Footprints was very professional, easy to work with, and did a wonderful job refinishing my floors.

We replaced our carpet downstairs with plank flooring and are so pleased with the results. Footprints Floors we’re helpful and professional and I would definitely refer them and use them again for any future projects.

Footprints Floors did an amazing job! They were able to finish a tile job that I had started at my house, and it looks awesome! They were always on time, and kept in constant touch with me through the entire process. I can’t recommend them enough!

I contacted Footprints Floors after a botched installation AND reinstallation of our bathroom floors through a big box store. We had lived without toilets and half finished floors for two months at this point and the quotes I was getting from other companies were astronomical and they were booked out for months (a lot of companies wouldn't even call me back or provide a quote after they heard how small the job was). I was contacted promptly after requesting a quote online and Mike came out to measure our bathrooms within the week. The quote was very reasonable and he was able to get me scheduled for installation in TWO WEEKS!! Scott (the owner) and his team were able to get the old tile and vanities out, LVP installed, and molding/quarter round installed in both bathrooms in roughly six hours (and even arrived early because I had to get my daughter to an appointment that morning). I am so thankful and in love with my floors and can't wait to have them come back to do our kitchen floors!

Scott was very responsive when we contacted footprint. He was very professional when assessing the project. Footprint flooring demoed our existing ceramic tile, installed and grouted new tile, and carpeted our stairs all within one week! Scott also fabricated a threshold from our hardwood floor. After having several unpleasant experiences, I cannot recommend foot print any higher.

Install was great, and the price was about what I wanted to spend, BECAUSE they actually quoted it accurately! Who knew right? I got quotes from 3 places, and while the price per square foot was comparable for all of them (to do tile on a kitchen floor), each place gave me a much different quote of HOW MANY square feet it was…. Mike @ Footprints was careful and accurate, so I was only charged for work that was done, not a ballpark overestimation. I’ll be back when it’s time for a backsplash!

We recently hired Footprints Floors to remove old carpet in three bedrooms and refinish the hardwood floors underneath. I received a phone call from Joel almost immediately after putting in my request for information. He was extremely courteous and friendly, and quickly set up a time for Scott to come to our house to provide a free estimate. When Scott visited, he thoroughly answered all of our questions and wrote out a detailed estimate on the spot. He also showed a lot of patience and consideration with us during the scheduling process (and our last-minute decision to switch to water-based products). Scott arrived promptly with his crew the first day of the project and explained how everything was going to go. He left us in good hands with Hector and the other gentleman (unfortunately I didn't catch his name). They were both extremely friendly and polite, very hard-working, and meticulous in completing the job (and cleaning up after). Scott checked in on the project throughout. In the end, we're very happy with both the professionalism of everyone involved, and the end result. We highly recommend Footprints Floors.

I had the pleasure of working with Footprint Floors to refinish the hardwood floors in the renovation of my parent’s home. Scott, the owner is one of the kindest, most helpful contractors I have ever worked with. He returned my call promptly and met for an estimate. He worked with me and gave me options so that I could get what I needed at a reasonable price. The job was done within the next week and WOW! The floors were not in good shape before, but they are beautiful now. It was customer service at its finest, with a top quality job. I would highly recommend them.

Scott is a great guy, a real gentleman, and really knows his business. He listened to what we wanted, made recommendations, and got a proposal to us in a few days. He was even able to give us an appointment for the work to be done. He explained different flooring options. We went with luxury vinyl planking which we have on the first floor. We chose Smartcore waterproof plank and bought 52 boxes using Scott's estimate. We only have 4 boxes left and because we bought at Lowe's we can return any of them for full refund. Scott even ran out on the day of the install to get some T-molding so the job could be completed. He was able to start the job a day early, sent two crews, so our floor was done in one day. The job is exceptional. Scott came several times to check on job and make sure things were going smoothly. His crews were professional, courteous, and made sure site was completely clean before leaving. They rotated lunch break so there was always work being done. They laid down tarp from front door, upstairs and after pulling up carpet, disposed of it right away. We have three bedrooms and some closets and every room was perfect, no gaps by walls, no uneven patterns, just so professional. We just moved to Richmond and had no clue about what businesses to use. I did research and went out for three bids. Scott's was not the least expensive, but now that the job is done I realize we got really high end work for a very reasonable price. My husband and I highly recommend Scott and Footprints Flooring.
