Very happy that I went with Footrprints for my floor project. Gayle, Saul, and Miguel were all a pleasure to work with and I appreciated their expertise and professionalism! The crew was also super fast, efficient, and did high quality work! They flattened out a few dips in my subfloor, refinished existing hardwoods, installed new hardwood and finished to match seamlessly, and also installed tile in my laundry. They were quick to resolve any concerns I had throughout the project quickly and professionally. The price was comparable to other quotes I received and I’m confident I got the highest quality work available! Photos are white oak, no stain, satin finish.

The Footprints Floors team was amazing from start to finish! Gayle is the absolute best - she took the time to thoroughly walk through the plan/vision with me and made sure I had all the info I needed before the project started. Then Greg was our project manager and he rocked! Our tile pattern was a bit different and Greg and the team took the time to walk through the pattern with me before lay down so we were all on the same page. It came out even better than I had envisioned! Thanks y'all!!

I’ll start with saying I don’t leave reviews much if ever. But if you are looking for advice on this company I say they are solid. Started with having the hardwood floors expanded into the kitchen. They matched the existing perfectly and stained the entire house so they were all one color. Turned out amazing! Then decided to have them replace all the baseboards and now the space is completely transformed. Saul was great managing the process the entire time as well as other members of his team. For such a large job it was stress free the entire time and damn do they work quick. Save yourself the overthinking and give them a call

Hardest working crew I've seen in some time, very professional and knowledgeable, they obviously know what they are doing and our 44 year old floors now look amazing, couldn't have asked for anything better, thanks!

I highly recommend Footprints Floors!! Gayle arrived to my house very quick to provide a quote. She measured the space and gave a full consultation. This project has been quite stressful and she made me feel taken care of. Greg was the project manager and he was great! Him and his team showed up early in the morning and had the job done in just a couple days. He was quick to respond to me with questions and gave me updates along the way. Fantastic company. Gayle and Saul were amazing to work with. We needed three fireplaces to get tile and replace old tile. I called these guys. Got in touch with Gayle immediately. We got a quote and were put on the schedule for the following week. They showed up exactly when they said they were. It was not cheap but it was done very very well. They were very respectful and clean while working our home. We plan on using them again. Also - Gayle is hilarious.

We were recommended to Footprints Flooring by a friend who had her whole house refinishing (and it looked amazing). They did one room refinishing for us and it looks so beautiful. More importantly, they have great communication and are readily available. The staff were professional and all details were outlined from the beginning so there were no surprises. Josh and his team did an excellent job installing luxury vinyl plank flooring in my basement. They took pains to ensure the floor was prepped and leveled prior to installation. The floor looks so good! They were great to work with. I would highly recommend them.

The entire process was easy and communication throughout was great. The hardwood installation went smoothly and we were impressed with the work ethic. Final outcome was amazing! (Ripped out carpet and replaced with hardwood in primary bedroom and closet.)

Footprints worked as a 3rd party tile installer for the plumbing company who replaced our broken cast iron pipes under a shower. Every person on the staff we interacted with was professional, and the work was amazing. I don't know about cost, as they billed the plumbing company, but will use them in the future because of their work and professionalism!

I’ve used Footprints Floors several times. I was at ease from the initial estimate to meeting the foreman and crew they are transparent about costs and expectations. They arrived on time, did exactly what they promised and didn’t go over budget. They are highly skilled and their work is meticulous. They completed the job early, which I was not expecting, and was given the gift of time. Hands-down they are the best. If you don’t hire them, you’ll never know what you’re missing. From the initial meeting with Gayle to the finished job with project manager Saul, our kitchen floors and our entire house was transformed beautifully. We purchased our flooring and they had it delivered and began work the next day. The kitchen and dining room was first with tear out and all new tile. The job was done quickly and looked wonderful. A few days later, the crew, led by Miguel, began upstairs. They moved the furniture, ripped out carpet, and finished the upstairs in ONE day. The next day they did the lower level including the task of removing some seriously difficult and stubborn old wood flooring. The job was also done in one day. The third day was just clean up and the little things... Saul kept in touch the entire time. Footprints 👣 I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. No need for additional bids.

I cannot recommend this company enough! We were in a time crunch and needed our floors refinished before moving into our new home. I got an estimate quickly and they were able to get me in the following week due to a scheduling change. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and communicative. Footprints gave me a fair quote to re-tile the shower surround in my bathroom. They started work immediately and completed the project in two days. From start to finish, they were responsive and communicated clearly, and they were excellent craftsman. We are very happy with how the new tile looks.

