Great to work with and very fast and helpful throughout the entire process even when the flooring company shorted us by four boxes of flooring. They went and got the flooring for us and finished the project! Highly recommend!

Footprints did a great job. We had an issue with the floor boards that they replaced and it took a little while to resolve, but once I was able to talk to the right people (there seemed to have been some turnover) they were able to fix the issue. Saul was great with communication and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure the project was done correctly and even found a better color match for the floor. So, eventhough there was some frustration at first, they made it right and it looks better than it did the first time.

We are so happy with the work and work ethic of these guys. The communication was great throughout the whole process. Josh, the owner, came to give us the initial estimate and was so knowledgeable and forthcoming about all the steps involved. Kyle, the project manager, was so good to make sure everything was going as planned and that we were happy. And, Marvin, their tile setter, was absolutely the best. He also cleaned up at the end of every day. 100% recommend this company!

I’ve had a great experience with Footprints Flooring. I had my cramped, stained, carpeted staircase replaced with a red mahogany, and I absolutely love it. Tim consulted me on the project, provided an estimate, and gave me some great guidance as I wasn’t sure where to start. I was able to schedule quickly and easily. Saul oversaw the project and provided some of the clearest communication I’ve ever gotten from a renovation/remodel service. He reached out to coordinate all of the details of the project including timing of the project, delivery of materials, and gave me thorough instructions for maintaining the stairs once they were done at the time of scheduling. He even came out to the house to sign for the materials on short notice because I couldn’t leave work at the time of delivery! The day before, he called to give me a time frame and answer any questions. The day of, he stayed onsite to communicate any necessary information while the crew got started and even checked in by phone when he had to check in on another project. He confirmed that the project was what I wanted and stayed reachable if needed. The crew was polite, professional and did a great job! Highly recommend!

My floors look awesome! Footprints installed LVP in 2 rooms in our home. They were quick and neat, couldn't even tell they'd been there, except for my new floors. From start to finish it was a professional and pleasant experience! Tim came out and did the bid and Kyle was our project mamager. Both of them were great to work with, understood what we needed and made suggestions that were helpful. 5 STARS!! We had a flawless experience with Footprints Floors. We had hardwood installed on the upstairs of our home, which included Footprints moving the furniture to accommodate the installation. I was a little concerned about how they would move the furniture out of the rooms since much of our furniture is large and/or heavy. They assured me they would take care of it, and they did. They simply moved the furniture to one side of the room, installed hardwood, moved it to the other side to finish the installation. The installation was perfect. The floors look great as do the transitions where needed (top of the steps, against the banisters, etc). This process was much easier than I expected. I highly recommended Footprints Floors, in fact I have already recommended them to multiple friends who are getting ready to install flooring. Special thanks to Austin for all his work coordinating on the front end (estimates, purchasing of flooring, flooring delivery) and Saul for his management the week of the installation. The team hustled and had our big project complete din 3 days! Super impressive!

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to foot prints flooring. They did an amazing job. We just bought a house with a back splash that was very outdated. They had there crew out asap and within three days we had an entire brand new amazing looking backsplash. we brought in footprints to rectify some damage from another contractor and they were able to remove the damaged wood flooring and reinstall new tile. it looks like it was always there and was an intentional design decision, they did a great job

They removed our furniture, installed new hardwood where we had tile, refinished our floors and moved furniture back in place. I am so thankful to Saul for organizing everything for my LVP install and ensuring all was going smoothly throughout the installation. Saul was a pleasure to work with and was very communicative and prompt. He checked in and followed up and was able to accommodate the specific things I wanted (something NO OTHER installers who quoted me could do) saving me a lot of stress! And to Wilson and his crew…another huge THANK YOU!!! They did phase 1 of my install last year and I was really hoping to have them again for phase 2. When Saul confirmed it would be then, I knew I was in good hands! They are a very hard working group!! They stayed an additional 2.5 hours (making for an almost 12 hr workday!) making sure my additional requests were complete. They are very punctual, professional and I love that they put an emphasis on putting things back exactly as they were and maintaining a clean worksite throughout the install. I just can’t say enough about everyone involved!! Oh, and I should add, their pricing FAR exceeded every other company I asked for a quote from!!! They were also the ONLY company able to accommodate exactly what I wanted! Highly highly recommend!!

I used Footprints Floors for a recent outdoor patio project. They put down travertine paver tiles for me and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of work, cost effectiveness, and thorough communication throughout the duration of the project. They did such a great job on the patio tile that I asked them to do new tile in one of our guest bathrooms. They did a great job on that project as well. We recently had Footprints Floors remove old carpet and refinish the hardwood floors that were underneath the carpet. Austin clearly explained what would be entailed and arranged for the work to be done. Email communications were helpful in preparing our space for the work. Had Footprints Floors install the backsplash on my new house. It turned out great! They were very professional and easy to work with. Very prompt in responses and getting the free estimate done and they were able to get the work scheduled very quickly. It took Andy one day to complete the backsplash and he did amazing!

