Fantastic company. Gayle and Saul were amazing to work with. We needed three fireplaces to get tile and replace old tile. I called these guys. Got in touch with Gayle immediately. We got a quote and were put on the schedule for the following week. They showed up exactly when they said they were. It was not cheap but it was done very very well. They were very respectful and clean while working our home. We plan on using them again. Also - Gayle is hilarious.

Footprints worked as a 3rd party tile installer for the plumbing company who replaced our broken cast iron pipes under a shower. Every person on the staff we interacted with was professional, and the work was amazing. I don't know about cost, as they billed the plumbing company, but will use them in the future because of their work and professionalism!

I’ve used Footprints Floors several times. I was at ease from the initial estimate to meeting the foreman and crew they are transparent about costs and expectations. From the initial meeting with Gayle to the finished job with project manager Saul, our kitchen floors and our entire house was transformed beautifully. We purchased our flooring and they had it delivered and began work the next day. The kitchen and dining room was first with tear out and all new tile. The job was done quickly and looked wonderful. A few days later, the crew, led by Miguel, began upstairs. They moved the furniture, ripped out carpet, and finished the upstairs in ONE day. The next day they did the lower level including the task of removing some seriously difficult and stubborn old wood flooring. The job was also done in one day. The third day was just clean up and the little things... Saul kept in touch the entire time. Footprints 👣 I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. No need for additional bids.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars. What a great experience. I'm so happy with the work. I bought my fixer upper 2 years ago and have done a lot of work myself. I'm a bit of a perfectionist. When I started on the upstairs bathroom remodel I uncovered rotten subfloor everywhere. It had also creeped into the bedroom. It was a huge undertaking and they did such an excellent job. I went with vertical subway tile for the bath surround and penny tile for the floors. They were even able to replace and tie in new hardwood in the bedroom. It looks amazing. I am so happy with this experience and would absolutely recommend these guys and plan on using them in the future. Gayle you are awesome. Footprints Crew replaced the floors in our entire house last week. We went from having LVP, tile, sheet vinyl and carpet to all new LVP flooring. Upon my initial call to them, one of their schedulers contacted me to schedule on on-site walk through of my home to scope the work and provide an estimate. Once we agreed on the scope of work and quote (super painless)…work was scheduled. The Footprints crew was on time, polite, clean, and considerate…and got to work right away. Footprints floors was great to work with. Gayle came and did our measurements, we have a modest home, but the service she provided would be the same if she were in a grand mansion. Talked out every small detail and she explained each cost and service, so we had no surprises. She was in contact with me throughout, making sure I have all the information I needed. Saul was the next employee we dealt with. He arrived EXACTLY on time. He was very friendly and answered each and every question, even helping us understand and navigate the manufacturers warranty and what they require for us to be in compliance with said warranty. We had an issue with a leaky washer hook-up, and Saul himself started pulling up flooring to find, and fix the problem. He stayed in contact throughout, and made sure we always had what we needed and that we had no questions or concerns. The installation crew was very efficient, kind and great at what they do. They treated my furniture with respect and care. I heard someone singing a couple of times, turns out it was them. It made for a very light and friendly atmosphere, in a time when my home what quite upside-down. My floors look so beautiful, and I couldn't have asked for a nicer crew. We had Footprint Floors repair damaged parts of our 30 year old hardwood floor, add new pieces of hardwood and then sand, stain and refinish the whole floor. They did an excellent job! We were very happy with the end result and I’m glad that we chose them to do this huge project for us. Josh Byrd, the owner, was very polite and professional to work with and he was also flexible with the schedule since we had to move our date out a couple times. I also liked the assistance I got in picking the color of the stain for the floor. The guys actually came out and stained parts of the floor with different colors so I could see how it would look. The whole crew was very polite and they came on time. Once they started the work they kept to the schedule. I highly recommend this company for any floor work. And they do other services as well. The owner and project manager paid attention to every detail and asked me lots of questions to make sure they delivered exactly what I wanted. Here’s the thing, I’m a perfectionist with high expectations so I can be hard to please. My new backsplash is even BETTER than I hoped it would be. And the rate we paid was more than fair.