Gayle came out in a timely manner to measure all of our hardwood floors. She was very professional and informative. The bid was slightly out of our budget. We selected the most worn rooms (kitchen, living room, and dining room) to refinish. The following week, Saul, the head project manager, and work lead, Miguel, got to work. Saul was my contact from start to finish. He has some of the best communication and problem solving skills I have witnessed. He was responsive to all questions and any concerns I had. I found this refreshing. When communicating, he used language I understood. He truly appeared invested in making Footprints Floors a successful company. These guys deserve more than 5 stars. What a great experience. I'm so happy with the work. I bought my fixer upper 2 years ago and have done a lot of work myself. I'm a bit of a perfectionist. When I started on the upstairs bathroom remodel I uncovered rotten subfloor everywhere. It had also creeped into the bedroom. It was a huge undertaking and they did such an excellent job. I went with vertical subway tile for the bath surround and penny tile for the floors. They were even able to replace and tie in new hardwood in the bedroom. It looks amazing. I am so happy with this experience and would absolutely recommend these guys and plan on using them in the future. Gayle you are awesome. Footprints Crew replaced the floors in our entire house last week. We went from having LVP, tile, sheet vinyl and carpet to all new LVP flooring. Their crew was extremely hard working in this summer heat and we are so appreciative. The pricing was very reasonable. They came highly recommended from a friend & we are here to say they were worth it!

Upon my initial call to them, one of their schedulers contacted me to schedule on on-site walk through of my home to scope the work and provide an estimate. Within a day or two Gayle, one of their (excellent) sales associates came by and scoped the work, took measurements, educated me on my options (she was very thorough and well versed), and generated a quote before leaving. Once we agreed on the scope of work and quote (super painless)…work was scheduled. The Footprints crew was on time, polite, clean, and considerate…and got to work right away. The project lasted three days (quick considering the scope) and the crew, including their supervisor, Saul, exceeded expectations! Footprints floors was great to work with. Gayle came and did our measurements, we have a modest home, but the service she provided would be the same if she were in a grand mansion. Talked out every small detail and she explained each cost and service, so we had no surprises. She was in contact with me throughout, making sure I have all the information I needed. Saul was the next employee we dealt with. He arrived EXACTLY on time. He was very friendly and answered each and every question, even helping us understand and navigate the manufacturers warranty and what they require for us to be in compliance with said warranty. We had an issue with a leaky washer hook-up, and Saul himself started pulling up flooring to find, and fix the problem. He stayed in contact throughout, and made sure we always had what we needed and that we had no questions or concerns. The installation crew was very efficient, kind and great at what they do. They treated my furniture with respect and care. I heard someone singing a couple of times, turns out it was them. It made for a very light and friendly atmosphere, in a time when my home what quite upside-down. My floors look so beautiful, and I couldn't have asked for a nicer crew. I will always recommend this company.

We had Footprint Floors repair damaged parts of our 30 year old hardwood floor, add new pieces of hardwood and then sand, stain and refinish the whole floor. They did an excellent job! We were very happy with the end result and I’m glad that we chose them to do this huge project for us. Josh Byrd, the owner, was very polite and professional to work with and he was also flexible with the schedule since we had to move our date out a couple times. I also liked the assistance I got in picking the color of the stain for the floor. The guys actually came out and stained parts of the floor with different colors so I could see how it would look. The whole crew was very polite and they came on time. Once they started the work they kept to the schedule. I highly recommend this company for any floor work. And they do other services as well. You cannot go wrong with Footprint Floors and as far as prices they were very competitive in that area too! Thank you Josh and crew for a job well done!

I never leave reviews, but I was so blown away by Footprints that I just had to post. The owner and project manager paid attention to every detail and asked me lots of questions to make sure they delivered exactly what I wanted. Here’s the thing, I’m a perfectionist with high expectations so I can be hard to please. My new backsplash is even BETTER than I hoped it would be. And the rate we paid was more than fair. I’m so grateful!! If these guys were general contractors, I would hire them to do absolutely every project on my house list. For now, I’ll stick to all floor and tile work. ; )

Josh and his team did a great job on my tile. I had to have linoleum floor pulled out and new tile put in. Josh was very communicative and shared pictures of the progress through out the project. I am planning to use him for another project in the near future.

After trying to get multiple companies out to our home to refinish our hardwood floors, Josh came right out and gave us a quote and we scheduled the work. Even with bad weather setting his team a day behind on starting, they still finished a day early. The floors and handrails look amazing, we couldn’t be happier. It’s a whole different home with new feel. We already have a list of other projects for him and his crew.
