I confidently recommend Footprints Floors of Tampa! One conversation with Gene and we knew he was who we wanted to work with. Gene’s level of professionalism, knowledge, clear and prompt communication is a rare and truly appreciated thing. My husband and I requested 6x26 tile planks be matched and extended from the main living area into 4 bedrooms and closets to replace existing carpet. Gene found the matching tile quickly and at an excellent price. He understood exactly what we hoped for, and his crew seamlessly laced the tiles in at the doorways. The finished project is beautiful , and we couldn’t be more pleased! We had one issue (on our end) crop up. Water seepage was found in my son’s room. We had know their had been an issue but didn’t realize it was on going. Gene actually went above and beyond to help us get the issue fully resolved before tiling the area. Thank you so much to Gene, Diego and the rest of the crew!

Gene, Vic and his crew did an excellent job on our floors. We had original 100-year-old hardwood floors that unfortunately could no longer be restored. The crew removed them, installed a new subfloor, and laid new LVP flooring throughout our whole house. Great attention to detail, fast work, and great communication! Would highly recommend.

Gene with FF did a great job in explaining the process, keeping in touch during the restoration and reaching out at all phases to see if we had any questions. The installation team is one of high quality and caliber. I ordered engineered maple glue-down floors and polished tile for a small bathroom. Vic, crew chief for the wood floors is probably in the top % of installation experts for quality of work and people skills. He is hard working, dedicated, and won't leave a job unfinished. I had some delay in material shipping, and he came back to ensure final touches were complete. For the tile work. Diego was the "guy". Just as high quality of workmanship and caliber as the wood flooring crew. Gene orchestrated the entire process from ordering the floor to the final installation. My time was a bit crunched, and Gene met the demand with swiftness of time and products. Highly recommend Footprints Flooring in the Tampa Bay area. Only one other small-owned shop in the area comes close to the quality of this team but is significantly more expensive. I will definitely use Footprints again!

Great experience from start to finish! We had a vague idea of what we wanted for backsplash and after sharing some images with Gene they found this for us which is perfect. We love the variety and the pop it gives to our kitchen. Diego & Bruno were excellent to work with day of: on time, friendly and did a fantastic job. Gene with Footprints Floors was awesome!!! So was everyone on his team. They did my bathroom tile (shower & floors), entry floor, kitchen backsplash, and LVP throughout. No piece is awkward. Quality is excellent. His prices are fair. He does what he says he is going to do. He keeps you in the loop and gives you all info - there are no secrets. Originally, the plan was to refinish my hardwood floors. However, they were too thin and would tear up. He gave me the pros and cons of doing it, but i decided to switch to LVP. He helped me secure high quality LVP very quickly and made it happen! It looks amazing. The transitions are flawless. The stairs look incredible, they replaced the risers as well. Most importantly - they were friendly, honest, on time, and clean. Would use again in the future.

When I first met Gene, I explained how important it was for me to have the installation completed by a specific timeframe and he agreed that it could be done and he kept to his word because moving forward he was determined to complete the installation within the promised date.
