we will be proceeding with that plan. Again, thank you for the call and making it right - that means a lot. Also, Austin called to rectify the situation as well - which was unexpected but really appreciated. Overall after we get through the estimate process and come to a conclusion, I’m happy to update the overall rating. Update (5/14): Josh came out and did an estimate for us. I appreciate the quick turnaround and attention to the initial issue. All in all, the quote was higher than I anticipated (more than I paid for the tile itself) - and I’m sure this will be a similar story regardless of who gives the quote, so nothing against this business (I understand time and labor costs have to be accounted for). Footprint Floors did a great job on our sanding and staining of pine floors. We had some water damage in one area, where the they had to be replaced. They took our dark finished to a lighter finish and I’m completely happy with the final product. They were very knowledgeable and could explain water versus oil base with the pros and cons of each. Saul always communicated with us on the timeline and followed through with what he said he would do. The workers were very courteous and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. I even found a nickel on the countertop after they were finished. Definitely a crew with high integrity!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Footprints for LVP upstairs and hardwood staircase. The project manager and team did a great job matching the hardwood stain to the color of the LVP we picked out. They communicated well regarding start and end times and always showed up when they said they would. They were also very reasonably priced compared to other quotes we received. We couldn’t be happier with the finished project and will definitely be using them again for our downstairs in the near future.

Excellent work, could not be happier with our floor repair

Footprint Floors done an amazing job on my hardwood floors in two bedrooms downstairs. From beginning to end, Saul provided a high level of customer service. He was prompt in replying to the initial request and was patient when an issue arose in which we had to delay the project start time two months. The installation crew was professional! They covered up the existing hardwood floors and put plastic up to protect the furniture. Once that was done the work began. All went smoothly, Saul was either on-site or checking in by text or phone call. I love my floors and will definitely use them when I refinish my “older” floors.

I had a small job, I changed out the vanity in the powder room leaving dark marks where the stain had not been updated. I spoke with several floor companies and was told it might not look good unless the entire room was redone. Footprints floors was the only company that mapped out a plan to make sure the floor would turn out great. They came yesterday, and were able to knock out the job in a timely manner and it turned out GREAT! You can’t see where the old floor was at all.

From start to finish, Josh and his team at Footprint Floors of Nashville surpassed my expectations. His team removed existing commercial carpet and replaced with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The team as well installed a new ceramic tile backsplash in the break room. The results were fast and exceptional!

The Foot Prints company did an excellent job. They came out and gave us a price and within a few days began on our back splash and then a couple of days later started on refinishing our floor. They did an excellent job. They kept their word on price, start date of project, and finish date of project. Also, never left a mess in our home. Everything was cleaned up after and they were professionals from start to finish. It’s hard these days to find a company that sticks to their word and they did. If I could give them 100 stars I would. You won’t regret hiring them.

Not only was I quoted a reasonable time and price compared to other vendors but they completed their work much faster than expected and with a proficiency and eye for detail you can only hope for. I had a broken shower pan in a second floor bathroom that was leaking to the living room on the first floor. I called Footprints in and they assessed the problem and gave me several options to move forward. I chose to redo the entire shower stall. Scheduling was easy and fast. The work took a week and I was in the loop on progress and next steps throughout the project. The installation and attention to detail were spectacular on the final tile install. Any issues were brought to my attention immediately and rectified in an agreed manner. I could not be happier with my new shower. It has elevated my bathroom and is really just beautiful! My installer name was Marvin! He was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! He worked at a fast pace and got the job done in one day. Marvin was a perfectionist! He made sure everything was accurately placed. He even cleaned up and brought his own tools to work with to get the job done. Kyle the project manager was a delight as well. He came and made sure everything was purchased and ready for install. These guys know how to do it all every member of their team is extremely friendly and accommodating. The guys in the house doing the work were very respectful and take care in protecting our home.