We had our hardwood floors refinished and from start to finish the customer service from Footprints Flooring was phenomenal. Saul came out and prepared our quote and reviewed with me prior to leaving. We were having other work done at the house so it took a while for us to be ready to set a start date. I asked Saul to reach out on certain occasions to see where we were and he did. A few days prior to starting the project they came out a placed sample colors on the floor for us which was absolutely necessary because the shades can look completely different from the display colors once on the floor. When we decided all of our top picks wouldn’t work Saul suggested we try one more color, and it was perfect for us! The crew and Saul arrived on time to start the work. Miguel was the crew manager and they got right to work. We rented a local Airbnb so we were able to stop by frequently to check out the progress. Once complete Saul did a final walk through we us and there were a couple of spots we needed addressed and those were promptly handled. We are so happy with the final results on our floors!! The communication and and customer service we received from Footprints Flooring is the best we have experienced with any company we have ever worked with. I highly recommend them to anyone for their flooring needs.

Josh and his team are amazing! We damaged a hardwood floor with a piece of heavy furniture and it looked irreparable. Less than 24 hours later, it would take special glasses to see the mark and the price was shockingly, amazingly fair. So fair, in fact, I feel I probably owe them a favor.

We hired Footprints Flooring to redo the floors in our historic 1940’s home. The previous owners had removed the original hardwood floors and replaced with cheap flooring and carpet which was in pretty bad shape. We were dealing with a few very uneven floors and quirky parts of the home due to its age. The team at F.F. were so reassuring and went above and beyond in addressing our concerns, and were able to completely level out the floors while installing our new oak flooring. The finish work is really remarkable, and you can tell how much time and care they took while installing. We couldn’t recommend them more, and will definitely be calling them when it comes time to remodel our bathroom floors. Thank you!

I used the “Thumbtack” app to find this business - as I was searching for someone to install tile backsplash in my kitchen. The business messaged me back on the app - which I missed - so they followed up with a phone call (which I appreciated). I spoke to someone named… Kyle… I think… to schedule my in home quote. He set me up with someone named Austin who was to come out the next day. The day of the scheduled quote - Austin text first thing saying he had a personal situation to deal with and asked if we could reschedule - which was totally fine. So, we reschedule for the following Tuesday at noon (I had to move my work schedule around to accommodate this appointment, but was okay doing so because I want to get the tile up). I text and called Austin (at the number he text me from the previous week) the morning of the rescheduled appointment to confirm - but I never heard back. Around 12:30 (because he was due at noon), I decided to call the business phone number listed in the Thumbtack app to see if anyone could get me an update on Austin’s ETA. When I called this time, I spoke to Kyle again, I believe (sorry if I’m getting the name wrong). Kyle had no record of my rescheduled appointment - and suggested I try to contact Austin myself. I let him know I already tried that - with no success. He (Kyle) said he’d try to contact him and get back to me. I never heard back after that (two days ago). All in all, I’m on the search for another business to help install - but just wanted to share my experience here so others could be informed of the lack of professionalism and follow up from this company. To the business - I appreciate that you all do free in home quotes (that’s very helpful for someone needing work done) - it just is unfortunate that you chose to ghost a potential customer. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Update (5/9 @ 11:30am): just spoke to the owner of the business who was unaware of the above mentioned situation. I appreciate the call and explanation. He offered to come out and personally do an estimate for us - so we will be proceeding with that plan. Again, thank you for the call and making it right - that means a lot. Also, Austin called to rectify the situation as well - which was unexpected but really appreciated. Overall after we get through the estimate process and come to a conclusion, I’m happy to update the overall rating. Update (5/14): Josh came out and did an estimate for us. I appreciate the quick turnaround and attention to the initial issue. All in all, the quote was higher than I anticipated (more than I paid for the tile itself) - and I’m sure this will be a similar story regardless of who gives the quote, so nothing against this business (I understand time and labor costs have to be accounted for). Footprint Floors did a great job on our sanding and staining of pine floors. We had some water damage in one area, where the they had to be replaced. They took our dark finished to a lighter finish and I’m completely happy with the final product. They were very knowledgeable and could explain water versus oil base with the pros and cons of each. Saul always communicated with us on the timeline and followed through with what he said he would do. The workers were very courteous and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. I even found a nickel on the countertop after they were finished. Definitely a crew with high integrity!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Footprints for LVP upstairs and hardwood staircase. The project manager and team did a great job matching the hardwood stain to the color of the LVP we picked out.
