Footprints was amazing! They provided a quick and professional installation of my new flooring. It’s been a few months and the flooring has been great. I’d highly recommend them!

My wife and I were originally planning to do this project on own. I’m glad we didn’t. Our floors were the original hardwood and we wanted to do what we could to bring back their beauty. Footprints was awesome to work with from start to finish. We worked with Ms. Katie in the office. She was prompt, professional and communicative. Mr. Scott came to give us the quote. He gave us time, options to help better fit our budget, was thorough, and honest. Mr. Ken was managing the project. He did a great job of communicating the expectations of the project, was prompt to inform us if we needed to deviate from the plan, and helped us pick the right color stain and put our minds at ease. The crew was very kind, they worked quickly and professionally. They minimized the amount of dust where possible, and respected the fact that we just finished painting. Overall it was a top tier experience. Thank y’all for helping turn our house to a home.

I could not be happier! Our floors turned out incredible. We bought the house from another state and the floors were UV damaged and splotchy and very red/pink. Scott communicated and worked with us via text/phone and we were able to get his team in to do the work before we moved in which was AMAZING. Him and Jonatan were very communicative and creative when it came to solutions for some things that popped up along the way. Scott is so kind and really just wants you as his customer to be so ecstatic about your floors - and we are! Would recommend him and his team to anyone and everyone.

Pleasant floor refinishing experience right from the start. The owner Scott arrived on time, took measurements and was able to provide the estimate immediately. He was able to get us on the schedule in three weeks. Jonatan and crew did an awesome job, and the floors look like a brand-new installation. We selected the water base stain and sealer, and it looks great!

Scott is a great guy, a real gentleman, and really knows his business. He listened to what we needed done. He gave us the estimate then & there. He put in our floor three years ago, but now we needed some closets floored. Thank goodness we kept left over planking. Jonathan Gonzalez was our project manager. He kept in touch with me during the weeks before our scheduled time. On the job date he let me know when he & his crew would arrive & they were right on time. They installed flooring beautifully & cleaned up after they were done. All the crew was professional & courteous. My husband and I highly recommend Scott and Footprints Flooring.
